Lack of information on how everything works at the hotel. Breakfast needs to be booked although is included in the price, cleaning room services also need to be booked (they only make available a do not disturb sign but not a please clean my room). They display a picture of a pool in the booking page however they don't tell you that you also need to book and pay separately to use the facilities. Keeping your luggage is also a separate and paid service. Not a great value for service compared to other options.

Very convinient place to stay. Adequate room to price, bathroom with enough space. Not only shower but also bathtub! Proper breakfast. Good attitude to price.

As we were there, the hotel restaurant admitted no more guest (weekend, friday ab. 8pm) but empty tables were visible (not enough staff?). What was worse, no open restaurant was to find in 15 min walking distance.

rooftop restaurant was a wonderful surprise. room was small but clean. love how green/sustainable the hotel and hotel chain are. That is why we stayed there. Room temp was warm given the thick comforter. It was very disappointing that there were no massages available and access to the pool was so limited - and had to be paid for when staying at the hotel!!! Breakfast was good but some food items should be rotated so its not exactly the same day after day! Saw leftover food being separated for composting but paper was kept separate from food waste so that is not needed. All organic items can be composted.

Time in the pool was not available most days and our kids really wanted to swim. And the hotel charges guests to use the pool, sauna, steam. No massages were available over a 5 day period!!

The property is very well located, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and Tivoli Gardens. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to suit different tastes.

I found the QR code system for scheduling breakfast times and requesting daily room cleaning a bit inconvenient. Despite choosing daily cleaning, the cleaning service only came at 16:30, which was too late for us after a long day of exploring Copenhagen. Additionally, there was no small fridge in the room, which could be an issue if you have items that need refrigeration.

The short menu at the restaurant was at first concerning but almost everything on it was very tasty and good! We enjoyed the food! The hot tub and heated flooring in the bathroom was super nice! Upon check-in, the room was super clean and cozy.

Staying with a family of 4 (including 2 kids) for 7 nights implies more cleaning requirements. The so-called "Refreshment of the room" was subpar. It apparently included only new bathroom stuff and emptying garbage bin. Bed sheets were replaced only after 2 requests made. Vacuum cleaning wasn't included (although we needed it). The used coffee mugs weren't replaced with new/clean onces.

Room is nice decoration, clean and comfortable, good breakfast and convenient location not far from Oslo Main station.

Hotel does not have luggage room. Luggage locker need to pay 50 DKK for 3 hours. We arrive at Copenhagen at 10 am and go to the hotel and can not check in until 3 PM. It is the first time that I have to pay for Luggage storage service. This service is suppose to be free of charge. The room is modern decoration and nice material but do not have refrigerator and electric kettle which is very common in this level of the hotel. The bathroom does not has bathroom foot towel.

Modern hotel with nice architecture facing the Copenhagen waterfront . The hotel opened only eighteen months ago . It’s the biggest Scandic hotel with over six hundred rooms ! It’s close to Copenhagen central station . Breakfast is excellent . But there is bit of a Que for the breakfast . It’s better to book in advance . Calling the taxi is easy , it’s just pushing the button on the device which is located in front desk and taxi arrives in minitues . The hotel was super busy when we stayed despite that the staff tried their best to facilitate our stay with smiling faces . Ida and Suraj in front desk was very friendly helped with tour plans , trip planning and where to visit . I am thankful to them .

We absolutely loved our stay at Scandic. The quality of the hotel room and facilities were outstanding. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others. The hotel was so clean and calm. The beds were very comfortable, staff friendly and the location was perfect to see the wonderful city of Copenhagen.

The only negative was the temperature of the hot breakfast. The bacon, scrambled egg, sausages, potatoes etc were stone cold every morning we ate at 8-8.30am. The platters had candles underneath which were nearly always not working. From a food hygiene perspective this could be dangerous as hot food should be held above 63 degrees to prevent bacterial growth. You need to find a safer way to keep the food hot. Other hotels do manage it. The choice of food available at breakfast was great though.

Great shared room for a family - pull out bed was v comfy and overall just about enough space for us all. Location was pretty good for walking to most attractions and transport links. The staff were all super helpful and friendly

The breakfast has a opportunity to be great if these things are considered. Peak times are chaos and seating is super hard to find. There is a nominal booking system but no-one seems to pay any attention to it and staff are too busy to be able to manage it. The gluten free offering is woeful, there is a token table of packaged items (which I appreciate avoids cross contamination but other places manage with clear signposting and care/staff awareness.) The bread rolls that were put out during our stay were mouldy inside the packet - I gave one to restaurant server on first day, second day more of the same so took to reception - said they would take care of it - hopefully they did.
