Our departing flight was delayed by 1 day, and we were lucky to book a room at the Miami International Airport Hotel. Our room was very clean, with black-out curtains, sound-proof windows and a comfortable bed. This hotel is so convenient! Just leave your arrival gate and it’s a short walk to the hotel, located inside the airport building. We arrived late, and were happy to find a restaurant open so that we could eat something after a day of travel, subsisting on little packets of airline pretzels and cookies. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

You simply can't beat the location if you need to be close to the airport - you are literally in the airport! Contrary to some of the online photos and comments, the rooms were completely remodeled and modern. While it may be a bit more expensive than some of the other area hotels, consider the savings in time and money on taxi's, uber, etc. Perfect for a long layover.

The bar and restaurant closed way too early (10pm) for an international airport hotel with flights all night long.

Extremely handy to be in the Airport Terminal for easy access to my connecting flights, especially since my flight arrived late due to several delays.

The TV control in the room was not working and despite two (2) calls to the front desk the promised assistance never arrived. On my previous stay (August 21) my flight to Miami was delayed multiple times. My husband in Jamaica decided to alert them of my late arrival but had to make five (5) international calls before anyone in reception picked up the phone.

Location is suberb. Right in the center of the Miami Interernational Airport. The hotel is a little outdated and not a Marriott or Hilton but it was comfortable, a great shower, and friendly staff. After traveling cross country all day we didn't have to get a rental car or take a hotel shuttle and were litereally in our room in less than an hour after landing. There's a lot to be said for time management.

convenient location. It was a 3 min walk from our baggage claim area. Had to use Google maps to find as airport has no signage, but it was easy. People wrote about rooms being dated but this room had obviously been renovated. It was really nice to be able to walk right into the terminal for our 6:30 am flight.

Room was a little small and halls were a little dated. No water bottles in room and tap water did not taste good.

Staff. They appeared distracted and not focused in their job or responsibility. I requested a wake up call and the phone did not ring until 20 minutes later. I requested a bell man to pick up my luggage and take me to the Airlines but never arrived. I had to take all my luggage downstairs and requested it again!! The bell man was observed in one of the restaurant when they called him. They have too much socialization and talk among the staff ignoring the customers. I’m sure they are not even aware of this as it seems like a normal habit. They need to be reminded this is their job and not their home.

we had an overnight layover in Miami so this hotel, which is located right in the airport, was ideal. our evening flight got delayed 3 hours, so it was even more important that it was easy to get to our hotel at midnight. it's a very basic hotel with a clean bathroom, toiletries, comfortable bed, coffee maker. it was also quiet. we loved not having to take a shuttle or Uber to and from the airport.

Location can’t be beat. Lets you get the maximum sleep between flights.Showers were great and staff was very eager to help.

There is no view if anyone is expecting it. This hotel serves a purpose and a vacation destination is not one. Adding a vending machine with some cup of coffee soups, cheese and crackers, muffins and milk would be helpful as many time no restaurant are open at airport.

The location was perfect because we were taking a cruise out of the Miami Cruise Port the following day. We were able to fly into FLL and take the Metro to MIA and get up in the morning to get a cab to the Port.

When taking showers the water temperature fluctuated from warm to scalding hot water. The water was so hot that we had to step back from it for fear of getting scalded. I thought it just happened to me, but when discussing it with my grandson, he experienced this also.
