The pool was amazing! The rooms looked nice and clean with nice view on pool. Very nice environment! I recommend it!

The water was not completely hot. The restaurant is very below average, I recommend eating elsewhere!

Everything was good, staff were very lovely and attentive, although there wasn't much to do in the hotel in the evening, you need to venture out, unless you want total peace and quiet. A short stroll ( less than 2 minutes) down the path from the hotel and you're on the beach front. I would highly recommend Wina. Andre looked after us for the 8 days, he even made me ginger tea when I had an upset tummy.

There was no conditioner or hairdryer in the room and I didn't bring it as most places provide it now. It wasn't a problem, just mentioning. The only thing that bothered me was that the pool was very cold, be warned 😅 😬

1. Big room with terrace and good washroom. 2. The whole area gives a traditional view. 3. Swimming pool was good. 4. Breakfast was buffet style and had good options.

1. Water in the washroom was salty like sea water. Could not take a complete bath during stay. 2. Could not use the hotel wifi. 3. Swimming pool water was also salty too. 4. Hotel as a whole was bit old. Redecorating is essential. My washroom got locked and was a bad situation once. 5. Sculptures around the area gives a little creepy feeling at night. 6. Room was not sound proof. Everything could be hard from outside and inside.

My family and son stayed for seven days while we explored Kuta and Bali and we loved it. Perfect location, a very short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants but set back in a very quiet and picturesque location. Plenty of options for breakfast and we loved the rice on the menu which we ordered by the pool when we were hungry after swimming and surfing. The pool table also kept my son entertained when it was raining and we were able to order drinks and cocktails to pass the time. The staff were lovely.

The shower took a long time to get warm but after a couple of minutes the water was very hot and very good pressure.

I really appreciate the hospitality from the staff and the driver throughout my stay in Bali. People are really warm and friendly and assisted in my request, to the best of their abilities. They even got me a complimentary cake for my 24th bday celebration, which was lovely. Would definitely come back again.

Maybe a small upgrade to the electronic locking system in the hotel, for a sense of security. Other than that the cleanliness, service, and staff were excellent. Really enjoyed my stay there. Thank you.

Location was just perfect! Crossed the street and u was already at the beach of Kuta!. The room was clean and the staff was friendly! They daily cleaned up our room and gave water bottles daily. Overall a nice experience with Wina Holiday Villa. First time and probably will rebook here when i’m back in Bali! I even recommend it to my parents to stay here everytime they visit Bali!

Only thing was the water (shower and tap water) is salty. I think it was because the water is from the sea. But there is a warning to now consume water from there and use the bottle waters!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, it has 2 beautiful pools and really close to the beach. My room was spotless and I had a nice outdoor balcony seating space. You can hire a motorcycle or get taxis easily however if you like using your legs you can walk to a lot of beautiful places.

There’s no official bar or no entertainment and as a solo traveler I quite often had to leave the hotel just to meet other people on an evening when I got bored. Oh and they do sale beer at the restaurant but only beer, so if you’re a guy that wants to chill drinking beer on an evening with your misses and she likes cocktails or wine, don’t bother 😂.

Room was exceptionally large for the size and the location was phenomenal! Note that it's a little bit of a walk from the main road, but definitely tolerable. On top of this, we left items in the room after check out and the staff attended to help us find them even at 4 in the morning and helped us ship them back to our home country. Amazing customer service.

You can tell the hotel is a little old and its features are a little run down. Not a lot of amenities are available too because they're not being used anymore.

I have stayed at the Wina a number of times over the years and have found usually quite good the recent renovations are good. I did find the some of the staff disconnected in their interest of the client which was disappointing. I guessing they are settling in some new staff but found the desk excellent one minute poor the next so I assume over time will be more in tune with guests.

At times the response to a problem seemed a challenge an example I just needed to borrow a pen to fill out laundry request which they don't have in the room yet listed as a service. Felt like I had asked for a lung a simple smile and can I help you would of been nice. Fortunately not all like that.
