Large private pool, very spacious 3 room apartment, good location near shops/restaurants/beach. Friendly staff, good free breakfast and tasty food in on site restaurant. Stunning shower and plenty of hot water. Lounge chairs outside with shade all day during April. L-shaped indoor built in couches with stackable pull back windows, meant for few days it rained, could sit inside but with the feeling of being outdoors. 1 Complimentary floating breakfast served in the pool.

Bed average comfort. Narrow access road with uneven paving (although all of Bali has latter). Animal got into room to eat sealed chocolate bar - only once but frightened me (staff offered to set traps, but didn't happen again and i kept chocolate in fridge)

From arrival to departure we were welcomed and greeted like special guests, and the villas are set amongst tropical pathways leading to your really spacious haven with private pool. Because the property is a boutique hotel with limited guests, the staff know you by name, can't be more helpful and friendly, take care of anything you ask. The food was delicious, breakfast was by the main pool area, very tranquil and great holiday vibe. I would definitely stay there again.

If this hotel was beachfront, it would be an 11 out of 10!

Secluded, spacious private villas with pools. Friendly and accommodating staff arranged a floating inflatable flamingo, floating breakfast, tours and motorcycle hire. Delicious set menu breakfast every day.

The location, deliberately secluded, is at least a 15 minute walk from Seminyak square and major shopping areas. Although there are minimarts across the road.

A beautiful property. The staff are incredible - nothing is too much trouble! The villas are beautiful and well appointed. The spa and restaurant are also first class. There's no need to leave the resport!

The walk to the main street in the heat of summer is just a litle too far. The courtesy bus will drop you where you need to go, but won't bring you back. When confined to the villa due to Bali Belly we found the couches to be uncomfortable and volume on the TV poor - not a problem when healthy and out and about!

Amazing nothing short of amazing! The Villa was large for a one bedroom. Massive private pool that was very clean. Stayed first week at a private Villa, but this gives the best of both worlds. The service of a resort and the privacy of a Villa. Location can not be beat. Short walk to Main Street. Even quicker if you have a scooter. And the staff were best. Our two year old son was treated with so much kindness and love! Can not recommend enough!

Nothing! It was perfect

The property was private and we had privacy, with our own pool which is what we were after. The staff were fantastic and very attentive, they were happy to organise getting around and attractions for us. The space in the villa was perfect for the two of us, with a great layout also housekeeping was great too. Room service and the restaurant was easy and delicious! The spa at the resort was sensational and very relaxing.

Loved our one bed villa. Such a beautiful and cared for hotel. The gardens were unreal. The staff were really friendly and Putu was our absolute favourite. He went out of his way to make our baby smile and help where we needed. Loved the private villa pool and the seperate lounge area that we could enjoy whilst our baby slept in the bedroom. The breakfasts were really tasty too!

Only a few very minor things: - The water temperature in the shower would fluctuate. - The plug in the kitchen sink wouldn’t hold water

Lots of space, great location, close to the beach

Room is very dated, decor is tired and in need of an update. Worst breakfast we had in two weeks in Bali, really stingy serve and the coffee was terrible. One other annoyance was that they had accidentally given us a $1 discount on our room service food bill and then came back to our villa and interrupted us to re-sign a bill for an additional dollar. It could have waited.

Great choice from the included Breakfast. The room size was very spacious. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

My partner organised a flower arrangement in the bath and on the bed and the flower's in the bath ended up clogging up the drain and we had to wait a while to access our room the next day.

We spotted this resort last time we were in Seminyak and decided to stay here next time we were in Bali. It lived up to expectations and exceeded them. The staff are brilliant, the restaurant is amazing and the villas are comfortable and quiet. The central location meant we were close to Double Six beach to the south and the shopping streets to the north.

The resort is fantastic. Definitely will stay again. The walk from the beach is a little dark at night but that's not the resort's fault. We caught a taxi on the second night rather than walking. The shower was a little confusing but that's probably a reflection on me ;)
