super clean, amazing staff, 24hr breakfast good services!

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and well-equipped. The bathroom was very generously sized and quite beautiful with a gorgeous free-standing bath. There were multiple options of movies and programmes available on the large, flat screen television. There was an issue with the air conditioner when I first arrived which was promptly rectified and it worked perfectly afterwards. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and approachable. I loved my stay at Uma Shanti and hope to return in the near future.

The only thing I didn’t like was leaving!

Second time we visited , it's such a beautiful place and an absolute bargain for the palace you can call yourself home. Huge bed, huge room and huge bathroom. Lovely little pool to cool down. And you're in the middle of the rice fields. Using a motor scooter it's a bit hard to drive on the road towards the hotel, but manageable.

Location wise you are truly outside of the main road. Drivers will have a hard time reaching or even cancel their trip, because the path is narrow and non paved or when using the wrong path just stops. Advise your driver by asking the staff how to use the right road the right way.

Quite area only 6 rooms so no disturbing noise. Bed is comfortable but most importantly I like that they have water machine for us to refill our bottle all day. So bring your own bottle. I love to walk in the morning so the street that lead to the resort is very beautiful and quite to walk.

Because it is so far from everything we have to ride scooter to the town for food. Since we are not a fan of Bali traffic (and I am from Thailand so yes I understand crazy traffic) it make each meal a bit complicate. Hotel for restaurant but choice of food is not much.

Friendly helpful staff, amazing views. Super big room and spacious private terrace, comfortable bed, air-conditioning working well, fantastic design and a beautiful bathroom. Beautiful little pool, pond with fish and lots of plants.

I understand as it's a small place. I saw something delicious for breakfast on the menu and was told I had to order the day before. So I decided to eat out. I would have eaten there as I prefer to be spontaneous.

Located in a quiet area, beautiful view from the balcony, large rooms, good TV, bath. Staff always available.

Be careful when booking tours from the hotel offer. There was a feeling that the price was changed according to the "face". We overpaid because the price of the service was raised at the last minute, for which they apologized. The road section to the hotel is bad.

An amazing place that allows you to fully relax! The room is huge and had a beautiful view of the rice padi field. We saw cranes and hummingbirds... What a lovely sight! The bathroom was clean, luxurious and comfortable. The concerns listed in some past reviews were not present. I was initially concerned but glad that they have fixed it :) Staff were v friendly and warm. The resort was well maintained and I would recommend it. The location was around 15-20mins from downtown Ubud but it's worth the drive. However, better get the driver to call hotel before driving here as Google map directs driver using the bicycle path rather than the one for cars. Road into villa is v narrow and dark at night .

The room is amazing! The bed and the pillows are very comfort.. They have smart tv, hairdryer, ac, hit water, everything is perfect with their price. Very worth it!

I stayed in the 1st floor room in front of the pool (side room). The building has space behind the bed wall, so in the afternoon and also in the middle of the night there was super noisy sound from behind the wall, and it was mice! So we couldn't sleep well at that night. My advice is make sure the wall is closed by concrete and no space that mice couldn't come inside. Because it is so noisy.

The villa was amazing! Very big room, lots of space, beautiful territory and huge bed where I got the best sleep throughout my whole journey! And the staff is super friendly and nice, they are cleaning every day😍

Location is okay if you ride a scooter, but it is a bit far from the city.

We had such a great stay here - would definitely recomend it again! The location is perfect, away from the busy main city of Ubud. It is very quiet and you have a great view over the rice field!! Staff was also extremely helpful. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Road access it not too easy and you might get confused the first time you drive here, as there is only one way you can enter the property. The other path is shown on google maps but doesnt exists. Best way is to explain you taxi driver which way to enter the property.
