Kristal Garden was the perfect place for me. The bungalow was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom and a nice sitting area at the front. All rooms overlook the pool. The staff are friendly, always happy and very welcoming. Key and his wife and their team of staff (Eros, Made, Tama and Putu) recommended and joined in on various activities including snorkelling, bon fire and dinner at the beach and a private tour to Kuta. The tours are very well priced. The onsite restaurant has a good variety of meals to choose from and are made to order. The fresh juice was very refreshing. This is a place where you can do everything on offer or just chill and relax. I done a bit of both. I booked for 5 nights and stayed for 12 nights. I didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend Kristal Garden. I’ll be back

Amazing and most favorite stay after tow weeks on lombok. The stuff was just insanely polite, funny and happy!! The restaurant is making wonderful, delicious food (you will find definitely no better food near by) and the kitchen was really clean as well! They have really nice tours and sometimes they are even joining you with some good Musik and happy vibes. Key, the manager, is an awesome guitarist and we had some nice Musik - singing sessions!! Key and the Stuff also gave me some good advices for good sunset and other things to do on my own, it was awesome!! Thank you sooo much for the wonderful time!!

Highly recommend! - spacious room - very clean - good AC - own porch for each room - nice pool - free mineral water - good breakfast & opportunity to eat lunch & dinner on the property We booked a 4-island snorkeling tour through Kristal Garden and the tour was really good. Key made sure we have a great day and was always helpful and willing to fulfill any wishes/needs. We highly recommend coming here and book Kristal Garden and the tour without further thinking, you will love it here! Next time we will stay here too and book the sunset tour with the bonfire on the small Island.

- if it is very Important for you to have wifi e.g. for online meetings and such, you may want to ask beforehand to put you in a bungalow that is close to the reception. We had the very last Bungalow in the row and did only have a little wifi on our front porch. It did not bother us but may be important for people working abroad

Room was very nice and clean and facing the lovely pool which is great. The host and all the staff were so lovely and really helpful with telling us all the things we could do during our stay. They had loads of snorkelling trips to the gili islands on offer and they all sounded so good! We went on the 4 island trip which I definitely recommend - amazing. The restaurant had loads of choice and the food was really tasty. Reasonably priced too. I would definitely be back and I highly recommend.

There is not much to do around the area, so to get to anywhere you have to use a scooter. So, if you can’t ride a scooter there isn’t a lot to do (apart from the amazing trips they organise of course). However, if you can ride a scooter, the owner will give you so many recommendations on where to go!

Great hotel! The reception is extremely friendly, the staff is super cool and attentive. The rooms are all facing the pool/garden, which are loionvingly designed. The rooms and entire complex are cleaned almost constantly and are correspondingly clean. We arrived with Bali Belly and a few injuries and were very well looked after. They prepared extra dishes for us and took great care of us. We were able to hire a scooter on site and everything went smoothly. We also took part in the snorkeling tour on offer. It was very relaxed and private. All in all, a fully deserved 10 stars. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

Staff is very nice and will help with anything as well as arrange activities for you, transport and motorbike rent. Rooms are basic but clean and comfy. Breakfast is choice between indonesian and western. Food prices are ok and their food is very good. There is a nice pool and garden that you can enjoy.

No hot water, this was not an issue for us, cold water is not exactly cold, but could be an issue for more sensitive guests.

Everything was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was really nice and refreshing. The staff and espacially Key was really helpful and always had a smile on his face. Even when my freind was sick we could change the room to a better one. What a great person! A highlight was definitely the tips from Key about the scooter tour in the south. It is a must do in our opinion.

Maybe the lack of hot water and the lights on the terrace (you have to ask them to switch it off). There is not so much to do in the surrounding area.

Room was good, very comfortable bed. Everything is kept really clean, the pool is so nice to relax at with beanbags and umbrellas, can order food and drinks throughout the day and they bring it to you. Breakfast was great too. We ate almost all of our meals there and they were all so tasty! On our last night K helped us to buy fresh fish which they grilled and cooked amazing local food to go with. He helped us with everything, you can also book some great trips like camping on the secret Gilis and snorkelling. You can also hire scooter, there is a mini market nearby incase you need anything. All off the staff were so friendly but big shout out to K for making our stay so great! We have stayed many places on our travels in Asia and this was one of our favourite.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The place is very clean, new, simple, quiet but at the same time comfortable it is located at the end of a small street of a balinese hindu village and you can see and breathe the authenticity of the place. Wayan is fantastic, a smart guy, nice and ready to solve all your requests and make this place even more pleasant. The simple restaurant is far two minutes by walk but Wayan can bring the food to your bungalow even if it is a pity to lose the magnificent sea view from the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. We will definitely come back here when we return from gili gede. Thank you Wayan
