So central to everything, shops, restaurants, markets. Very clean hotel. We asked for a pool view room which was lovely to sit on the verandah having a wine before we went out to eat. I asked for a different pillow and it was there in our room before the evening. Breakfast was a choice of getting your own or a cooked breakfast from a menu or both. The pool area was neat and tidy with a choice of 2 pools and u didn’t miss out on a deck chair. The staff were very friendly and accomodating couldn’t ask for anything more. Overall lovely hotel and recommend if you want to be in the heart of everything.

Hotel is located at the centre of Ubud, walking distance to both Monkey Forrest and Ubud Palace. Hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast is served near the swimming pool. There are complimentary afternoon tea. Hotel room is also very spacious. There are seperate bath and shower area. Perfect place to stay in Bali. I probably will book the same hotel on next visit.

The staff of this hotel were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has a very serene feeling with ponds and nature in the lobby. They offer complimentary yoga and afternoon tea which is a huge plus. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. The biggest plus to this hotel is its location in the middle of Ubud close to shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was at the back of the property so there was no noise. We slept well as the room had good air conditioning. Very enjoyable stay overall, would come back.

The pool in this hotel is small and the lounger chairs are all quite close together. When checking out the staff asked us to complete a review for trip advisor. This was no problem for us to do but the staff watched us as we typed it.

It was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed. The comfortable accommodations provided a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful breakfast and tea time snacks. The food was not only delicious but also offered a taste of the local cuisine, adding to the overall cultural experience. The large and pristine swimming pool was another favorite spot for our family. We spent hours enjoying the refreshing water and basking in the serene atmosphere. Great location and staff were wonderful. Room was nice, clean and big with a nice outdoor balcony. The hotel was always clean and staff very welcoming. Pool was nice and cool too. They also have a pool table and gym.

Not some much that I didn’t like it… breakfast was sufficient, (you won’t go hungry)and had different choices each day but was just a little average.

Brilliant location close to Minkey Forest and Royal Palace but once you get inside it is an air conditioned have of peace. The two pools are lovely especially the outside one. Decor makes you feel you are in the centre of a rainforest not off a busy shopping street. Staff are very helpful, even organising a cooking class for my son and me.

Some of the rooms need a bit of attention (eg shower door did not shut properly) but generally good. Room service food was sometimes not completely hot (because it was microwaved?) but good quality.

Quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable room and bathrooms. Outstanding staff and service. Excellent breakfast in beautiful pool setting. Great free yoga class and rooftop terrace tea. Superb restaurant meals and service. Location in the heart of town to enjoy walking access to everything and wonderful local vibe.
