All of the staff were truly amazing - nothing was too difficult, everything was done with a smile. In house facilties were at your fingertips, spa, fitness classes, etc. Our breakfast was most delicious as well as the coffee. We were so glad to have stayed on the quiet street of Canggu but it was still very central and super close to the beach. We also noticed it was a little bit of a hub for young ex-pats to meet. We highly recommend Zin to anyone visiting Canggu.

If there was one thing we had to comment, it would be the water pressure for the shower.

My husband and I LOVED our stay at ZIN. Our room was beautiful, perfectly clean and with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel is close to all the action but but street itself felt quiet and calming, not to mention the hotel grounds itself. It was an oasis and you wouldn't believe you were in the heart of the Canggu hustle and bustle. The staff were incredible, always super helpful and accomodating to our needs and the spa services were worth the money!

Only downfall was that there were lots of mozzies during the night so I would wake up in during the night itching. We were there during wet season so I imagine that makes them worse but just be sure to take patches or something to deter them while you sleep.

I had an incredible stay at ZIN Canggu Resort! The location is perfect, offering easy access to the best parts of Canggu while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The facilities are top-notch, with amenities that make you feel right at home. And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! Every morning was a treat. I can’t recommend ZIN Canggu enough and will definitely be returning!"

The property was under construction as they were building a new gym so that was a bit annoying but overall very accomodating

This is a very "happening" location, with an active restaurant, gym, classes, remote workers, etc. all who use this spot as a base. The resort sits just behind the restaurant and they do a great job ensuring that people who stay are indeed receiving an upscale experience, and service. Our villa was very big and the private pool was fantastic. The food was very good, especially breakfast (included with our stay). You can walk to the busy shopping areas or down to the beach (1 minute away). It was a good place to base ourselves as we explored other areas of Bali.

Only one night, there was a comedy show that we could hear in our room. That said, it quieted down by 11 or so and was not a big issue.

Food options and room service was excellent - ordering via whatsapp was smooth, and the staff were really fast and responsive to any and all requests. Having an integrated spa is really nice, and the free inclusions (such as free nightly cocktail, free breakfast and free introductory foot massage were amazing to have. Their guest website was also super-useful and user-friendly, and made finding out what options were availablee and ordering a breeze.

The rooms don't have their own drinking water dispenser, and you have to request bottles of water from reception quite regularly if you tend to drink a lot of water (since you shouldn't drink the tap water). The bathroom also has poor ventilation (due to being an apartment-style hotel room) so can get a bit smelly and would benefit from a bathroom fan/vent to get rid of some of the excess humidity.

Perfect holiday retreat. The staff are exceptional they look after your every need with mindfulness and smile. The room is spacious, modern, and filled with everything you need. The pool area is a tropical oasis of holiday pleasure surrounded by beautiful Balinese gardens. We loved free evening cocktails delivered to our room each evening, which we enjoyed watching the surf and evening lights. The Zin restaurant produces an array of fresh and delicious foods, especially the frozen breakfast bowls. The massage facilities and masseuse are truly heavenly. The scanning app and Whatsapp feature brilliant. Thank you for facilitating a perfect holiday.

A very smart place. They made the most out of everything. Comfy room, very nice hotel layout with smaller yards with greenery and pools - we loved ours; cute little spa, great food, handy work space for those who need to do some work, super fast and attentive service with lots of added value and freebies throughout our stay - I felt like they really wanted us to have a great time. Close to the beach and on a street with cool restaurants, it was an ideal place for Canggu and a great value for money.

Perfect little zen oasis in the busy Canggu area. On a quiet street with the beach at the end of the road. Lots of tree cover makes it feel cool on hot days. A few pools to choose from and the hotel is well designed to make each area feel private and relaxed. Great included breakfast. We hardly saw our neighbours and the staff were so lovely and accommodating from start to finish. A fantastic spot walking distance along the beach to The Lawn, Old mans and other Canggu hot spots. Highly recommended.

Bamboo villa was so unique and a great experience. Circular layout and doors were really cool. Staff were exceptional, very friendly. Nice touches added with a free cocktail and 15 minute foot massage. Breakfast was superb, good selection and great quality.

I feel sorry for the hotel as its mostly out of their control but the noise was horrendous. Huge building works next door. And lots of other building works up the street. They did warn us after we had booked, but I didn't expect Bali builders to be working 24/7, they work all night!! Drilling at 4am in the morning. I had 40 db ear plugs in and could still hear noise loud and clear. That along with the area being party central you could hear screaming from other villas at night too. Definitely not a place for a relaxing honeymoon. Other than noise you can't fault anything it is such a lovely place.

The design both outdoor and indoor was gorgeous and calming. Excellent property and management, you can see them gardening most days. The staff were very friendly and open, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and delivered with smiles and nice warm conversations. The pool was one of our favorite parts as we had it to ourselves for the duration of our stay.

The cocktails could be made stronger, which would have made us drink there rather than going outside spend elsewhere.
