Very professional treatment from the start. The hotel is close to everything. Very lovely pool and magnificent service. The hotel is fresh and clean, the staff do everything to make you feel comfortable. The food in the hotel is better than outside restaurants. 5 stars for everything. Will definitely return to this hotel.

There is nothing negative to point out. Not even a single lizard in the room during our 4 day stay.

It’s spacious, it’s artistically designed and appealing to the eye. There is Smart TV with NETFLIX and YouTube in every room. Air conditioning works well. Beds are huge and comfortable. We like your choice of music in restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mala at front desk, to management Belinda and Rodi, to Rina and Suchar in restaurant. You guys are great.

It’s not like we didn’t like something but we think that safety boxes and may be a Spa on site would be a good addition to already beautiful hotel.

It was luxurious but reasonable price, there were two pools (we were in the smaller complex) and you had freedom to go to either it was great, the staff were so so friendly (especially Andy) and just the vibe was great, perfect location too. (Lombok.go.tours (Roy)) lives nearby and is the perfect tour guide and driver

I think the free breakfast / breakfast package could be just one course but more elaborated (the pancakes are delicious but could have more going on?) but this is being picky

I don't think that I've ever given full marks for a hotel review before but this one definitely deserves it. This is probably the best hotel in Lombok. Everything is great and the staff are incredibly helpful and polite. The 3 pools are amazing and the breakfast is absolute next level. So much food for breakfast and the choice is great. Wifi signal is good enough for streaming services. Bed.is comfortable. Location is amazing for the main strip. Mosque next door wasn't too loud.

The only issue I would say is the amount of light that comes in through the semi open bathroom area into the bedroom. It could do with a curtain or a blind as it's so bright every day at 5/6am.

The location is great, very central to the restaurants. The breakfast is amazing, they have a menu rather than a buffet (which I never prefer). The rooms are very well decorated & designed. Spacious rooms and always very clean. The pool are is great, a very clean pool. I have never seen one single dirt. The pool sun-seating is very comfy. The staff are so adorable, they pay attention to every detail and super friendly. I think they build a great team! Food and beverage menus is also very good!

It unfortunately still has ongoing construction. They are expanding and having a great plan but can be annoying sometimes. It is quite close to the mosque. If you are a light sleeper, that will bother you lots. Especially Ramadan time, they literally having an ongoing Quran reading (via microphone) and 5 times a day prayer which includes 5 am morning as well.

Really nice hotel with lovely rooms and a great pool. Very nicely located for everything in Kuta. The staff were exceptionally service minded. We really liked the place. It scored particularly big points from our teenage daughters who loved the vibe.

A lot of people have complained about the mosque next door. We found the rooms to be pretty well sound insulated and besides, the singing is quite beautiful and only lasts a short period of time. There is fairly loud music in the pool area during the day, which adds to the atmosphere but may not be to everyone’s liking.

The hotel is wonderful. Really nice rooms, with bathroom in a way open and outside. The staff is always available to help you or assist you. Very relaxing also atmosphere around the pool and the restaurant, with good options for breakfast, but also for lunch and dinner. Nice bar with swings as seats, and cool drinks . The location is also really good, since you are in the center of Kuta, and everything from restaurants, to cafe, and shops is nearby. Also surf schools and Yoga places, so you can even walk around from one place to other.

Beautiful hotel, great vibes in the day, love the music by the pool. The pool has great bean bags in it which were so relaxing. Rooms were amazing, great decor & comfy large beds. Loved the outside feel of the bathroom, shower was great. Smart tv was a bonus. The food from the hotel is UNREAL! we ate here every day! We extended our stay as we felt so comfortable here.

To be picky, the sunbeds around the pool are quite dirty, for the price you would expect these to be clean. Also on one day our room wasn’t cleaned until 5pm and we were waiting about for it to be cleaned

Our experience at El Trópico was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We want to give a special thanks to Zoro and Yudi at reception, who were always ready to assist us with a smile and made us feel right at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the breakfast was simply amazing—so delicious and varied! We also want to highlight Egis, who quickly resolved an issue we had with the sheets. His kindness and efficiency were truly impressive. All the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, which made our stay even more special. We highly recommend El Trópico and can’t wait to return!

Property was clean tidy and exactly as in the pictures. Location was good and close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was from a menu rather than buffet however the selection was ok and portions were good. The staff were very helpful we had no issues during our stay. The semi open shower room was something different but really good. There was three pools and the times were very flexible with one pool staying open all night as long as you keep the noise down. The property was about 10-15 mins walk from the beach, scooter hire was right opposite the hotel and Robbi gave a great service.

Property was amazing my only recommendation would be the breakfast only comes with 1 hot drink and 1 juice. As we a tea-holics it just was not enough.
