I loved my one bed pool villa. The room was located at the Jalan Bisma end of the resort and was very spacious and quiet. The secondary reception and parking area on Jl Bisma meant that it was much easier for my driver to pick me up and drop me off. It was also just a short walk to my favourite spa (Three Point) and restaurant (Ratatouille) on Jalan Bisma. And there is an excellent laundry service just a few doors up. The resort is really beautiful with lovely gardens. But be warned, it is sprawling and extends across the ravine (over a lovely stone bridge) so the rooms at the Bisma end of the resort could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues, so better stay at the front end, near main reception if that is the case as the paths are very steep. The staff are absolutely gorgeous. Everyone from the main front of house to the room staff were super friendly, helpful and friendly. I really loved staying here and, as a regular visitor to Ubud, I will definitely be coming back.

We stayed in a very comfortable villa. The room was very nice with an open bathroom (if you are not nature friendly and having ocasional bugs is not your thing, maybe you should consider a closed bedroom). We had our private pool and that was a plus for the kids. The staff was extremely polite and genuinely nice. You can easily access Ubud centre. If you take the back road, specially by night, you can find some great restaurants like Chora or Café des Artistes.

We stayed there during the wet season and it rained (a lot). The floor is a bit slippery when it rains. Not much can be done on this matter.

Fantastic location, beautiful villas and grounds, we booked villas with private pools but the main pool looked great too. Great food at the on-site restaurant. Staff was always attentive and helpful. This place really is in the heart of everything, we walked to monkey forest in under ten minutes, and found new hidden restaurants for every meal.

Pro tip: if you are staying toward the back of the resort, there is an entrance at the back too! We only discovered this halfway through our stay, but it gave us access to a totally different street full of places to shop and eat. The only complaint I can make is that our phone rang a couple of times in the middle of the night, but when I answered it was clearly a nearby room calling reception that must have activated a party line?

This property was absolutely beautiful. The gardens were very well kept, their was always workers cleaning up leaf litter or fixing things. They keep it very well maintained. Breakfast was great, it was a great location 😊

The only downside was I booked 2 rooms for 5 people. Both rooms only had one queen size bed. If I was booking 3 people in one room, their should of been an extra single bed available or at least a fold out lounge, or they shouldn’t have let me book the room at all as 3 of us had to sleep in the one bed. I did ask for a rollaway but they didn’t have any available either. Other than this, i genuinely can’t fault the place.

Its very close to the monkey Forest. Both in spirit and in the mood. An Oasis in the Green. The pool was very clean, the breakfast was good and the staff very welcoming. Sometimes you can see monkey hangin around in your terrace, and its a very beautiful, almost cathartic, experience.

Sometimes if you have breakfast late you can find monkey looking for leftovers. I think its part of the experience, but somebody could be scared by them.

The Villas are amazing. Friendly staff! Perfect location, good restaurants, shops, mini markets so everything you need around.

I didn’t like the bedroom’s smell, was smelling like a mold. But was really clean, the housekeeper came every day. The breakfast was good just the food was a little cold, but the coffee was so good!

Lotsa charming shops and cafe/restaurants especially from the Monkey Forest Road entrance (the property has 2 entrances: one on the Monkey Forest Road, one on the Bisma Road. - Small animals: we were okay with having seen frogs, ants, small lizards etc. as we understand that the villa is exposed to the natural elements. for mosquitoes, you can switch on the electronic repellent provided. However we got a little uncomfortable when the ant/some insects starting to build some sort of a nest on the sink in the bathroom - Dustbins quite small - Breakfast selection could be better - Slippery, hilly road from the reception to the villa at the back. Fell down once - Swimming pool: insufficient ladder, could be a bit difficult to climb back up

Lovely stay but for breakfast at least could have bali food not basic breakfast, villa doesn't get mop, not much information about the resort what you offered where is the entrance and back entrance, the room doesn't come with a list of number you could call for reception or food ordered nothing been told what a disappointment

Brilliant location. Lovely layout, very hilly so not wheel chair friendly but perfect for us younger travellers. Large rooms with lovely views. Decent breakfast each morning, worth getting it included. You walk out straight from the hotel to the shopping street. So easy to find food and everything you need is only a few mins walk away.

Beds were pretty hard and the lighting in the bathrooms is pretty dark, but great value for money, can't complain.

Very beautiful resort with lots of plants located 10 minutes from the monkey sanctuary on the main street of Ubud. Room was cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly.

Some of the things in the room were old and needed some repairs. My room had a pretty old ac unit and I couldn’t set the speed or air direction.
