Lovely stay with good location to Seminyak beach and other nearby attractions. Special K mart and coffee shop 2mins walking distance. I was also able to order food from local coffee shop and massage prices were reasonable albeit more expensive than local spas. The staff were always very helpful and host was one message away on WhatsApp. I also was able to check out one hour later. Nice cool AC and pool. The villa was good for upto 2/3 people and quite large. Cute cats on site who are regulars

The WiFi was not very strongl and I instead had to use mobile data. Please install WiFi boosters in room to allow access around the room I stayed.

Hard to beat the hospitality, staff, kindness, attention to detail, how clean it was, comfortable, unbelievably beautiful with the flowers, the setting, the artwork, the comfortable bed, pillows, huge washroom, space for toiletries, with expansive counter space, high ceilings and away from any noise. Felt like we were in a different world all our own, it’s very well designed, put together, and for the price? Almost doesn’t make sense. It’s on par with spaces that cost 5 times as much. It could be 5 star, charging $300 a night. It’s a bargain but not in a bad way, in a great way. I would highly recommend it. I’ve been traveling throughout SE Asia for the last two years. This place was one of the best I’ve seen.

VILLA 15 (LOFT) WAS BEAUTIFUL AND QUIET AT NIGHT AND THE BED WAS VERY COMFY. WE LOVED THE POOL AROUND THE BACK AS THE HOTEL POOL WAS A BIT WARM AT TIMES. 30 MINUTE WALK ALONG BEACHFRONT TO LEGIAN. MASSAGE TO THE RIGHT WALKING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY WAS EXCELLENT WITH EXPERIENCED LOVELY LADIES. THE COFFEE HUT ACROSS FROM THE MASSAGE WAS GREAT IN THE MORNINGS. 5 MINUTE WALK DOWN TO BEACHFRONT.

WE HAD TO MOVE FROM ROOM 8 AFTER A NIGHT OF SWEATING AND THE ROOM SMELLY. THE HOTEL IS A LITTLE OUT OF THE WAY BUT IF YOU HAVE A BIKE, USE GOJEK OR DON'T MIND A WALK THE HOTEL IS GREAT.

Place is such a steal! Stayed 3 nights in one bedroom private pool apartment. Beautifully decorated, super spacious and staff are always ready to help you.

For improvement, would like to suggest swapping the placement of dining table and the big couch, so that guests can watch tv more comfortably. The small sofas at the corner of the room are too far to watch tv from.

The room that we stayed had a terrace and a garden with an open air shower, which was super cute. The room was really big and comfortable. The location was good, close to the city center and the beaches at the same time.

It felt really weird that they asked us to pay for our room 3 three times before even we could get a breakfast. They were so insisting that we just hurried to pay and get rid of the pressure. Even though the location was good, the walking route to the center was not enjoyable as they were tiniest streets with traffic and no sidewalks.

Very private, beautiful setting if you want to relax. Close to the Seminyak beach. Lovely pool approximately 30 metres long. Plenty of sun beds with sun & shade depending what you like. Small kitchen with hot plates & utensils pots, cups & glasses. Fridge with freezer. Fresh linen & towels everyday. Very comfy bed to crash in. Their wasn’t a microwave in our room but their was one down stairs in the shared kitchen. As the weather was quite humid we asked for more bottles of water. Well they supplied a large bottle of water with a pump to express water out quickly. The verandah was better big over looking the garden & pool and a towel rank to dry clothes & towels. We were celebrating our 20 anniversary & all the staff decorated our bed with a floral arrangement very touched. Three laundries close by for washing & a few spas in the gang ways which were cheap, all air conditioned. Ten minutes walk to Seminyak flea markets ( their great) plenty of restaurants & cafes around their too.

Loved how spacious the room was and the air conditioner was very effective at cooling down the space. The property was very peaceful and in a great neighborhood with lots of food options. We especially liked going to Local Coffee around the corner for a delicious breakfast every morning.

Wifi didn't work in our room much, had to go down to the lobby to use it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but there were several times when we needed to speak to someone and there was no staff at the front counter.

Beautiful room with the nicest decorations. Super clean and a massive bathroom. The pool area in front of the room was amazing. It looked way better then on the photos. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned every day. It is in a quiet area but super close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was the nicest hotel I stayed in Bali. I just stayed for 2 nights but wish I stayed longer. Highly recommend

The property is absolutely gorgeous, a little oasis in the middle of Seminyak. The staff were very incredibly friendly and the whole atmosphere there is exactly what we wanted on holiday, relaxed, great value but with a touch of luxury.

So hard to prevent or stop, but there were a few ants in the room, around the complex and even some on the bed which (as a creepy crawly phobe) was a put off. The tap in our room was broken and there wasn’t a lot of staff presence on reception.

The staff went above and beyond to help me. I accidentally left my bag in a taxi, and they did everything possible to help me retrieve it. They even accompanied me back to the airport to locate the taxi driver, which was truly incredible. The hotel itself is fantastic, featuring a beautiful pool and exceptionally comfortable mattresses. It’s conveniently close to everything, making it the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!
