Nice hotel, spacious room and bathroom. All the rooms in Level 2 have a nice balcony. Had a little pool in the middle of the hotel which was nice. The place looks quite new, the staffs were lovely and helpful.

There's a lack of sign so it took us a few minutes to find the hotel. The bathroom could do with a fan. The toilet gun in our bathroom didn't work.

The bedroom was way bigger than we expected based on the photos. The bathroom was spacious, and we loved the little powder room that connects to it from the bedroom. The AC worked perfectly, keeping things cool and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Despite being in such a central location, the place was really quiet. Plus, having a Pepito right across the street made it super convenient for grabbing snacks or anything we needed.

Overall, the staff were friendly, but we did have a couple of confusing moments. On our first night, we asked if there was an iron we could borrow, and the staff told us they didn’t have one. But on the day we checked out, we saw another guest returning an iron to the front desk so that was a bit odd. Also, on our last day, there was a water issue and none of the rooms had running water for about half an hour more or less. It definitely delayed us in getting ready to check out.

it was very quiet, the sounds were almost echoing in the pool area, so we weren’t 100% comfortable and the kitchen area was always occupied by one member of the staff so we felt a bit watched all the time, even though they were absolutely amazing and friendly

The place is calm and quiet being in the heart of busy Seminyak. They have all the basic things you need. The room is spacious and clean, the internet connection is good and stable, good for working (that is what we did). There is space if you rent a car, the road to the property is big enough for cars - unlike many places that have very small alleys. It is pretty much a new place, still fresh.

It would be good if they had a bigger sign, it is very small - difficult to find the place.

We booked the hotel last minute. You step out of your room to the pool. Clean modern, good size room with a safe, water, tv. It's just off the main road but you can't hear the traffic. Walking distance to all the restaurants etc on "Eat Street or Petitenget. We always hire a scooter in Bali so the location was great for us. Quiet complex and lovely pool area. Laundry place next door. We would stay again\.

Nothing. If I had to say anything it would be more beds around the pool.

Very comfortable bed. Big room. Lovely balcony. Good aircon. Amazing very helpful staff. The Management is also very helpful.

Wifi wasn’t working at all. I had to use my own network, which to me was very disappointing. Water pressure non existent. It’s impossible to wash your hair properly. Next door construction super loud.

The room is very comfy and the staff is always available to help, it’s a cozy hotel in the middle of the Seminyak’s main streets.

Not noisy for being in one of the main streets but when you need to cross the street it’s intense traffic, just notifying people for their knowledge. The pool temperature is hot, not bad for night but during the day it doesn’t refresh you. Also, it’s in the middle of hotel if you are with group other visitors might get annoyed.

Great location to get to different spots in Seminyak and Canggu. Easy to catch a taxi (Go-jek or Grab). Across the street from a grocery store and next to a convenience store and a 24-hour food market.

There's not really a front desk to ask questions or if you have issues. Also wish there was food on-site, but that wasn't a huge deal.
