Our stay at Aria Villas was absolutely INCREDIBLE! The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely lovely, going above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from the high-quality cotton pads to the bottled water thoughtfully placed by the sink for brushing teeth, and even organizing relaxing massages. The location was perfect—just a quick 5-minute ride from the bustling center of Ubud, yet nestled in a serene, tree-covered area that felt like a peaceful retreat. The price-performance ratio was outstanding; we felt we received amazing value for what we paid. If we visit Bali again, we would unquestionably stay here. Our stay at Aria Villas truly made our Bali trip memorable!

We absolutely loved our stay at Aria Villas! The staff were so accommodating, and were incredibly helpful giving us advice about day trips, sourcing reliable taxi drivers and even sourcing a nanny for our young son so we could go out for a nice dinner one night kid free (what a luxury!). The staff were all so friendly and always went above and beyond - even warming some milk for us each night so our son could have a bottle before we put him to bed. The room itself had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and the breakfast by the pool each morning was fantastic! Location was great too - walking distance to the hustle and bustle of town which we loved to head out and explore. Highly recommend, and thank you for everything! Love Emily, Mitch and Lenny :)

The pool wasn't heated so was probably a bit cold to spend heaps of time in, particularly for our young son. That being said, we still enjoyed a short swim here and there to escape the heat!

The only thing that would be better for guest would be more selection when it came to breakfast options

Our hosts went the extra mile while we were there. I was extremely unwell during our stay but they checked in on me and brought me herbal tea every day to help me feel better. It was so thoughtful and made such a difference. It was a very personal touch and so nice to be cared for in this way when so far from home. We were so very grateful. Also the shower was amazing. Extra large shower head with wonderful hot water and great pressure. The breakfasts were wonderful and they brough us plenty of fresh bottles of water every day. All of the above made such a huge difference especially when I was so unwell.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

I highly recommend staying at Aria if you are visiting Ubud. My partner and I stayed two nights. We wish we stayed for longer. The location is slightly outside of the central tourist area of Ubud but definitely walkable. It takes around 15min to reach the center. I did not feel unsafe walking at night. Aria is very quiet and relaxing. I am woken up by birds’ song every morning. The breakfast here is delicious with good variety. The pool is cool and clean. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. I really enjoyed the double sink in the bathroom. The shower is outdoor but it was well lit at night and private. I was worried about mosquitos but they were not an issue. AC and wifi worked great. The staffs were all welcoming and helpful. They helped deliver our luggage to our room. I think Aria offers good value for the price. Around 7.000.000 IDR for two nights when I booked.

There are a few steps to go into each villa. It may not be convenient for people with walking difficulties. The side walks in Ubud is not well maintained but still walkable. The door was hard to close.

Loved having our own private villa within walking distance to main road and thereby able to access central ubud. Added bonus was the daily breakfast options and in room massage . Great open layout.

The pool was a bit green with moss and mosquitoes present. You need to have coils going 24/7 because you are adjacent to the jungle which makes it so private and restful when you want to escape from town. Because the villas share a common wall if you have kids or noisy neighbours you will hear them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge and very comfortable bed. Waking up and looking over the lawn and pool was a wonderful start to the day.

We would have liked a chest of drawers to unpack some of our smaller items of clothes into. The staff provided us extra clothes hangers for the wardrobe which was ample in size for us. A lamp near the lounge suite (rather than just overhead lighting) would be a useful addition. A little more external lighting in the villa itself would be great... The stairs from our gate up to the lawn do have little lights, however, they weren't bright enough for us. A light over the door to make it easier to see the lock on the door would be great. When entering the villa at night we very easily made do with the torch on our phones.

The villa was amazing. The bed and couch inside were very comfortable. The villa and the outside area were always clean. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The pool was amazing and a nice refreshment on a hot day. I also liked the outside shower very much.

The outside area could use an umbrella against the sun and the outside couch wasn't very comfortable, it was not possible to lean back on that.

Communication in advance of our arrival welcoming us to the Villa. Met staff face to face to collect the keys. Exceptionally friendly team. Breakfast was limited ala carte and but had reasonable choices for three days stay. Massage booked through the Villa was excellent. Pool was reasonable size and was clean. Tia, Desi were very friendly. everyone who delivered breakfast to cleaning the room were very friendly. Location was about 15 minutes to Ubud town, a gentle stroll along the side road, Relaxing and clean. place. Loved the idea of open air bathroom and shower. Pool was nice and warm.

We were in Villa 2 which lacked a bit of privacy. Could have been allocated other villas which looked a bit more secluded. Massage was a bit on high side comparing it to other Spas around 3 minutes walk from the villa

Overall this was an amazing stay. The hospitality was astounding. From the moment of booking to the minute we arrived. The staff were always responsive and provided us with transportation, extra towels, food recommendations. If I had an issue they didn’t hesitate to call or text me on the what’s up app. When I couldn’t figure something out they came to the room to help. Breakfast was amazing both Western and Balinese. It was worth adding to the package. I would recommend this villa! Oh yea add massages and the flower pool to your stay you won’t forget it!
