I was drawn to this hotel by the offer of a free airport shuttle. The hotel is clean, and it has a lovely garden filled with beautiful flowers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with soft, clean bedding. The air conditioning works well, and the hot shower has good water pressure. Plus, there's Wi-Fi! The swimming pool and café are located by the beach, offering stunning sunset views. The breakfast buffet is more than adequate, with both local and Western food options. The staff are friendly and helpful.

However, one downside is the beach. Despite the beautiful views, the beach is unfortunately littered with trash from nearby areas. I hope the hotel takes the initiative to clean it up, as it’s a valuable asset, especially with such a gorgeous sunset. Also, the location is a bit far from the city, so guests will need to take a taxi or a Gojek to get to the town center.

Close to beach, pool and food good too. Best thing was the staff who were very attentive and competent.

A little pricey (Bintang 100k) and needs more food options around it. Have to walk/ride towards Labuan Bajo for restaurant. Also bathrooms are ok but could do with an upgrade or severe clean.

Really enjoyed my 4 days. I had a villa room which was spacious and spotless. Huge king bed as well. The pool was great but could probably do with a few more sun beds. The beach was nice to look at but you probably don’t want to lay on it or swim in it. The hotel keeps there portion of sand clean though. Breakfast was basic but tasty but the indo food for lunch and dinner was great. The Gado Gado was delicious. The hotel is about 10 minutes out of town. $17k on a Gojek or Grab. Bikes only no cars for either company. I rented a scooter via the hotel at $100k per day. Staff are super nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Breakfast quite simple, boiled and fried rice, two kinds of fruit juices from cartons, sausages and bacon slices. Every day is similar. Cooks sunny side up or smashed eggs, pancakes and waffles. Room service is good, every day is polite and convenient. Hotel has a well-kept garden area and a small beach. You can order in the restaurant local and european cuisine, free barbecue and tools are provided. Free transfer service from and to the airport.

Breakfast could be more varied. Please fix pool filter system and pump. Most rooms without balconies and terraces.

We were kindly upgraded to a Villa room. It was well appointed and had a fantastic view. Great location away from the noise of the town. Beautifully kept beach and grounds. Good selection at breakfast. Well priced for other meals. Highly recommend the grilled oxtail. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful.

Could do with a few more sun loungers.

Beautiful gardens, lovely pool, good buffet breakfast, huge comfortable beds, very friendly and caring staff Water, tea and coffee available all day The section of beach in from of the hotel is kept clean, it’s not really a swimming beach but the view is gorgeous It’s a little outside of town so the location is peaceful and quiet which you might only appreciate if you spend one night in town!! The staff can organise scooters so it’s easy to get around, just over 5 minutes to the city centre A bit of a long walk in the heat so wouldn’t recommend but it’s flat all the way Dinner is the property is good but wouldn’t eat there every night

The rooms were a little small as the beds are super king size - the water didn’t fully drain in the shower so it gets a bit smelly in the bathroom and feet get wet each time you need to use the towel if kept hanging in the shower recess but the staff is very quick and efficient cleaning the room There isn’t anywhere to dry clothes The hotel is starting to look a little tired but a great place for families and if you want a bit more peace

The property has private beach however it is a bit far from city centre. So you need to rent motorbike or using gojek/grab. If you prefer a chill and tranquil vibe you can choose this hotel. The check-in process was quick and easy. The villa room was so massive equipped with android tv (those who wanted to stream). They also prepared pick-ups from airport and transportation

The choices of breakfast is a bit limited and can be improved more. Enhance the uniqueness of indonesian cuisine more

Very professional staff. Nice, clean hot shower. Clean pool. Restaurant at the hotel is also nice.

Bed sheets were stained the two times we went to this hotel (red stains the first time, brown stains the second time). And there is thrash near the pool and the beach. Also, neighbor is a boat repair shop, so noisy. Overall, for the price you pay, it is a bit disappointing. For this price, you should find better hotels in the city center next to all the great restaurants of Labuan Bajo

great breakfast, large & comfortable room/bed. huge bathroom. nice pool area & restaurant, nice food. very friendly helpful staff. a good choice of other restaurants within a short walk.

a little noisy when music was being set up for a conference & also a karaoke party, but it finished at a reasonable time. some guests would hog/take over the sun loungers near pool for days on end (even if not anywhere near the pool for hours) - without the thought of sharing. resort is a bit of a distance from the main town area.

Marvellous low density property. Unique by itself with its own beach front. I felt that my friends and me are well taken care of by all the staff and particularly Mr Fernando who had given us his special attention throughout our four days stay at Luwansa Beach Resort

The resorts, probably due to its age needs special attention to the walkway from the main block to the restaurant. A new coat of paint externally will also give live and beauty of the resort to blend the greenery of the surrounding.
