Number one is the location, if you want peace and quiet, with the most fantastic views of the surrounding mountains, valleys and tea plantations, this is the place for you. Incredible amount of wild birds to be seen and the cooler weather was much needed after the stuffy humid weather down on the planes. Most wonderfully ‘ no mosquitoes .

There is a fairly long rough track that takes you to this location from the main road. It is very bumpy, and every time you want to make a trip out by rickshaw or taxi, you have to endure this rocky bumpy track. There are walkable options if you want to go somewhere else for dinner as there’s a couple of resorts up the hill. (30/40 min walk). I would say it’s a sacrifice Worth making considering the Tranquility of this resort …

Stunning location on the hill side. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They don’t sell beer but we had some delivered for dirt cheap. The food was delicious and the pool was a very welcome addition after a day on our motorbikes. If you are riding take it slow on the track. Stunning views from the balcony. Highly recommend and would definitely come back ❤️

The location is unreal with great views of Munnar. Restaurant food was good.

The supervisor at the front desk was rude and abrasive when trying to book an early transfer to a tea plantation. He refused to book at the time we requested until pushed unnecessarily. Kinda condescending guy to be honest.

We had a comfortable and peaceful stay. All the staffs were extremely helpfull and polite. The food was yummy. To reach the location you need an expert driver as the road is very narrow but it is worth, once you reach this resort as the view is amazing. Would suggest this place for family, couples and for company tours.

i just really love the fact that the room is really warm, even though outside was cold. And the view was marvelous. over all all was perfect :)

The only problem we had during our stay was the road. to go to resort we have to go from very uneven road. And the fact that the location is little far from the resort.

Visited in the first week of Dec. The location is dreamy ,amidst the tea gardens.The property was huge and scenic. The rooms were pretty spacious. The herbal welcome drink was a hit among us. The bonfire at night and food tasty though the menu was limited. The weather is awesome. We took morning stroll outside the gate and into the gardens... One needs to visit to experience.

A little offtrack for people who like hustle bustle. The estate road is narrow so bigger vehicles can find it cumbersome to maneuver. Property is awesome but needs more upkeep. Maybe because of the pandemic it is challenging.

Everything abt the resort... loved the view.. the whole experience was memorable... very helpful staff.. Mr.Vipin and Mr.Amal are truly dedicated to their job.. very friendly... food served was very good..
