The staff were amazing. They were incredibly accomodating and so very friendly, especially Natalie and Dede. They were the best. The room was a great size - it has a kitchenette and microwave which is great for a family, the beds and pillows were so comfortable and the restaurant was great quality food, fresh and delicious. The location was the best part. I think the only thing that could have been better was the pool - the location and setting was great but it felt slimy inside. We went to the Mandira pool every day, next door and swam for the day. Otherwise, I am so happy with our decision to book Rama Residence.

The pool was slimy so we had to go to another pool, next door at the Mandira each day to swim. Everything else was exceptional.

Spacious, modern suites with comfortable beds and furniture and an equipped kitchenette in every room - that’s why I return to Padma Residences The location is great - close to beach, shopping and restaurants. A very professional young staff provide ample personal attention.... or complete privacy in this boutique apartment hotel. New restaurant menu is extensive and the fresh cooked breakfasts much appreciated again.

I was on 3rd floor under the pool. Each morning i was woken at 7am by the staff dragging furniture around at the pool. Then latter in the evening the furniture was dragged back again

Comfiest bed & softest sheets I've ever slept in. Amazing location, just 300m from the beach and right in the middle of Legian shops & places to eat. The staff were awesome, especially Oming who went out of her way to help me get my Netflix account working in my room - Thank you Oming!! The pool was so nice & the view really pretty. Took me by surprise that the pool was only waist height (no deep end) but it didn't really matter. I would stay at Rama Residence again without a doubt.

They played the same 6-8 songs (pop) by the pool all day every day which was a bit tiring (especially when they were played loud in the morning) BUT this my only negative to what is a great, value for money resort.

Gorgeous hotel - our room was so comfortable. We had the one bedroom suite which gave us a separate lounge/kitchen area and two toilets, perfect when you have one partner who is an early riser and one who loves a long lie in! The bed was massive and super comfortable. I loved the bathroom, there was tons of storage so I could unpack and settle in. The shower was amazing with strong pressure and instant hot water. The kitchen had a water dispenser, full sized fridge and nice big mugs for your morning cuppa. We absolutely loved the location too, it was so close to restaurants, pubs, clubs, shops AND the beach. But the best things was you'd never know it inside the room, we heard absolutely no outside noise once we were in our room. It was like a sanctuary. The rooftop pool was great for a lazy afternoon and I never had a problem getting a sun lounger to relax on. It was handy having the little rooftop bar there too so you could get a drink and snack as well.

I didn't love the pillows and found them a little uncomfortable, but my husband did like them, and I never got round to checking if they had any different options they could have switched out for me. That is literally my only complaint! We would 100% stay at this hotel again.

Pool was amazing, staff were amazing, the room was amazing, food was amazing! I couldn't fault the place. I will definiely stay there again!

Location of the hotel is excellent - close to beach, shopping, restauarants, bars etc. Didn't use a taxi or bike once, other than transport for day trip to Uluwatu. Comfort of rooms is excellent and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite due to our original room undergoing maintenance. The beds and pillows were comfy, room spacious with everything we needed - filtered, cooled water dispenser, larger fridge, separate ensuite and powder room, separate lounge and second tv, and 2 balcony's. All the comforts one could want for a week stay. Hotel facilities awesome as well - roof top pool with beautiful views and nice breeze, with bar service and food available as well up there. Restaurant Asian Spice serves beautiful food for all meals in a lovely setting, or in your room. All areas of the hotel are kept super clean and hand sanitiser is in all the common areas. Staff all super friendly and helpful - were so supportive when we needed an extra couple of nights due to falling ill - arranged a doctor and could accommodate us in the same room, even provided a fresh fruit platter which was a lovely touch.

The hotel smells amazing in the common areas. The beds are very comfy - yes the pillows are soft. We prefer a little firmer. We included the sofa bed in the lounge area for our 8yo and it was a great second bed The breakfast was downstairs at the restaurant and you could sit inside near the water fountain or in the other section facing the street (good for people watching) and a bit louder and busier. Menu options for food were good - recommend the banana pancakes. Such large portions. We paid extra to include breakfast with our accommodation and were happy we did with the price breakdown. Rooms are very well cleaned each day. There are some good items in the kitchenette however I am not sure you could cook much. You can use the microwave and kettle etc. Large wine glasses :) We had food delivered via GoJek one evening so it was good having a table to sit and eat at. Room service - same kitchen which services the restaurant downstairs. We never had to wait long from ordering to food arriving. Water filter - we had our own machine in the room :) Great for refilling water bottles. Has hot water feature as well. Location - extremely close to Garlic Lane and shopping. 5 minute walk to the beach - great food and decent coffee. Rooftop Pool - lovely view of the water and surrounding buildings. Nice cabanas and day beds. Also, we had no issues ordering cocktails here from the bar. Laundry - self service. Requires tokens purchased from reception then extreme precision to get the machine to recognize the coins as you throw them in. Laundry services are very close by in all directions really and cheap - support local. Good to have this option. Have the option of picnic packs i.e. take away breakfast boxes. Great idea if you are leaving for a tour early and have breakfast included but the restaurant us not open. Plenty of convenient stores nearby for supplies. Lastly the staff are amazing. Always friendly and smiling and engaging. They are happy to help.

Pillows are soft. We refer a little firmer. We did not however raise this with staff. It did not bother us enough. Coffee - I drink Almond Milk. It is readily available in Bali and other venues - perhaps consider additional milks for your restaurant please. Happy to pay extra. Little noisy from the restaurant below however this was not every night and when the football finals were on. It's a very busy location. Unless you stay in the hotel and don't go out, be prepared for this.

The location was fantastic for Legian Stay, everything you need is close by, even the excellent cheap authentic warungs on the beach for sunset dinners. The rooms were awesome. We had deluxe room with balcony and king single beds. The room was spacious with plenty of cupboards and full small kitchen. We loved our room. Roof top pool was awesome place to hang out after being out on busy streets. Breakfast was awesome but cost 100,000 rupiah per person...

Only complaint was our bathroom was extremely cramped. Difficult to close door while on toilet and only one person could fit in bathroom at a time. Would have been perfect if we had larger bathroom..Also lifts only allowed you to get off on your floor, ground floor or rooftop pool. We had family staying on a different floor and it proved rather inconvenient to visit each other in rooms.
