The rooms look nicer than the pictures and so does the pool! There is a TV with access to apps like YouTube and Amazon Prime, which is a nice touch. It was very quiet during my stay and I was able to rest well. I had hot water most of the time and the wifi worked pretty well too. There’s a water refill machine by reception which is great! It’s also right on Kuta Beach and in walking distance to some restaurants. Staff were friendly and they allowed me to check out later for no extra fee, which was a really nice touch!

The towels shed a little bit so you find little bits all over you when drying yourself, it would be nice to have a full length mirror in the room because there’s plenty of space, the doors are tricky to open and close sometimes and you can’t pay for the room by card, even though it’s quite an expensive place 😅 These are quite minor things that if improved could make a big difference, but I had a really nice stay here :)

First we have to mention the staff as they were all amazing. Super nice and friendly and especially Elda at the reception was the nicest and took perfect care of everyone and everything. We stayed 2 weeks. The location is great - the beach is directly across the street, the street is closed for cars - so it is very quiet. The bustling area with all the restaurants and bars is about 5 min walk. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious as well as the patio, new and nice. The garden is beautiful with plenty of flowers. There is a big fridge at the reception which can be used by everyone and they also have a hot and cold water dispenser.

There are currently half of the bungalows still under renovation. Pool bar was also still under renovation, so not open. It was not too noisy but just to mention it to guest who might plan to come in this season. At the pool there were only 3 loungers and they had no cushions. So that was not very comfortable and only 3 people can sit at the pool. The cleaning was ok but there is also room for improvement (e.g. clean mirrors, wipe the floors properly). Sometimes warm water was gone, so maybe it’s solar powered and when it’s cloudy it does not get heated. We would recommend to put some hooks into the room to be able to hang clothes.

The Confidential Lombok is an outstanding place to stay at when visiting Kuta. Location, Facilities, and most of all the attentive staff made it a wonderful experience for us. We will for sure stay there again on our next visit to this beautiful island. Great property, large spacious rooms and excellent staff. In front of the beach this is insane! Overall great place to decompress for a few days. wonderful ambience and exquisite nature from the ocean. Incredilbly friendly and welcoming staff, peacefulness, clean setting, and amazing cultural experience. This became one of the best hotels we have had (for the budget we paid) Lombok is a shining and rising star of Indonesia that far surpasses Bali A superb hotel in a perfect location. It is impossible to find fault with this hotel and, even if you could, the helpful and happy Confidential team would deal with it! The room was immaculate On this trip we have stayed in many hotels and this was genuinely the first time we really didn't want to leave!

The staff Mila and Elda were so kind, friendly and always wanted to do more to help us. The pool was really nice to relax in too. The location is great as it set back from the busy streets right at the beachfront and only a 10 minute walk to the busy area.

The drains and sink needed unblocking as the water drainage was slow and smelt bad sometimes. Also the bins in the bathroom could do with a lid to cover. These were the only things to improve everything else was excellent.

Calm location with lovely bungalow with a great garden and pool. Superior room was very comfortable with lots of space and clean. The team was absolutely kind and helped out quickly with questions and problems like blocked shower drain pipe. You can easily get your laundry cleaned or rent a scooter via the reception. The location is in nice beachfront but very calm and close to the city centre with lots of great cafes and restaurants.

Decent scooters could be rent in the hotel they sent a Whatsapp offering paying pick up at the airport fan on the ceiling (first time in Indonesia)

no kettle nor drinking water offered. After travelling around Indonesia for 20 days, meeting outstanding staff, in this hotel they asked for money first day, nothing wrong with that but it was a first time in Indonesia and found it not too friendly. My WC has a problem (leaking on the floor) and they try to solve it 24 later, and it was not fixed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Confidential Mandalika, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s sleek and modern design, which seamlessly blends luxury with comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the views from the window were simply breathtaking.

Nothing, it was perfect

Beautiful clean rooms and nice bathroom with good water pressure. Rooms cleaned everyday and nice patio to sit on outside the room. Good location, feels quiet but close to busy areas. The staff were very accommodating. Free water refills (hot and cold water from the machine).

The pool was quite green when we stayed which differs from the pictures but this may have been a temporary problem and didn’t stop us swimming in it!

Very kind staff, lovely climate made by narrow garden and lots of plants. Rooms were quite small and some without shampoo or bath gel. There is also no hair dryer or kettle. Localization is very good near the beach and you can rent scooter inside. Overall for the price I would recommend but only for adults.
