Everything about this hotel was exceptional. I cannot praise all the staff highly enough for their outstanding attention to detail, customer service & care. It was a very busy time, but the staff ensured I was allocated as requested the quietest room possible, and this consideration ensured I had what I needed uninterrupted sleep. It was a pleasure just to be around this hotel, a home from home, a sense of calm in incredible surroundings. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. The Trident Udaipur is now ranked alongside just two others as the best hotels I’ve experienced.

Absolutely nothing

Excellent breakfast with multiple options. Once is treated likelihood a King. Trident took good care to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday by decorating the room and creating a wonderful cake . The gardens are beautiful with peacocks roaming around and with well manicured gardens. , the location is very pleasing . The staff is very generous with their time and attends the gues very well. It will always be Trident if given a choice. The breakfast is spoilt for choice .

We stayed for four days at Trident Udaipur and calling it an ‘excellent experience’ would be an understatement. :) It was such a memorable stay, all thanks to the exceptional staff of Trident Udaipur. We would like to make a special mention for the following members of the staff: Ms. Neha, Mr. Shekhar, Mr. Mahipal, Mr. Pardeep, Mr. Vikram, Mr. Manas, Mr. Brijraj, Mr. Rupin, Mr. Sangey, Mr. Shanti Lal and all the other warm and courteous guards at the entrance of the hotel (their smiles as wide as their impressive moustaches). Lush green property, lovely clean rooms, well-maintained common areas and superb food. The breakfast spread is really good and the service is 11/10. Such wonderful hospitality! We would recommend Trident Udaipur to family and friends in a heartbeat! And we will be back for sure. :)

Absolutely everything but staff were exceptional . I had to move from a terrible hotel that my travel agent booked me in to and it was like coming from hell and going into heaven . The staff in trident are angels who make everything right. They went way above the call of duty to look after us. Jayveer was beyond exceptional and did everything to make sure we were taken care of . The hotel itself is stunning , food brilliant etc but I have never in my life experienced anything like the staff at trident . Every single one of them . Lokendra in the restaurant was outstanding , Yashika who greeted us on our first day , Saksham , who gave great service and who got Pramod the chef to give me the recipe for their curry, the best I’ve ever tasted. I will come all the way from Ireland to stay just there again . I even cancelled the hotel I had booked in Jaipur and changed to to the Trident hotel in Jaipur and will stay with the Trident group anywhere I can from now on. Their staff are at a different level entirely, better than anything I’ve ever experienced. I have to again say thanks to Jayveer for sorting out a lot of problems we had yesterday. Cancelled trains, travel agent etc and for taking care of us so well .

The staff made this stay utterly amazing. I was so impressed with the service, they were friendly, helpful, and completely professional while being warm. They even gave us a thoughtful going away gift that was completely unexpected! My partner and I ended up getting sick during our stay (completely unrelated to the hotel), so we ended up extending our stay to a week. The staff nursed us back to health, even creating specially mixed teas for our throats when they noticed us coughing. There’s one main restaurant, but the food in the buffet changed often and all of the food was washed with the Oberoi’s own filtered water so we didn’t feel concerned even to eat a fresh salad. The place is also incredibly clean, like they even power wash the ground around the pool! The grounds were extensive and you can get around on their golf carts or bike rentals, but we went to the City Palace as well and it didn’t feel far away from everything. I’ve stayed in Mandarin Orientals, Fairmonts, etc. around the world and it felt like you were yet another guest, but here it felt like a second home. 12/10 would definitely recommend!

This hotel is excellent on all levels. The location is unparalleled with views of the lake and a stone’s throw from the old city. The hotel is very well staffed and the staff are top quality from the door man to the pool attendant, very professional and efficient. Kavita at front desk was very accommodating when we were checking in, showing us around the hotel and giving us an early check in despite us being very early. The food is at a very high standard and we chose to dine in the hotel over other restaurants in the city. Had a beautiful sunset dinner on the main restaurant terrace with live music which was magical. Thank you so much for a memorable stay, hope to be back very soon!

One of the best properties in India with exceptional customer service. We visited the property in August this year. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink. While we layed back on the couch with our welcome drink, the staff processed our check-in. Smoothest check-in ever. Each and every member of the staff was courteous, warm, friendly, and always ready for assistance with a smile. But I would like to call out a few names which really stood out in terms of customer service. One of them was Rupin. He gave us an entire walking tour of the property and explained the history behind every nook. He showed us the bada mahal and sunset point. He waited patiently for my family to relax at the sunset point and escoted us back to the property. I would also like to mention Chef Anuradha. She and her team prepared some delicious rajasthani dishes for us during our breakfast. These dishes were not on the buffet and were specifically made with our taste buds in mind. On our last day at the property, Chef Anuradha visited us on our breakfast table, and upon realising that we had a troubled stomach due to consumption of street food, she quickly got us some hot piping khichdi. Absolutely homemade style which is perfect for a delicate stomach. Absolutely talented chef ! I'd also like to mention Ashok from housekeeping and Aman from the breakfast restaurant who were always ready for assistance and demonstrated amazing customer service. I have travelled the world and stayed at many properties, but Trident will be one of my most cherished stays.

The service was really good, the house keeping staff of Rahul and Yadu were really sweet they even gave a small momento to remember our stay. Special mention about Abhijit from the dinning staff who forced us to try the rasmalai on the house and it was the highlight of our trip it was to die for. The property itself was massive and probably the most beautiful thing about Udaipur.

Nothing, the city of Udaipur was kind of a let down but the property more than made up for it.

The staff and service was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived up until the very last second of our stay. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. I wasn't feeling well when we first arrived and the staff went out of their way to help and check up on me. Plus, the facilities are beautiful, the room was super comfortable, and the breakfast had lots of options.
