It was really clean. The people were so nice and helpful. It was so close the airport with a shuttle for 2 euros.

Breakfast was so poor and the shuttle can be free. Also the room is so small without even water and refrigerator. It would be good to have coffee machine as well

An airport hotel that really was close to an airport! (5 minutes walk or a 2 Euro shuttle). Breakfast was served from 4.30am for those with early flights unlike most other 'airport' hotels I've stayed in -- a buffet with lots of choice and reasonable at 9.5 Euros. Dinner in the hotel was quite economical (25 Euros for a full buffet) and there was lots of choice and the food was generally of a good standard. The hotel was quite well sound-proofed so take-offs were barely audible and a nearby busy road ditto.

The location is perfect, and the service is excellent. It’s situated just 5 minutes from the airport, making it ideal for a break between flights or for late-night or early-morning arrivals and departures from Porto Airport. The room is very comfortable, with absolutely no noise from outside, and the bed and pillow are quite cozy.

The breakfast is very good with several options. However, I would suggest including some choices for people with allergies or intolerances, particularly with the pastries. Offering sugar-free or fresh juices, at least from one type of fruit, or providing the option to squeeze fresh fruit, could be an appealing alternative. I would also recommend including toothpaste among the amenities. Lastly, keeping the prices below 100 euros would make the stay more budget-friendly, especially considering that these are typically short, transit stays, which would better align with the value-for-money ratio.

No electricity plugs by the beds, only on the table so if you want to use your phone in bed while is charging, not possible. Asked the help of the staff at the reception to let me cancel the booking and re book via a link provided by the airline that cancelled my flight and rebooked for the following day, if he accepted I would have the stay for free but he denied it so I had to pay it. Staff should make exceptions sometimes to help guests in trouble…

This is a basic hotel offering very clean and comfortable accommodation. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a good buffet. The hotel is very convenient for the airport and tram stop for Porto itself. The rooms are air conditioned, quiet with no intrusive aircraft or traffic noise. I think it is good value for the money. What's not to like! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

The walking route to and from the hotel and airport could be better sign posted by the authorities but that is no fault of the hotel. Perhaps the hotel could post a detailed route map on its website

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Porto Airport. I arrived very late but it was easy to get to the hotel even in the dark. The checkin was easy and professional. The room was clean and comfortable and well designed for a short term stay - the purpose of an airport hotel. The buffet breakfast menu was varied and catered to many different eating preferences. The food was regularly replenished and offered a variety of cold and hot drinks and food. It was very convenient to get to the metro for travelling to Porto city centre. I won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was fine

The adjoining/connected rooms for the family were simple, clean and comfortable. The showers were good, WiFi fast, air conditioning effective. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were totally silent despite being so close to the airport - brilliant sound proofing. The continental buffet breakfast was good (and available from 4.30 am) and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our request for a 1pm check-in was met and very helpful. It was relatively expensive for what it was, but so convenient for the airport (6 min walk or take the shuttle), Metro into Porto (5 min walk) and car hire pickup/dropoff (6 min walk).

We only stayed one night to catch a very early flight. It was really convenient and I would definitely it recommend it. The room was super practical, I wasn't expecting to be so spacious which is great when you're traveling with a lot of luggage. We paid for the shuttle so we didn't have to walk at night with all the luggage, but if you're traveling light you can easily walk to the airport.

I didn't dislike anything. My least favourite thing it was probably the shower area because it had curtains and it was a bit dark.

Great sized room, very comfortable bed and pillows, and good shower. Excellent price and location - shame that there are some major roads in between the hotel and the airport, otherwise you'd be rolling there in just a couple of minutes!

Shame to have a view over a car park, but we weren't there for a view in any case!... It would have been hood to have been informed there was a restaurant on site, especially as Google doesn't indicate this, it would have saved us wandering around for a restaurant (everything was closed as it was a Sunday match day), and would have saved us wandering around the airport for food!

Its very close to the PORTO airport and they have a shuttle to take you there but you have to tell them you want it the day before,no sooner. If you are looking for amenities like anything luxurious this isnt the place. Everything is great/modern/well kept but the room was small; only a desk type chair to sit and the bed. There is a little bar and a restaurant on property but nothing else walkable that we saw. 1/2 hr uber ride to downtown porto. If you want a room close to the airport at great rates, this is a good one
