Our stay was amazing from start to finish. We were picked up from the airport by Jan, who was lovely and welcoming. Even after our flight was delayed by 1.5hr. Our villa was superb; quiet, private and well kept. Having the pool to cool off and a quiet space to read and eat. It was everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious always delivered with a smiling face. The location is perfect, down a quiet road just off the main strip with access to amazing restaurants. For most of our stay we were taken care of by Dan, he was bright, happy and loved teaching us a little language to get us through our stay. He organised our bike and surf boats at any break we needed. Titi and Adi took great care of us and our room each day! They were always willing to help or have a chat. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay. If there is availability during your time in Lombok, don’t hesitate to book! We will be back! Thank you thank you!!

One of the most special places I’ve ever stayed! Jati was a huge part of how wonderful our honeymoon was. The villas and entire property are absolutely stunning. The staff are some of the most wonderful I’ve ever met. We consider Adi, Yemen, Ahmad and Rah friends for life. They went above and beyond with their amazing hospitality. My husband and I never wanted to leave. We will absolutely be back! They also gifted us the sweetest card to celebrate our honeymoon along with stunning decoration. All were a surprise! The breakfast was also delicious! We were a fan of the location. It was close to everything and the staff gave us great beach, bar and restaurant recommendations.

Breakfast was amazing, the villas and all of their details were absolutely superb ! The typical houses are simply stunning. Cleanliness is exceptional. You'll hardly find anything better, forget about overrated 5 star, unpersonal hotels chains ! The staff, all of them, the owners are simply the best you'll want in a cozy family accomodating environment, perfect for families. A big shout out to Sadan and Titi, with whome we mostly dealt with, the best host/staff/guides you'll ever want ! Their organized tours will provide local knowledge and hidden gems. If you have not been at Jati Kuta Lombok, you're surely missing out ! Keep up the amazing work !

Difficult to find anything out of place, you would have to look with a microscope or Hubble telescope !

Even more beautiful than the photos—prepare to be pleasantly surprised! On request, we had a short tour from the incredibly kind and passionate owner, who explained all the clever and eco-friendly ways they run the place. A very helpful and friendly team, involved but never intrusive. The early morning prayers from the mosques are barely audible, so no need to worry about sleep disruptions. Every detail has been thought of. As previous reviews mentioned, feedback is genuinely appreciated and acted upon immediately. We experienced the same responsiveness during our stay. The beds and pillows are wonderfully comfortable, and the air conditioning keeps the room at a perfect temperature.

If I had to mention something: the showerhead has a fair bit of limescale. As someone tall, I could practically scrape it off with my hair! While storage is available under the bed in drawers, they’re a bit tough to open—might need a mini-workout to get to your socks. Adding the option of a fried or scrambled egg would make the breakfast feel a bit more complete, with a wider variety of options.

If I had to sum up Jati in one word, it'd be "WOW!" It's a jaw-dropping place that looks like it came straight out of a magazine. Every little detail is perfectly placed—the flowers, the décor, the lighting—everything's just spot on. It's like a surreal, dreamy escape with tons of privacy and beauty. Rah, the owner, is such an amazing woman with great energy. It was awesome chatting with her and getting to know her and the person behind this incredible place. The whole staff was wonderful really, friendly and kind. And the shower—honestly, that shower was a game-changer!

We truly loved everything about our stay at Jati! This would be my favourite place we’ve stayed in all of our visits to Indonesia. The villa was beautiful, spacious, so well designed, very private and relaxing. The pool was perfect. Breakfast so delicious and fresh! Awesome location, so close to many great restaurants and cafes but off the main road, so nice and quiet. The staff were outstanding and made our stay unforgettable. They really went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always had a big smile for us and were happy to chat or provide recommendations of places to visit and directions to local beaches and waterfalls. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Loved everything!

Impeccable bed! Perfect mattress with fresh new linens. Air conditioning was insanely powerful. Almost too good! But easily adjusted. If that’s not your thing I don’t know what to do for you. Great hot water in the shower. In house filtration so no problem drinking from the tap! The gardens were exquisitely manicured and so beautiful. So many flowers! No insects any where, I have know idea how they manage. Titi and Rah(the owners) were so helpful. Rah is a surfer well tapped into the local whisper mill had amazing advice for everyday’s conditions. The staff in general were so nice and helpful in every way. And the breakfast was excellent and filling! And we are fat Americans! The pool was clean and perfect temperature. Can’t wait to come back and hear Adi say, “welcome home!”

Unfortunately, we were unconditioned for the 4:45am loud call to prayer. But earplugs and a day or two getting used to it helped. But the staff did everything in their power to accommodate us. Including moving to a more central room further from the loudspeakers (this unavoidable in Lombok. We feel we picked a good spot regardless.)

Our stay at Jati was perfect. Our bungalow was beautiful, stylish and beyond comfortable, and the staff truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. Dann, Yadi and Adi were the perfect hosts. They were attentive, knowledgable and an absolute joy to chat with. They kindly transported us about, organised an in room massage for us and very promptly delivered our breakfast every day- we truly felt pampered and didn’t want to leave! We have already recommended Jati to all our friends and family who wish to visit Kuta, and will continue to do so!

Everything was perfect!

The villa is very private with lovely pool. The greenery makes the villa feel very tropical. The outside bathroom is very nice too with really good shower. The staff were fantastic and always ready to help. We booked a day trip to see some waterfalls and local village which was great. It was a fantastic location close to all bars and restaurants but set far another back from the road that it wasn't noisy. You can also arrange a massage to the room which was very reasonably priced and relaxing. The included breakfast was very tasty with great choices. We were here for our honeymoon and it was a perfect choice

During an unexpected turn when my husband fell ill due to food poisoning, the hotel staff’s prompt and caring response was remarkable. They quickly arranged for Doctor Rido from Kuta Medical Service to visit our villa within 15 minutes, offering professional and immediate care. Moreover, the hotel staff went above and beyond, assisting us with arranging airport transfers and booking a mesmerizing waterfall tour that included treks to four stunning waterfalls, including Benang Stokel & Benang Kelambu waterfalls. Their help in organizing these adventures added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip, making it truly unforgettable. Our overall experience at Jati Kuta Lombok was exceptional. The luxurious accommodation, outstanding care during unexpected circumstances, delightful in-house services, and the thoughtful assistance with tour arrangements make this resort a top choice for a memorable and adventure-filled retreat. We highly recommend this haven for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and exciting experiences.
