It was a very pleasant experience the staff were nice and helpful.

They did not offer much for the ppl that didn't eat pork I felt there should have been an option. Also the pool area was dirty a pizza box and other garbage remained on a table for the day after we bought it to the attention of the front desk. The pool itself was dirty also and the bottom of the pool paint was peeling or cracked.

Breakfast was great with many selections. The dining area was clean and sanitary. The staff were very helpful. The room was very nice and comfy.Special mention to the nice petite lady at the desk(Sorry didn't get her name) she was very helpful and the shuttle driver who went out of his way to bring my son's lost wallet back to the airport. Very much appreciated your kindness. Congratulations to the hotel for having such great staff!!!

It was already a great experience, I' m just suggesting maybe a conveyor to transfer our luggages might be helpful by the elevator to easily bring them to our hotel room.

Flexibility of late check out due to wife participation in a U of Miami Medical seminar / training. Staff accomplished my late check out request.

Parking fees. Was double charged by PNG and hotel. There was signage but got in late and thought website said free parking. Staff removed one parking fee once I showed them the E receipt from PNG. Staff did not speak english for the most part but the front desk staff were all very helpful and bridged the language barriers with the other staff members. I recommend this hotel because everything else to include breakfast exceeded expectations.

Great hotel, well equiped with everthing that a person needs before a flight. we loved the free popcorn at the lobby, the team was very professional and for the most part very helpful. very good airport shuttle service, provided us with peace of mind and made it easy to arrive at the airport at the day of the flight.

my requestfor extra towels at the day of the departure was ignored after the lady at the reception said she sent them and also bluntly cut me off when I tried to asked about the airport shuttle and left me hang on the line untie i hung up ad went downstairs to ask for this service. but to be fair- its just one person attitude, the guy that worked the night before was nice and kind.

We had a very late flight and didn't get to the hotel until almost 2am. It was a quick and easy checkin and our room was upgraded at check in which was a pleasant surprise. The room was huge! Way more than what we expected. It had a living room w/ huge couch and table w/ 4 chairs, mini refrigerator and coffee pot. We were only staying overnight until the next morning, well same morning since it was 2am. Check out wasn't until 11am, but we did leave a little earlier. The continental breakfast was a nice inclusion, my only suggestion would be to put the waffle station by itself somewhere. Many people were making lots of waffles which had a huge line that was blocking where you get your plate, oatmeal and yogurt. Other than that, this was a great overnight stay. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, staff was friendly and we got breakfast! Would def. recommend!

I wish there was more seating for breakfast as all of the dining tables and chairs were occupied and I attended breakfast 40 minutes before service ended.

The shuttle from the airport was a nightmare! We landed at 3:00pm and didn’t arrive at the hotel until nearly 6:00pm! I called 15 times for updates to ensure that my family and I were at the correct location and every time we called our response was to us “he’s on his way.” Or “he just left and he didn’t see you” which was frustrating after a long day of traveling!

Front desk was exceptionally helpful and went above And beyond to accommodate our stay. We arrived very early and was so helpful giving us information to make our wait convenient; took our luggage into storage, gave us a key to the pool, shuttled us to the Plaza and picked us up when we were ready. They had a room available sooner than later and the other two rooms quickly followed. The shuttle service is very convenient and our driver was very nice and professional! The breakfast that was included was very good and had a wide array of options.

The toilet was running but beyond their control bc I didn't report it. Also, my son and his gf got a noise complaint, even though they were asleep. They got the wrong room, but I'm sure they just followed up in information they received. We were just confused bc we stayed across each other and neither of us heard any noise. Perhaps they should have walked the area to get the right room

Location was very good and convenient to the airport. Plus, they had a shuttle, which was very convenient free. Coffee in the lobby was a bonus.

I was charged double amount for my stay, and after so many repeated emails and phone calls, the Hotel is not responding and just giving me a false assurance that it will be credited back to my credit card. I have been communicating with Gabriela Bilkay since more than a month, and now she has even stopped responding to my emails, and my money has still not been refunded to my credit card.

Property was located in a nice area close to the freeways I utilized lost during my stay. The property was clean. The complimentary breakfast was a little on the early side but overall everything was nice.

My room was on the 6th floor. There were only nice machines on the 1st floor & 5th floor. The walls appeared to be somewhat thin, when a couple with a baby checked in next to me I was able to hear their baby crying majority of the night.

Loved the experience of staying here for 1 night. Breakfast was on time but more varierty would be appreciated. Truly enjoyed the free popcorn stand, the mini mart to grab small snacks/toiletries and the 24/7 coffee station in the lobby. The shuttle driver was also very kind and helpful. The room was pretty clean and very happy it had a microwave too.

The elevator makes a loud beeping noise as it crosses each floor. It's annoying.
