Customer service was impeccable, perfect place for 2-3 nights if you want to stay in and order room service. We recommend the private pool villa. We loved that you could take breakfast and afternoon tea in your room without the extra charge.

Nothing about the property itself, just location wise you’ll need to have a form of transport that’s not walking, it’s quite a bit away from a lot of the main restaurants but in a way it’s also good cause it’s nice and quiet

This place is AMAZING!! We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room was huge, clean, and well maintained. The bathroom was large with a big soaker tub in the middle. We arranged for the flower bath upon arrival and the flowers were beautifully arranged. However by the time we went to get in, all of the water had somehow drained out of the tub. I called the front desk and someone was immediately sent to the room. After informing the supervisor, the gentleman and young woman from housekeeping cleaned out the tub and set back up the flower tub. I was so impressed with how quickly they worked to set the bath back up; I feel so bad that I don't remeber their names, because they deserve a special shout out! All day breakfast (so we were able to sleep in) is a wonderful perk offered at this hotel. The breakfast menu has a ton of options and our meals were so tasty and always freshly prepared. HUGE shout out to the staff at Ely's Kitchen; especially Nyoman, Vopi, and Lingnam (I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling of his name) made our afternoon/evening dining experiences truly memorable!! There is a free shuttle that takes you into the downtown area. It makes trips hourly and the last shuttle back to the property is at 9 PM. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. I've never met such nice people!

Bathroom: The top of the wall in the bathroom is open; so bugs are able to easily get into the bathroom. Also if it is raining outside the it will be wet inside. Maybe adding a screen or glass partition should be considered. The location: it is a little far from the downtown area. There was road work going on, so you have to go around, adding maybe 20-30 minutes to the trip. It is quiet, but that is a good thing if you're looking to relax. The restaurant and room service ends at 10:30/11:00 PM so if you are looking for a late night bite, you're out of luck. There is however a 24-hour convenience store not too far from the property. Despite these things, I still think this place is wonderful.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our first visit to Bali, and it was an overwhelmingly pleasant introduction to the island. From the rooms to the amenities to the staff, everything about our stay was exceptional. Arrival and First Impressions Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the hotel's cleanliness and meticulous maintenance. The lush surroundings and well-tended pathways created a welcoming tropical ambiance that was evident throughout the property—from the spa to the restaurant. Rooms and Amenities Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a serene retreat after our daily adventures. The hotel is thoughtfully designed, integrating the natural beauty of Ubud with modern comforts. The pool area view offers a refreshing escape in the heart of the jungle. Exceptional Service What truly set this hotel apart was the exemplary service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay balanced relaxation with exploration. They were not only accommodating but also incredibly proactive in helping us plan and arrange tours around Ubud. Gede, along with the rest of the team, showed an impressive level of hospitality that made us feel like family. Their positive energy and readiness to assist with any request—from the simplest to the more complex—were genuinely heartwarming. Everyone was very welcoming and respectful. Dining and Spa The included breakfast was thoughtfully curated and individually prepared, which we appreciated as it minimized waste and personalized our morning experience. The days we had early morning tours, they so kindly prepared takeaway boxes for us. The spa deserves a special mention; this was our first stop post a long flight, and the massage therapists were exceptional. Their expertise in delivering a relaxing full-body massage was exactly what we needed to start our vacation right.

Wow! What to say to fully do justice to the wonderful experiences we had during our stay at Adiwana Unagi Suites. From the start we were made to feel so welcome and it was a lovely surprise to have a light snack of cookies and water during our hotel transfer. Everything is geared to relaxation and tranquility. From the gentle bubbling of the water fountains throughout the complex to the marigolds that lined the steps and statues. It truly is an oasis of calm and a very special place within what is already the very beautiful country of Bali. As it was a holiday/wedding anniversary trip combined we were lucky to enjoy sone of the extra special things the hotel offers including the flower pool, cooking class, and candle light dinner. All were lovely but a personal favourite was afternoon tea, which we were blessed to have included in our package. It was lovely to watch the trees and sky from the Sky Lounge and we had several amazing sunsets on the roof deck. In addition, given the proximity of the hotel to Ubud (10 minutes away on the shuttle provided by the hotel) it was perfectly situated to enjoy a trip into the town too. Overall, the trip was really made so special by the people we met who made our stay so comfortable and easy. We would like to thank everyone who works at Adiwana Unagi Suites. With special thanks to: Nyoman, Agus, Mudita, Yusa, and Wulan. We also enjoyed several massages at the Tejas spa, again the masseuses were very skilled and extremely competent. Overall a luxurious experience and one we would very much love to do again in the future if the opportunity arises.

Had the most beautiful stay at adiwana unagi with my friend. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The place is beautiful with lovely rooms overlooking the infinity pool and rainforest. Breakfast included in our stay was very decadent. Rooms were beautiful as well.

The property is a little bit out of the centre which makes it more tranquil but means you do have a 10-20 minute bike ride to get to the centre or things towards the south of ubud. Also the layout of bathrooms being quite open and the bath out in the room with a curtain to separate means there is slightly less privacy which may factor in depending on who you’re travelling with.

The hotel was super lovely and the staff were super welcoming and always at our disposal. A special shout out goes to Mila who greeted us on our first day and since we came for our honeymoon they gave us the most wonderful treatment. Another special shout out goes to Nyoman, who was such a wonderful waiter who knew everything and always had a smile on his face. Thank you for making us so welcome and for allowing us to have such a special honeymoon with you.

We really loved everything.

Very nice hotel with amazing staff. You can take the breakfast any time in the day and that’s really amazing feature when you do a lot of trips from Ubud very early in the morning. Hotel also has included shuttle from Hotel to Ubud centre and back. We were staying in the regular room but we got very good offer for the upgrade to a Villa with a pool which was more than amazing.

There were some roadworks in the street which meant we had to take a long way around which delayed us for 20min per way but that’s not related to Hotel

The forest view room was peaceful with a beautiful vista of the tropical forest of Ubud, the Balinese touches of manicured gardens and fresh flower arrangements along with the cultural stories shared each day after the room was serviced. The ability to have breakfast all day, respecting our privacy and yet ensuring we had everything we needed. The absolute highlight was the Balinese staff and the quality service, willingness to please, genuine kindness and being treated as a true guest on their magical island.. Dedy the duty manager’s attention to detail and ability to manage a miscommunication with grace and professionalism was a standout for our time in Bali. All staff knowing our names and greeting us with a smile, providing recommendations for activities that were on point for our unique needs. I could go on but ultimately this stay was the best value for money and created life long memories for my husband and I.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at the Adiwana Unagi in Ubud. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and it was such a beautiful hotel. The pool area is lovely and relaxing and we also enjoyed a massage in the spa which was very relaxing and a good price. The restaurant was nice and had lots of choice, you can also order breakfast to your room which was nice. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset from the roof terrace where there is also a happy hour as well as afternoon tea. There was a daily shuttle which ran into Ubud centre a few times each day so we went into the town a few times to try some other restaurants. The sister hotel restaurant opposite also looked very nice but didn’t get chance to try it here. We also organised a tour with the hotel where they took us to various spots such as the rice terrace, coffee plantation, temple and waterfall. We also separately visited the monkey forest which was a short walk through the town of Ubud. We would highly recommend staying in this hotel - the rooms were spacious and clean and the outdoor bathroom and bath tub were a great feature. We would love to come again in the future to experience the kind hospitality of the staff. Thank you for such a memorable stay.
