Excellent hotel. Its a new hotel and they have maintained it very well. The quality of the amenities provided in the hotel is top notch. Bed was more than comfortable and room was clean and spacious. We felt like a home. Staffs are very courteous. All the beach clubs are nearby the hotel. All restaurants, cafes, markets everything was in walkable distance. Their pool was amazing and very clean. Loved the stay and highly recommend when in canguu

We genuinely could not have asked for anything more from our holiday. From beginning to end, the staff were incredibly accommodating and ready to help with any request we had. The food at the on-site restaurant was amazing, and staff were happy to bring it to the pools or the rooms. The rooms were re-done every day and always pristine, the two pools are gorgeous and truly feel like tropical paradise. The hotel is 5 minutes away from a bunch of restaurants as well as the beach. There's a great gym on-site and another excellent gym within 7-minute walking distance. Despite the location being in a very touristy area, the hotel is super quiet. Would definitely book again.

The bathroom lighting is a bit dim, but that's a tiny detail, i would just bring a mirror with lights next time :)

I stayed at Chesa Canggu for 5 days and it is exactly what you want in a hotel for that price. Wonderful, friendly and attentive staff (E.g. my TV wouldn't link to my laptop so they brought me a new TV within 5 minutes). The pools are both well maintained and nice to chill and read at. The food I only had breakfast but the smoothie bowls are as good as any in Canggu, coffee is great and fruit platter was more ripe and tasty than a lot of the more expensive cafes nearby. And of course the location...so close to everything you want and the beach, yet quiet as it's tucked away on a slightly quieter road. Highly recommend staying here.

The beds were so comfortable, we were staying in Chesa for 4 nights at the end of a 3 week trip and had the best nights sleep here! The staff really couldn't do enough for us. The reception staff always had a lovely hello when we were coming or going and made sure we had taxis etc if we needed. We had a great chat with the two lovely barmen one night, who made us the nicest cocktails. Burned ananas I think was the name - SO good! The pool was so clean and there's also a choice of two pools, if you're chasing the sun in the afternoon. Was only a 5 minute walk from lots of bars and restaurants. We unfortunately didn't eat in the restaurant as we were out and about, so can't comment on that. Honestly, the hotel was spotless, felt so safe and was so close to the hustle and bustle of Canggu but removed just enough so you dont hear the noise if you wanted a relaxing night! Would go back in a heartbeat.

Some light background music around the pool would have been nice, but I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep in a quiet setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The property is very new, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and customer-oriented, going out of their way to help us organize a scooter and ensuring we had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable. The check-in procedure was fast and efficient, which made for a smooth arrival. Although breakfast was not included in the room price, they offered a selection of reasonably priced items, all of good quality. The highlight was their Italian espresso machine, which ensured excellent coffee to start the day. The service was quick and very friendly, contributing to the modern and pleasant atmosphere.

Our recent stay at Chesa Canggu Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. It is a hidden gem - the hotel’s location is perfect, off the main road at Canggu so nice and quiet but providing easy access to the beach and all Canggu has to offer. The room was stylish and comfortable - a little smaller than some in Bali but well designed so that it is no problem. The dining is well rounded and well priced. The hotel amenities, including the serene pool area, provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind. What truly sets Chesa Canggu apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel welcome and valued.

One thing to note - there isn’t a standard desk in the room if you need to sneak in any work. Not a big deal, but might be important to some

My friend and I stayed here for a little over a week last month, and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, walking distance from heaps of great places but also well known from Grab drivers when we wanted to venture further out. It was also always quiet, we rarely heard noise off the Main Street and the pool area was always peaceful. The staff were so friendly and always happy to see you. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is new, and in a great location. There are two pools, so there is always enough room on the sun loungers (you don't have to worry about people reserving them). Every room has a view of the pool which gives it a nice feel. The staff are super friendly and will remember your name. The only downside (which is not the hotel's fault) is it's situated on a road which has yet to have footpaths built, but it's so close to the heart of Canggu you're only walking on the road for a short period of time. I would 100% stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. Our room was incredibly clean and the surfaces were brand new. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They prepared our room in advance when we informed them of a possible early arrival time, which was before the official check-in. This was possible as the peak season had not yet begun in Canggu. We were also able to spend time in the common areas, such as the pool, while waiting for our late flight. The staff always remembered our room number and names, making our interactions seamless. We couldn’t asked for more. The staff at this place deserves a perfect ten, and so does the hotel!

Great hotel in a perfect central location. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Pools are lovely and not busy. Checked in at 1am due to flight delays without any issues. Extra Christmas touch with some decoration and chocolates in the room which was cute!

Slightly noisy with fireworks on the beach through the night but assume this is just around Christmas and New Year period. Room price was quite high and did not include breakfast but restaurant was always empty - would definitely recommend adding breakfast to the price to help increase customer footfall for the restaurant.
