I've been to Ireland 6 times, already planning my next trip, and this, so far, has been the only accommodation I have RETURNED TO. The hosts are lovely, accommodating, friendly, warm...creme de la creme. The VIEW is SPECTACULAR. The rooms are lovely, comfortable, clean...when you arrive there is tea and a homemade of cake. Breakfasts are the best. Homemade scones and jams, fresh squeezed juices, delicious choices...waffles, omelets or smoked salmon and cream cheese. The view however is the real champion here. It's unrivaled. AND it is a vast landscape of farm animals you can get close to, if you'd like. Those are the friendliest, most cuddly donkeys I've met - there are chickens, goats and sheep/lambs as well. It's a win-win and a MUST if staying in the Wicklow area or close to the Wicklow/Kildare border.

Everything!!! From the moment I entered the farmhouse and property I was thrilled to be there. The view was nothing short of spectacular. The warm welcome from Niamh and the charm of my garden suite was just what I was hoping for. The comforts of home and the walk to the lake with the boots( wellingtons 😀) made for a peaceful and relaxing experience everyday of my 4 night stay. Her breakfast and baking skills for scones was amazing as I truly looked forward to with my daily coffee with a beautiful view every morning. I loved the area and the ease of visiting Glendalough and neighboring towns.

A beautiful room with an INCREDIBLE view. Comfortable bed and pillows, good shower, room temperature perfect and a fabulous breakfast. Swallows flying everywhere, donkeys and a particularly glamorous pony we nicknamed the L'Oréal pony "because I'm worth it" as he loved flicking his mane! Very friendly host and it was all just so relaxing...we didn't want to leave. It's remote, but if you want a peaceful getaway this is perfect👌

I would recommend going by car. The house is actually about a 12 minute drive from Blessington town, so if you're going on the bus from Dublin you'll need to get a taxi there which costs 25 euros. We had a lovely 18km walk in the immediate area but most of the hillwalking is on the other side of the lake so a car would be useful to get there.

Everything was great; the place and room were very clean and (besides some minor technical mishaps), well taken care of. Beautiful surroundings, stunning view and lovely farm walk at the doorstep! We are sorry we dregged some grass into the house after our morning walk.

It would be nice to have some kind of towel racks, and more space to leave your things in the bathroom (a hook or shelf, or something). The room was pleasant but not very big and the bed was comfortable but too bouncy for us. We passed along the above minor issues (like a shower we could only set very hot, a night lamp that wasn't working and the curtain holder that fell out of the wall) and hope these will be fixed for future guests.

This is a beautiful property in Co Wicklow, run by a lovely family. The bedrooms were pristine and well serviced. The homemade breakfast was a real highlight. The grounds are breath-taking and the farm walk was a great bonus!

I have only positive feedback for this fantastic guesthouse, but will say the taxi service in the general location seemed non-existent the night I was there. I had great trouble getting back to my accommodation from a wedding at the nearby Tulfarris Hotel. Plan ahead with taxis/carpool if travelling for an event in the area - because the country roads are too dangerous to walk at night due to lack of street lighting etc

Nestled in the heart of Hollywood Wicklow, this farmhouse stay was an exquisite retreat from the humdrum of daily life. The pastoral beauty of the landscape was matched only by the genuine warmth of our host Niamh. Each morning, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and homemade bread wafted through the air, inviting us to start our day. The farmhouse, a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, offered an intimate glimpse into the serene countryside lifestyle. Evenings with the tranquil sounds of nature made our stay an unforgettable escape. We stayed in the suite and loved it. Niamh was an amazing host. The farm walk is a must do. If you’re seeking a blend of tranquility and authenticity, this farmhouse is your haven.

Nothing to dislike.

Niamh was a delightful hostess who immediately made us feel welcome. The property and its surroundings are beautiful and the view spectacular. We wish we had left more time to explore the property, hike down to the lake, see all the animals and soak in the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and the dining area in the old farmhouse is charming. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and very clean.

The bedroom and bathroom, while clean and comfortable, were a bit small. We didn't have a great deal of baggage with us but still felt a little cramped. It's a minor concern, and a sacrifice we would gladly make again. Also, getting to the property can be a little nerve-wracking for those unaccustomed to rural driving in Ireland. Again, this is not something that would deter us from returning.

The location and accommodation were delightful and idilic. The hostess Niamh was super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was diverse, homemade and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

We didn't think to switch off the radiator in our room before we went to bed, so the heating came on at night and it got too warm to sleep (it was a warm day and night anyway). After realising the heating was on, we had to switch it off in the middle of the night. Apart from that, everything was great!

Our hosts went above and beyond! Not only was the property in the most beautiful of locations with incredible views, but we also had the ability to walk around the farm and interact with the donkeys, hens, goats, horses, etc. and with loaner Wellingtons available to keep our feet/legs dry. Our hosts made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable, and daily prepared the most delicious breakfasts. When we had to leave early for the airport on our last day, she even offered and prepared and set out muffins, juice and coffee for us so we could partake early since we would miss the typical breakfast time. What a memorable experience; will definitely be back!

We stayed in the garden suite for three nights. The suite was spotless very tastefully furnished and very comfortable. We slept very well. Niamh our host was friendly and made sure we had everything needed. The location was fabulous looking out to the lake below. We loved the farm walk down to the lake and all the animals. It is well located for exploring the Wicklow Mountains.

There was nothing that we could complain about.
