We were greeted by the lovely receptionist lady, she was absolutely lovely, breakfast was gorgeous, would highly recommend this place

We were 20 mins late checking out receptionist asked nicely to get the bags, we were delayed because we were having breakfast. The cleaning lady was very rude to my son tapping her watch and asking us to get a move on. We woke up late due to attending a wedding, Cleaning staff shouldn't be so rude to the residents but other than this it was a fantastic place to stay and all other staff was lovely.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was the best breakfast I have ever been served in any accommodation in which we have ever stayed. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough to help us. Kathy, the receptionist carried my luggage to my room and made tea for us on arrival. I really appreciated the tea. The following morning we were greeted by the very friendly receptionist and served a really delicious Irish breakfast. I particularly appreciated the big pot of piping hot tea as I love to start my day with a few cups of tea. The very friendly room attendant offered to carry my case downstairs. In conclusion, this hotel offers the weary traveller a really homely atmosphere. All members of staff made us feel very much at home with their very friendly and helpful disposition.

The Town house is a hotel that is part of the community, A lively bar and incredible staff, Darren is the bar manager and could not do enough for us, The town house does exactly what it says " On the tin" , no leisure centre or Pool this is a local hotel and has lovely welcoming warm feeling, clean and well maintained, Good bar with proper Irish Banter, cracking pints and a freshly cooked cracking breakfast, a very relaxing atmosphere, something very charming , we will return yet again.

We were allowed to check in an hour earlier than the stated booking time.The Hotel is spotlessly clean with friendly staff and bar customers. They serve good quality cooked breakfasts ideal for starting the day. The hotel is an easy walk into the town centre. Check out the short cut left after the Harbour hotel past the Grand canal pier [ only 4 or 5 hundred yards in total ] it is a beautiful area for a picnic or for feeding the ducks and pigeons.

Bearing in mind it is a 2 star rating I would not have expected more.

Great location. (5 minute walk to Main Street) Great staff. Dolores was excellent. Lovely hot cooked breakfast. Nice comfortable bar. Lovely clean and warm room. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Spotless bathroom. Free parking and WiFi.

Everything was excellent. Maybe a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries etc. and a couple of glasses would have been the only gripe I had but that's only a minor thing

This hotel was clean and the location was excellent for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed anything The food was lovely and there was loads of it!! Really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again if we came back to this part of Ireland The breakfast was brilliant

There is not much to dislike about this hotel A minor issue would be that the bin in the room didn’t appear to emptied regularly but that really is a minor issue

Lovely staff, rooms were well appointed and decorated. My expectations were really exceeded by the facilities and the staff. We had Comfy beds and everything we needed for a good stay. We slept like babies. I would definitely go back to this hotel again and we visit this area often because we lived in Naas for a few years 20 odd years ago.

The breakfast was lovely but was laid out in the bar area rather than the dining/ function room I noticed on check in and that would have been nicer. Lovely breakfast- really tasty and made to order. The lady who served us at breakfast was a lovely woman as well. One or two of the other guests seemed a little weird to me but apart from that I can’t think of anything which could be improved! It was great.

We were delighted with our recent stay at the Town House Hotel, as it's a 2 star hotel we were expecting it to be basic, and the outside looks a bit jaded, but don't let that fool you. The staff especially Helen were lovely and friendly and helpful, the bar is really comfy, had a comprehensive menu with huge portions and the food was delicious! And it was busy serving food to locals which is always a good sign. The breakfast was also great, freshly cooked and a varied menu. Our room was more than adequate and was very very clean, couldn't fault it at all and the beds were really comfy. Its about a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town. We would deffo recommend this hotel, and hope to be back!!

All I can think is that the outside could do with a lick of paint!!

The receptionist greeting us on check in was amazing, kitchen was closing within 5mins of our arrival late last night and she rushed to the chef to order us a meal after a very long shift, even before she checked us in. It was very much appreciated. We had breakfast included in the deal but this morning we checked out early around 7am for work but the work was pushed back to 12.30pm so we had to sit around and wait and we rang the hotel around 9ish asking could we go back to the room but unfortunately it was being cleaned so the receptionist this morning offered us to come back and sit in the hotel and even mentioned we had breakfast included so they would make us breakfast and we did and it was amazing. 10/10 place, wasn't expecting much for a small place (no offence) but it was greatly appreciated the efforts the staff went to. Will definitely be back when in Naas.
