Friendly staff who were helpful with local knowledge. The accessible room had good facilities, was clean and had tea and coffee making options although no biscuits.

Breakfast wasn't included in the price I paid but this would have been nice as the location of the hotel was not very close to any restaurants etc and we didn't have a car. Unfortunately, the menu at the hotel restaurant was not to our taste and the inclusion of more simple food choices would have been very welcome.

Hotel facility as expected. I stay here time to time, when I am visiting Berlin for various reasons. Good breakfast and nice hotel room.

Swimming pool was a bit too much disappointing. There was now supervision. Some young middle east teenager gang appeared at one point in the swimming pool area, dressed up and with boots on. Nobody to kick them out. Also the water quality was really bad, with some microparticles floating in the water...

Breakfast was Expensive During my stay the power was shut dawn for almost one Hour

The room floor had not Carpet and there was no Sundale to use in order to go to toilet or walk on floor . The shower need to have a curtain, whenever i took shower, the toilet floor was wet, this will face the maintenance team job also very difficult and no guest like it.

It was located just 10 minutes from our son and his wife which made our visit convenient. The staff was very helpful and efficient and we had a lovely suite with 2 bathrooms , large closets, etc. perfect for a 2 week stay.

Very delicious breakfast, large selection of food and additives as well as beverages. Very comfortable room, clean, well equipped bathroom, nothing more needed. We loved the beds so much that we didn't make it in time to visit the pool. Located close to the S-Bahn station, so you can get anywhere in Berlin.

The parking rules could be more precise (you can go to the parking take a ticket and then check in at the reception)

Hotel was really nice, in a location near lots of public transport making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Very clean and great facilities, lounge/restaurant was great with good quality food and drinks. Staff were all amazing and a great help with anything needed. With being slightly out of the city centre we didn't expect anything near as good as it is. Would definitely use this hotel again!

I liked so much all the facilities and the restaurant is also very good. The pool and sauna was a good point too.

The hotel is not so close to the main tourist locations, but we can get the public transport and get there.

Air conditioned room complete with a little fridge.....very handy when Europe had record breaking temperatures ! 'House keepey' were very efficient. Great location, 3 minutes away from Rohrdamm Ubahn.

Pillows were as flat as a pancake and only 1 pillow on each bed. Requested extra pillows from reception several times, but extra pillows never materialised 😞

Fast check-in, good buffet breakfast including good (self-service) coffee, near Rohrdamm U7 underground/subway (5 min walk or 1 min with bus 123). Helpful staff. Good value for money especially considering it has a (small) swimming pool. Interconnecting rooms (i.e. triple room connected to double room) ideal when travelling with kids. Lots of restaurants nearby on Nonnendammallee.

As expected, located in suburban area, reaching central/tourist hotspots will take 30-45 minutes

The staff was friendly + we were immediately given bathrobes when we asked for them on the reception. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was superior, there were varieties of food. The swimming pool and sauna exceeded our expectations. If you come to the hotel, don't forget to take a swimming suit and to book breakfast! Overall, you'll enjoy the hotel by all it means!!
