The pool is nice. Staff is incredibly nice and service oriented. Rooms are ok and clean. Food is good! Price is good!

When we arrived there was 80% long-term stay Russians at the hotel, where everybody knew everybody. This gave the feeling that we were crashing someone else's private sphere as they had some office rooms, had private lessons in the restaurant, etc. Also there was Russian techno in the restaurant, not so nice for 6 days straight. We chose this hotel as we wanted a big resort with other kids for our daughter to play with, but the hotel is much smaller than you may think by the name and pictures and there were no other kids than the Russians who did not want to play. Location is outside of "the touristy Sanur beach" so you'll have to walk 25 min along the beach to find the nice cafes etc.

This is a nice hotel very close to the beachfront and the harbour. It’s ideal to visit the islands or relax at the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant offers good and tasty options. The beds are very spacious and comfortable.

The only little issue is that there are some people who seem to stay long term at the hotel. They tend to treat the premices and the swimming pool as their own. They are not very friendly or engaging and sadly treat the staff as their servants, which is a shame as they tried their best to offer the Balinese hospitality

The staff were warm and helpful and learned the names of everyone in our group. The included breakfast, and all other meals we had from the restaurant, were exceptional, so much so that outsiders were ordering UberEats from the hotel restaurant. The hotel itself was small and intimate and off the beaten track down a laneway, but still only a 5 min walk to the main Sanur boardwalk restaurants, ocean views and activities. Our little boy loved the slide at the pool, which kept him entertained for hours. Comfortable large beds and clean rooms.

The breakfast was limited to a hot drink, fruit juice and one main course but the variety and style of those courses was excellent and very fresh. Buffet breakfasts in Bali are the norm but this change was very pleasant and the selection very good and perfectly presented by friendly staff. they even heated the milk for tea or coffee if requested.

Very close to the harbour, just a few minutes' walk away. We booked this hotel as we were taking a boat trip so it was very convenient. There were a few warungs and cafes along the road so it was easy to get lunch and dinner. Plenty of convenience stores as well. Hotel grounds are well kept and clean, nice greenery all around and you get woken up to sounds of some nice chirping from the birds in the morning.

Breakfast took a very long time to be served, about 50 minutes. Tip: one person can go down first at 7am and order for the rest, and you will still have time to then go up and have a shower. Oh, the water from the shower is not very powerful, if you need to wash your hair, it can take some time.

The location, the rooms, the breakfast, the pool. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. I have never seen such huge beds and they were very comfortable. The grandkids enjoyed the water slide. Breakfast choices were many and so delicious. The staff were friendly. It only took about 5 minutes to get to the beach.

We have stayed in this hotel on our way to Nusa Penida Trip. We were warned regarding tough traffic in and out of Sanur new port and had taken a decision to stay somewhere as close to the port as possible. This hotel is a walking distance of the port and gives you the opportunity to simply walk towards your boat without hassle. If we could only think how comfortable clean and homy this place is we would definitely book more than a night. Kids didn’t want to leave the pool with a fun slide and lots of cool floaties and bunch of other kids splashing. Breakfast has choice of fresh avocados, delicious sausages, home made breads, pancakes, juices and excellent coffees. Egg Benedicts with smoked marlin was a try to remember! The cosy and quite aquamarine restaurant has fresh deliveries of sea food straight from the catch of the day. We didn’t have much time to try everything and ordered a sea food platter for dinner, which was just the right choice of juicy fresh and balanced seafoods. Room is large and freshly renovated, white and hidden behind lush tropical garden. Linen, towels, everything I new. We had a small site look on other rooms and were told that they have family options for parents and kids with a reasonable value. I’m thinking of coming back for a longer holidays with the whole family next time as the hotel is conveniently located on the way to most famous sights of Bali such as Bali Safari, Bali Zoo, Bird Park, Monkey Forest, Lempuyang and Besakih Temples, Bet Cave, Tirta Gangga Palace and many more. Also the hotel is close to long Sanur beach stroll, you can use for jogging, cycling and simply waking and enjoying the variety of cool affordable cafes and spas along the beach.

If I could live here, i would. The onsite restaurant is fab, and good prices too (not normal hotel increased prices) - the staff here was so friendly! Breakfast was great, lots of options My boyfriend ended up being really ill (nothing to do with the hotel/food), I didn’t catch his name, but the guy on reception in the evening helped me get him to hospital, which I couldn’t do on my own - thanks again! Room was huge, such a comfy bed, shower was good, pool was great.

Only thing I could think was there’s a small gap under the door so sometimes little bugs could get in.

The whole place was wonderful very tranquil and peaceful can forget your in a big city when you are here the facilities met all requirements and even more. My favourite thing about this place is the hospitality the people who work here are amazing and very helpful I. an even begin to describe what they have done for me I will never forget them a massive thank you to Surya one of the best and so friendly and helpful and also to Ketut he took me for dinner on his day off and we had a great time I felt so welcome here like my home away from home.

there wasn’t to much I didn’t like maybe the breakfast menu could of had a little more choice but saying that I ate something different everyday I am just clutching at straws really.
