The location.. Far away from all traffic

My balcony wasn't opening when I checked into room. Still wonder the staff could Hav gone one step ahead and made sure everything was alright.. Before I checked in!

A secluded location with lovely rooms, spacious bathrooms and a fantastic shared pool that’s clean and available at all times. Breakfast cooked for you each morning, great value stay. Huge bed! The staff are all lovely and really care about their guests. Some specialty shops nearby for supplies.

Difficult to get around unless you hire a scooter. Food options limited for lunch and dinner at the Villa, so dining out or ordering in is likely each day. Cocktail bar is a fantastic option but not always open/available.

it’s in between Seminyak and Canggu so if you have a scooter you have the best of both areas the staff were super helpful and friendly beautiful plants throughout the villa the staff kept the place very tidy

stains on the sheets the shower head had a build up of calcium and not working very well

Big room, comfortable bad, pillows. Everything was changed and cleaned, after first request. Big bathroom and bath with new ce mirrors, for girls. Bright, quiet space. The territory is amazing, dlfar away from.noise of Changgu. You can reach everything with Grab/bike. Super welcome and friendly stuff, they help me a lot and provide everything what I need. Okay daily cleaning

A bit old facilities with leaking in the sink

Very spacious room. the floor tiles, paintings on the walls, decorations, etc. have a very nice Balinese touch, although the wooden bed frame is very squeaky. We loved the swimming pool, it was clean, it's deep and it was always empty. Very quiet location, not far away from nice restaurants. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a Bose sound system in the room 😃

The hot tub on the terrace of the room looks very old and worn out, I didn't even bother to use it

The pool was amazing! Also it was very quiet so I basically had the massive pool to myself everyday! The staff were beautiful and so helpful. All the greenery was absolutely stunning too. A very relaxing stay and room :)

There’s only one thing I could say that was a small negative is that some of the towels / sheets has some stains on them but you can just ask for new ones :)

stayed here for three nights last week when i had my Nov-Dec trip to Bali.Aqua villa is the first stop.Aqua means water,staying here full of water memory,cuz i stayed at bidadari suite with a private pool.actually,the pool is not closed pool like other villa.it just attached to the room,but the view blocked by plants,so rather private,though you may be watched by someone,but it is worth the money,cuz you pay less and get a villa-like experience.the room is big,the bathroom is big too.only the bath tub got problem,cuz the water cant drain away.breakfast can buy on site,i did buy for three mornings.you can have breakfast by the pool restaurant or at your room.i tried both.breakfast delicious,i love its american and continental breakfast,when i had breakfast at their restaurant,their dog came to me,i shared some with it.the next morning,i had breakfast at my room,the dog went to my room via veranda,so surprising,but this time i wouldnt share with it.so it gone.staffs here is nice,they will greet you every time they see you.wifi just ok. acceptable. there is a fridge in the room,also a TV,pics quality not good,but still watchable.the location is out of the center,so very quiet stay here,and with go-ride,it is ok for me,i can go everywhere by go-ride.the nearest convenience store is within 10 minutes walking distance.staying here is full of good memory,now i still miss the pool,very relaxing,will come again for sure.

holiday too short.

We booked the privet villa, wasn't 💯 privet as people could see in however it was privet enough. Staff was accommodating and when I requested a Lil extra surprise for my bfs birthday they far exceeded my expectations. So easy to communicate and quick to respond.

Location is a Lil futher out from the town However it was not hard to get transport and get around, 24 hour circle k was a short walk away also.

- rooms were lovely, clean and had a great vibe - the view of the private pool - the bathroom was massive. his and her sinks and a great feel to it - staff were friendly

- the private pool was FAR TOO COLD. During peak summer season too. wouldn’t recommend upgrading to it - The dog at reception snapped at my boyfriends hand (I don’t think he’s aggressive at all as he walked with us happily the full street on check out! I think he just doesn’t like to be touched! don’t think he’d bite probably just warning to get out of his space) - the restaurant had so much food choice.. however, we were told at reception they had no food available. no food at all in stock

We stayed in the Penthouse "Mimpi" room (upstairs). Very roomy, clean and comfortable Bali traditional style room. Open the doors to the outside large deck and you were welcomed with Tranquil and beautiful view of pool, garden, trees and housetops. Nice and quiet, away from hustle and bustle. Very friendly staff. Lovely gardens and pool. Just bring your own universal plug to plug into their electrical outlets to use/charge your electrical devices. You do need a taxi or scooter to travel to and from, but Seminyak is only about 10 mins away.

Some wear and tear reservations could be done to the rooms/property, but still nicely laid out, clean and tidy.
