We stayed at Jeeva Santai Villas for the first two weeks of our honeymoon, and it was the perfect introduction to Lombok! The service was truly world-class—every member of the team made us feel so welcome, special, and completely at home. We stayed in the pool villa and it was fantastic, with a large bathroom, super comfortable bed, and a fabulous private pool area outside. A special shoutout to Niah, Chef Nizar, Sakar, Liana, Nanghah, Habib, and Huda, who went above and beyond to ensure we were always looked after. They even made dining a breeze by accommodating my allergies with care, always providing gluten-free bread and meals. The food, thanks to Chef Nizar, was outstanding—every dish at their seaside restaurant was a treat. The location itself is magical, and combined with the incredible team, it made for such a memorable stay. Highly recommend Jeeva Santai Villas for anyone looking for a truly special experience in Lombok!

Loved the room bungalow, the view, lack of kids, coziness and privacy of resort.

Food needed to have more choices and was ok, not wonderful. Also be nice if staff came and asked if wanted anything else instead of always having to go to them.

An amazing resort that cannot be faulted. Limited to 14 villas/rooms keeps this place serene and ambiance all times. The gardens, the villas, the private pool, the restaurant right on the water’s edge. All perfect. But the element that made this place special: it’s the staff. Every interaction I had with the staff, from the gardener to the manager was extremely pleasant, as if nothing was too much to ask. The restaurant staff deserve a special mention, exceptional on every level. Everything is so stylish, and comfortable. Santai Jeeva is not cheap, but it’s worth every single cent. Just unbelievably beautiful.

I loved everything about our stay; the hotel was small and peaceful but had everything we needed and was a quick drive to larger centres. All of the staff - front of house, housekeeping, grounds staff, security, restaurant and hospitality - were incredibly friendly and helpful and always made sure to greet everyone by name and that we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were fantastic and well priced - the chef there is great and I would highly recommend exploring the menu especially the local fare and special dishes like the whole fish baked in a salt crust (a real highlight). Hot tip: can also pre-order fresh seafood that's not on the menu a day ahead. Watching the sunset at happy hour never got old. We stayed in a deluxe pool villa and we were thrilled with it - it's large, comfortable, has good aircon, an outdoor bath and shower (and an inside shower), and there was good sun shade options too. I look forward to returning!

High-Quality Breakfast: The breakfast was very professional and delicious, contributing to a great start to the day. Motorbike Assistance: Helpful staff available for motorbike bookings, although chose not to take one due to safety concerns. Breathtaking Views: Stunning beach and picturesque surroundings enhance the overall experience Excellent Security and Parking Assistance: The security guard and parking staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring a safe and smooth experience. Ideal for Couples: The intimate and charming atmosphere is perfect for romantic getaways. Grab and bluebird works for anyone who requires a taxi.

Maintenance Issues: Some minor stains and older furniture could benefit from Updates. Insufficient Lighting: The areas around the private pools are too dark, making late-night swims uninviting. Overall room lighting could also be improved.

Jeeva Santai was fantastic! It's an intimate resort; with only 14 rooms, it never felt busy or crowded. The location is great, beachfront with an amazing sunset view from the pool and restaurant. It's easy access down to the beach so if you want to go for a swim, a walk or go visit another resort restaurant then it's ideal. However we would highly recommend Pearl's at Jeeva Santai for food! All the staff were very attentive and went above and beyond during our stay.

Not a downside but just to note some of the facilities that are included (such as the gym and the massage) are at their sister hotel Jeeva Klui which is a few km down the road and much bigger. They offer a free transport service there and back. The massage was well worth the trip!

My partner and I stayed at the Jeeva Santai Villas for 4 nights. We enjoyed every second! The villa is absolutely stunning and feels like pure luxury. The staff are all so welcoming and lovely. We had dinner at the resort restaurant each night and I have to say the food was some of the best we have ever eaten! Oh! And not forgetting the gorgeous cocktails! The view whilst eating dinner is beautiful. We felt safe leaving the property if we needed to. There are various mini supermarkets along the road outside if you need to venture out.

We loved our stay and Jeeva Santai Villas! All the staff were friendly and helpful with whatever you needed! The room was spacious and the private pool in our villa was beautiful with lovely nature around. It was a relaxing, quiet stay, very peaceful! Exactly what we wanted for our stay in Lombok! The breakfast was delicious and the menu for dinner had a nice selection and was also very tasty! The view from the restaurant at the hotel was lovely looking out to the sea, we saw several turtles coming up to the surface whilst having our breakfast and the sunset at dinner was beautiful! We would 100% recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again!

The resort was perfect. Beautiful, small and quiet. Our Ocean Front Villa was amazing - spacious, clean and comfortable, with an amazing ocean view. The staff were all fantastic - friendly and eager to help. The food was great and they were able to cater for my wife's food intolerances. Dining on the terrace overlooking the ocean watching the sun set over Bali is a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone and would love to return again one day.

Nothing, it was perfect - like a dream.

Room.was so spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff organised scuba trio and scooter which were both great and fantastic value for money. Watching turtles whilst eating breakfast.

My wife loved everything about this property. The only gripe I had was the location to the beach and the quality of the swimming area in the sea. I regularly swim a couple of kilometres a day. Lots of rocks near the surface and the sea not that clean. Access to the sea and beach requires a walk of 130mts.
