Great pool, nice living space and bathroom, nice staff.

The location was hard to get to and a bit inconvenient, it also cost more than other comparably better places (like ground floor villas) - if the food offering and breakfast was better to match the price, this would be worthwhile. Unfortunately, the breakfast was pretty terrible - particularly the “salad” breakfast option (not nearly substantial enough for breakfast) and the coffee was atrocious and served in a leaky paper cup. There’s awesome coffee not too far away at Expat cafe though if you have your own transport and want to pay for it. I suggest the hotel just buys the takeaway drip coffee packets from Expat and serves that in a real mug! Would elevate things a lot.

Spacious and open plan room.

Location relatively far from main road. You need taxi or uber or scooter to go to main area of seminyak. You could walk from villa to main road for about 10-15 mins.

Rooms were good staff was very cooperative The bathroom was very spacious and the bathtub was very clean. They cleaned everyday. Hot water was available and I enjoyed my stay

Just that there weren't curtains near the bathtub area and a room freshener would have been preferable there. Also breakfast was really not upto the mark. Very less vegan options and the location is a little bit far from the centre /main road so at night while coming there are no street lights so be careful but I enjoyed my stay

The room was absolutely massive with great layout and amenities like bathtub, functional small kitchen, big fridge etc. Staff are friendly and have a quick response (e.g. when you call to request a refill on water). Room could be cleaned everyday according to guest's preference and only takes about 15mins so you could wait by the pool. Beautiful pool setup with great lounging chairs. Location is close enough to main streets in Seminyak, without being too close to all the noise and busy atmosphere. Overall, would recommend :)

My room didn't have sheers, so once you open the curtains during the day, everyone outside can see you inside (have to close curtains when dressing up etc). The AC in my room seemed a bit old and low on maintenance and ended up giving me a nasty cold/cough. No restaurant

Location is a fair bit out of town and building starting to get old.

Fantastic quiet location right between Seminyak and Canggu. Lovely pool and if you have bad eyesight, wonderful fixtures and fittings. Also the tiny kitchen wasn’t set up when we first arrived but when we asked for gas and a frying pan we were given these to use. Had to buy our own oil salt spatula but these are cheap from Bintang supermarket. We rented a scooter which meant getting to fabulous breakfast cafes like Livingstone was super easy. If you’re on foot this is not going to be an easy location.

It IS a bit tired and run down. Simply maintenance in the rooms and just buying new towels would make such a difference.

The room is large plenty of space and decor is modern. We love the king size bed the most it is super comfy and had a great night sleep every night. Located in a quiet neighbourhood far from night life and beach. The pool area is quiet and serene peaceful to just laze at the deck chairs.

The room floor was a little dusty and some corners of the room a little dirty. We asked housekeeping to clean it thoroughly daily. There was no convenience stores nearby and location is a little far from the main shopping and eatery strip.

It's nice to have your own space with pool room, Bed was comfortable, Pool is very nice and enough for 2 people. Very silent place.

Breakfast is starting at 8am and night before you have to select from preselected menu. you have 3 option. If you are leaving early to see the city you can't have breakfast. Our pool light was not working. It's little bit far from main road side and you cannot walk bcs of dogs at night. Better to take taxi or Grab. Price is little bit expensive than what it worth.

Huge place and super friendly staff! One of the nicest staff I’ve ever met, very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and had everything you needed.

Just as a reminder: You definitely need a car, scooter or taxi to get away. It’s outside of the Center. Accommodation doesn’t offer anything to eat or even to drink. The furniture is a bit outdated and when you sleep downstairs ask the staff to put chemicals every day, otherwise ants are finding their way.

It was the most comfy bed and pillow I ever had in Bali (for a villa level), the staff was very friendly.

The hot water takes too long to come out, and please buy in an international TV package. At least they should have a smart TV so the guests can enjoy Netflix.
