Very nice property adjacent to terminal 2 which was amazing. The Japanese people are so,polite & gracious. Our only complaint is the the front desk staff should have someone working that can speak English. It was very hard to communicate with anyone at the front desk. They couldn’t understand us & we couldn’t understand them. Seeing it is an International airport with adjacent hotel it is important to be able to have good communication with your hotel guests.

100 yen tax paid on arrival per guest. Didn't bother with dinner or breakfast as too expensive but had read up about this beforehand so made sure had enough breakfast supplies bought in town (can store in fridge) and ate dinner in Central before arrived too.

We arrived in Tokyo close to midnight, & we were thankful that we could easily get to our hotel rooms to have a good night’s rest. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, and the staff at the front desk were so warm & welcoming. We also appreciated the vending machines which allowed us to get sandwiches & other simple food & drink options even though it was so late. Although we arrived at Terminal 1, it was also really easy to take a free shuttle to Terminal 2, with signages along the way to point us in the right direction.

Arriving at Haneda after a 14 hour flight, all I had to do was walk through terminal 2 for a few minutes to reach the hotel - didn't even have to go outside. The room was bigger than I expected and the soundproofing cut out almost all the airport noise. Bed was very comfortable and a huge choice of Japanese and Western food at breakfast.

Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful (though not many spoke much English, which was surprising in an airport hotel). However, one or two of the male receptionists were unpleasant and eye-rolled when I didn't understand them. (I was there for three nights, as it's easy to get into the city).

Perfect location for early/late flight. Good room size and clean. Easy access to other terminals. They kept my luggage that forwarded 4 days in advance of my stay which was so good

All our luggages was left for us to bring to to our room. We wouldn't mind doing it. It just no one tells us anything, an employee guided us to the lift and just left our luggage there. After realising they are not bringing our luggage, we came back to the lobby to take our stuff while he held the elevator door, he went in the lift with us as let us out on our floor. I just found it a little strange. Then we were expected to take the trolley back down and give it to them.

great location in the airport to catch my early flight the next day; room was very clean and had free bottled water and toiletries etc;; 24 hour convenience store 2 minute walk through airport was very handy to bring food back to the room.

self-service check-in was a bit of a faff, I would have preferred if a member of staff just did this for me as I had just had two long-haul flights and was quite tired at that point; the room didn't have any USB sockets, which is quite common in aging Japanese hotels and could be easily fixed with a USB plug-in adaptor in each room, I think most international travellers would find this useful.

Extremely convenient being within the airport if you have an overnight layover. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful during check-in and check-out. The restaurant within the hotel is a much better choice than many of the other airport eateries.

Ensure that you plan you timeline to get to your flight from the hotel. The location is on the far side of the airport so you have to make sure you account for the walk to your gate. As long as you keep that in mind, you'll have a pleasant stay.

Everything! Check in was simple (and actually done by a real person unlike 2 of the other hotels we stayed at in Tokyo). The room was exceptional - super clean, comfortable bed and lots of little extras. The bathroom was the best we have seen in Tokyo too, with a strong shower and decent sized bath. My suitcase broke and we needed some tape to mend it and the concierge could not have been more helpful. She provided a big roll of strong tape and just asked us to return it when we had finished with it. Check out was simple and we stepped straight from the hotel into Terminal 2. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

By the end of a long first trip to Japan we wanted to stay convenient to the airport and have a stressless departure. This hotel has Terminal 2 right outside the lobby so the location was fabulous. Even if you are using Terminal 1 or 3, there is convenient access to the free airport shuttle not far from the hotel lobby. There is an early check-in (2 pm) and a 11 am check out so there is ample opportunity to spend terminal time relaxing in the room. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff could not be more attentive. Rather than wait in a line at check-out a staff member came over to the line to check us out promptly. Couldn't ask for a better last night in Japan before embarking on our long journey home.

Obviously great location being at the airport. We flew into Haneda from Sydney, arriving at about 8:30pm. Straight into our hotel, some room service and then got a flight to Hiroshima the next morning. Very convenient as it was all in Terminal 2. Flew with ANA

On the pricey side. Accommodation and food in restaurant on the expensive side compared to the rest of Japan. It’s weird how you cant have 2 adults and 2 bed sharing kids in the same room though. Lucky I am classed as a carer so we could all stay together
