Great resort with fabulous grounds. Exceeded my expectations, property photos were actually accurate. Staff were very warm and welcoming, service and food were really great too. Also there are a couple of convenience stores, local restaurants and spa/massage places within easy walking distance (only a few minutes from main lobby).

Very minor issues only. Gym access required you to go to reception to ask an employee to come and physically let you in; a number of lights in the suite were blown or faulty; too relaxed enforcing their own pool lounge etiquette (e.g. sun beds were ‘reserved’ with a towel but unused for up to 4 hrs).

The place is quite nice but needs updating, rooms are nice and beads very comfortable. The beach front was awful, I understand that this beach is accessible to locals and other people who is there but, if I was resort owner I would hire someone to pick the rubbish and dead birds from the beach. BTW beach is only 30m away from main swimming pool. Advise, if you planning to visit this resort and choosing because is on the beach, don’t waste your money. See pictures attached

The view from our room was fantastic and the location on the beach.

Breakfast service was terrible, the coffee is just black water with no taste and no strength. It took us 20 minutes to get our proper strong black coffee after asking several times. We were first at the al la carte breakfast and last to get our coffee. The other thing is you should not be reserving tables at breakfast, it should be first come first serve. We wanted a table but it was reserved but the people do not arrive during our breakfast and the table was still empty. Also you say in your rules no reserving sun beds by the pool, people Were reserving sun beds with their belongings. Your meant to be a 4 star luxury hotel, some things need improvement.

I had an ocean view room in the main building and it had a beautiful balcony overlooking the gardens, the main pool, and the ocean. It was gorgeous. I loved the pools, especially the infinity pool in the middle of the garden. It was spotlessly clean, and the gardens so well-maintained. The whole place was so peaceful and so gorgeous. I had only booked for two nights and extended to five. Despite the number of people who were staying there, the pools hardly ever had more than a couple of people in them. (There are also loungers with parasols in front of the ocean.) This is a really beautiful place and well worth the price - certainly for the room I had, number 219. The staff were lovely.

Obviously as a resort, the prices in the restaurant are going to be correspondingly high, and the tax and services charges are the highest I encountered in Bali. I was appalled to pay something like 180,000 for a small glass of tepid white wine! As others have mentioned, the beach receives some tidal litter, and also from people picnicking on the beach and leaving their stuff behind. The hotel staff do try to clean it up: unfortunately litter is a cultural problem all over this beautiful island.

Everything was amazing, we booked junior suite and it exceeded our expectations, very nice sea view, next to the (most of the time) empty infinity pool, away from the main restaurant (that one cannot say about luxury suites), so no disturbances Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, amazing massages at the spa with a good discount for the hotel guests, cool option to plant your own tree (60USD) on the territory of the resort We really enjoyed Full Moon Festival (great food options and nice live music) Nice option with a shuttle service to Candidasa! Really recommend this resort to anyone who wants to spend relaxing time in Bali and see a real (local) part of it!

Breakfast could have more variety (gets slightly boring for people staying for more than 2 days), same for the dinner options in the restaurant, menu is quite limited & not many other options around the resort Biggest disadvantage: beach was extremely dirty, even though we asked the staff if somebody could clean it couple of times, we still have never seen anyone doing it

I felt the meals were expensive and with lots of choice in the local area we ate at the nearby warungs as was better value for money

Location was bit far to walk to the centre of Candi Dasa (approx 2km)but they did offer a shuttle morning and afternoon

The hotel is located in quite area but in the same time you are not totally isolated : the hotel provides a option to transfer to nearest village with restaurants and some shops (not big one, no shopping malls, but enough to buy souvenirs or if you forget anything for your holiday stay). There are few good restaurants in the walking distance + few restaurants on the territory of hotel. All restaurants on the territory were good with nice food and service. Additionally there is small restaurant on the beach with Indonesian food, what is not part of the hotel but also very good option for meal with sunset view. Territory is green, very clean. We saw how many people look after it every day. Great service in the rooms, every day cleaned a room, changed towels every time when we asked and not asked. The beach and ocean is good. I would not say perfect but there no any link with hotel it’s just ocean full of plastics and rubbish. But because of rifs in front of beach, there is quite clear water for swimming, all rubbish left behind rifs. Hotel staff was cleaning the beach every morning - clear sand, enough space for everyone. Rooms are not new, but in very good conditions. We chose villa with swimming pool, and water in swimming pool was always clean. Again, every morning staff came to look after pool. One more time I want to highlight very high level of service. For any of our requests we got support.

Everything was just perfect. We booked our room in the last minute but still, I think we received the very best room :) The view was amazing, we could sleep to the sound of the ocean, the balcony is huge, we had a jacuzzi as well on the balcony, it was really perfect. The room itself is very nice and big as well, the pools are great but we loved swimming in the ocean too. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, they even invited us (along with other guests) to a cocktail party with the top management of the hotel. The nature surrounding the hotel is mesmerizing, we can be next to the ocean and still a little bit in the jungle, next to some hills. The yoga on the rooftop is also great and the food is excellent. Thank you for this perfect stay :)

There was nothing negative. We were worried about the beach not being clean because of some comments we read, but there was nothing wrong with the beach. Sometimes the ocean brings some trash out but it is regularly cleaned and to be honest, sadly this is a difficulty at most beaches in Asia. So don’t let the comments fool you, the beach is great just like everything else in the hotel :)
