The staff at the BK Villages were welcoming and helpful. We loved the generous breakfasts and also enjoyed the food and service at the restaurant on site where we had dinner. The sushi was freshly prepared and the menu also offered delicious Indonesian food. The setting is an oasis in a busy area (between Canggu and Seminyak). It was easy to get a Grab to take us to places, walking isn’t really an option. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool (there are 3). We also did a complimentary morning yoga class and used the badminton court.

This place was an absolute gem! The cottage was nothing short of sensational - pure comfort and style. Design was thought through to the very last detail. Breakfast offered was healthy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The location feels like a little oasis, completed with four pools, a sports facility (Yoga, Pilates), and even the chance for a one to one spiritual session. The staff? Simply out of this world, attentive, warm, and truly exceptional. Words can"t do this place justice - it's paradise wrapped in perfection.

Beautiful and very quiet place. Incredible if you're looking for a quiet and romantic getaway. Staff were all fantastic and very accommodating. Amazing pool areas and the joglos are wonderful. Keep in mind, outdoor bathrooms in wet season means lots of mosquitoes.

Because it's small, you need to be aware that it's lacking in f&b service. For example we never once had anyone come to the pool area where we sat to offer food and drinks. Missed opportunity given the restaurant is open all day. Food and drink prices also higher than the 5 star sofitel where we stayed before and no happy hour options advertised either. Location isn't great given the current traffic issues. The top of the main street to go to canguu and seminyak is always blocked up and it can take up to 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to canggu... 8km away. Worth staying closer in if you want to get out of your hotel.

Quiet, located away from the hustle and bustle but still an easy scooter ride to Seminyak or Canggu. Beautiful surroundings, the gardens, the villas and the pool. Not to mention the small on site patisserie where they make the breakfast pastries - a really lovely touch! The rooms are so well appointed, comfortable and spacious. The team work so well together, not overbearing but incredible attentive and caring. It’s lovely to see them all working together and enjoying their work, a great team vibe! The resort did not feel overcrowded or busy, it was calm and plenty of space for all the guests to enjoy. The Spa was also incredible - we indulged in the Heiwa Lovers Package over 4 hours which included an incredible lunch at Hiiragi. So special and so relaxing!

The BK Village is a true paradise with its beautiful gardens, pools, and buildings. Arriving at The BK Village, after traveling through the busy streets of Denpasar, was like entering a sanctuary. The common areas as well as the private villas are decorated beautifully, and provide a number of spots to enjoy the serene atmosphere and lush surroundings. The Hiiragi Restaurant located on site provided an extensive breakfast menu with delicious dishes. We ended up eating all of our meals at Hiiragi during our stay at The BK Village, as the lunch and dinner items proved to be incredibly tasteful. Lastly, I’d like to commend every single staff member for being amongst the friendliest and most service minded people we have encountered. We are so happy we chose to stay at The BK Village for our honeymoon, and would absolutely love to return there someday!

Rooms, decoration, atmosphere

Quality and quantity of foods should be improved. Also food and other facilities are too expensive when compared to even better hotels

It was a lovely chill vacation. After ubud we had rest here. Our first night we saw some centipede, lizard and worms in our room. We told that the hotel management and they cleaned and sprayed with insect repellent. But we couldn't sleep very well. We were irritated much. Because in our room there was so many holes even for big lizards can come inside easily. Next morning they changed our room with more covered villa. And they took care with our very closely all the time. I gave them 5 star because they release our discomfort with many effort. The restaurant is much more than a hotel restaurant. Very delicious and attentive. But there is no so much option after 4 days you cannot find something to eat different. Masaj were very good. I joined morning yoga and pilates and they were also by professionals. It was pushy 😂 it is definitely recommend. Cocktails are amazing.

Hotel is fantastic, great setting and facilities are excellent. Staff really friendly and the food is superb. Would really recommend the spa treatments, high quality experience. Room was great size and the outside bathroom is a real novelty!

The location isn't the best - you're quite faraway from the main area of Canggu, and we found it pretty tricky to get a taxi to take us back to the hotel late at night. This hotel is great if you want to go somewhere to chill out, but perhaps less convenient if you want to explore the local towns.

Cannot fault this hotel! The staff really did make our stay beyond wonderful! The location is set between seminyak and canggu which was good for us to explore both areas. The hotel sorted a moped for us so it was very easy to get around. The spa was also a highlight for us the staff again were incredible and was the most relaxing experience. The food was again 10/10 and you can even have your breakfast at any time of the day all included which was a real nice touch to make your time relaxed with no time constraints. We can’t wait to come back here we just loved it.

Amazing eco hotel with vibe of relax surrounded by nature with friendly caring service. Great atmosphere for recharge and couple romantic. We selected it for honeymoon trip and it was the paradise. Service is super kind, you feel like at home, they were even coming to close curtains for us and open mosquito net in the evening. Besides delicious food at the restaurant- fusion Japanese and Mediterranean kitchen. You may take breakfast whenever you want during the day, real freedom of rest. The room is designed with natural materials in traditional style, beautiful and have everything you need. Outside bath garden was fancy. Highly recommend this place for couples and families to be on natural relaxing place. It is outside of the ocean, noise of traffic, bars and clubs but easy to reach it by taxi!
