The pool view was amazing. Loved the pool, the whole villa settings

Loud music from the neighbouring hotel on arrival. Couldn’t sleep before they shut their music. Bad heat control in the shower. Goes from cold to burning hot

We stayed here for just one night, as we came from the Nusa islands. We took a Grab from the Sanur port across Denpasar to here (approx. 1 hour). We found the staff really friendly and helpful. Communication was good. The accommodation is situated right in the centre of Canggu, with most restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach is a 10 minute walk also. Pros: Safety deposit box, wi-Fi was good, pools are nice, but cold if it is not sunny. Cleanliness is great.

They could provide drinking water in a way that is more sustainable. E.g. Like many places now, they could get big gallon size water dispensers that can easily be refilled with the gallon-size refills, and give instant hot and cold water. This would be much better than single plastic bottles, which just add to unsustainable plastic waste, which is everywhere in Bali. Secondly, they could have a more secure place for people to store their luggage after check out for a few hours, as currently it is put behind a bar in front of reception. Reception can keep an eye on it, but it just seems quite insecure.

Location is great with everything close by. Beach is only a short walk and in the other direction are the shops and restaurants.

Rooms could do with a deep clean. Bathroom floors need scrubbing and mould removed from back of door.

I loved the location being so close to the beach and restaurants being on the main road and my villa was right in front of the beautiful pool. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff would deliver food to the room when ordered through Gojek. The staff were always so accommodating and asking if I had everything necessary. No problems when I extended my stay and was able to stay in the same room and have late check out for a late flight. Always spot to hang out by the pool with so many nice tourists to chat too!

I think from being an upper level room, my aircon tended to stop blowing cold air multiple times within the week at the hottest points of the day when you wanted to relax from the heat. Saying that, the staff were very punctual at getting a technician to look at it every time. Was surprised when arrived about the shared living and kitchen area as I don’t believe is indicated on the booking. Not all the rooms had fridges either which is hard again for bali but the staff were super accommodating and allocated one to me in my room as I struggle walking up and down the stairs.

Great location on one of the Main Streets in canggu, short walk to the beach and good bars (old mans and motel mexicola are at the bottom). It is very busy and traffic noise from 6am until 3am approx so take ear buds incase you are in the front of the property. If further back there is no noise at all. Nice pool area too and very helpful staff. Milk and madu is just along the road and was nice for brunch

A mere 3-minute walk along a main street to the beach you cannot get a better location at this price. We were blown away by the property itself from the 2 beautiful pools to the spacious bedrooms and communal living area. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, thank you Ana <3, helping us to book ferries, taxi's anything we needed. Whilst one room can accommodate 2 single beds for kids, I would definitely recommend booking a second room for the children. 1 child sharing is fine but 2 is a bit cramped. But all in all, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely book this property again.

there is nothing I could fault about this property. The music from the neighbouring properties can be a bit loud on a Friday night but it was over by 10pm.

The staff was really helpful in getting us a cab to go around and also the pool was awesome. It was a very large common area with comfortable couches and a kitchen. The room was very spacious and the location was great. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

I loved everything but to be honest the room was not really "sealed" from the outside and we were not able to rest properly. Every day in the evening we would find geico poop in our bed which is small I know, but still bothered me the fact that we had to check since it was always in the bed or on the floor and you could step on it. Also, they were loud at night and you could hear them so much in the room that it would keep me awake.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, my room and bathroom were huge, bed was really comfortable. It is literally next to so many cafes and bars and spas so you don't need to walk more than 2 streets unless you want to, and the beach is really close and has great surf and gorgeous sunsets over the black sand. Not obvious from the website (or at least I managed to miss it), but there are 2 pools also.

Being so in the thick of Canggu you can hear noise in the morning but it's not very loud from the rooms.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Great location very close and convenient to the beach and also the many restaurants and cafes on batu bolong. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Fast wi-fi in the room. Two pools were very clean and not busy. Although not a lot of pool chairs there was always one available when I went to the pool. It was pretty quiet for the size of the property and amount of rooms onsite. Would definitely recommend to stay here. A really nice, comfortable stay.

The location was fantastic, close to beach and great restaurants. Having the pool at the door to our room was fabulous.

The property grounds were very well maintained but the rooms definitely need a little attention. The floor in our room made terrible creaking sounds with every footstep. Not great whilst your other half is sleeping. The styling of the rooms could also do with an update.
