Good location, very close to the tourist attractions and shopping street. At first we were worried about the noise but after closing the three layers of the balcony doors, the bustling noise on the street can not be heard at all. Clear instructions by the host of the guesthouse on what to do, how to check in and gives useful information about days out. Big room, cozy decorations and comfortable beds. Even has lockers to store luggage after you have checked out so you don’t need to carry lots of bags with you on your last day for only 2 euros. Buses go from the central station to the guesthouse for 3 euro or it is a 20 minute walk.

We did notice quite a lot ants on the floor and on the counters of the kitchen. No air conditioning so the room became very hot. The honesty bar was not fully stocked however there are shops down the street.

The apartment is nothing short of amazing - the location, the interior design, the cleanness. The photos don't do it justice - I was surprised by the details in the apartment - every single thing is customized to be modern and Sicilian, from the most creative chandelier I've ever seen, to a key to the bathroom (which is a little eye) - so cute! The apartment is in the old building, so you'll get that experience too. It's 10 minutes from the main square, bus stops are a few minutes away. Overall - excited my expectations for this price. I recommend it very much!

Great location , near our house were bars , pubs, restaurants so at the evening after having fun it was very easy to get back home )) main attractions are near , bus stop is about 2 minute walk . I recommend this accommodation for sure

What I didn’t like was bathroom , water was gathering while having bath and you had to stand in dirty water , that must be fixed , air conditioning was not working well , also if you are afraid of cats , like me be careful there were many cats in the building , suddenly one of them entered in our room from balcony .

This guest house is located in central Catania but outside of the restricted no-drive ZTL zone. The apartment is nicely decorated and the rooms are on the quieter side of the building, away from the noisy road. The check-in and check-out process are all seamless. The collaborative car park nearby in Via Romeo is really convenient and useful. The collaborative cafe that provides breakfast is right across the road.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (2 floors up from the ground floor). Although the building has an old lift, it's under maintenance now and expected "for a few years".

The Grand Tour Design Guest is perfectly located at the end of Via Etnea, right in the heart of the city. It was the ideal spot for exploring everything around us. The host was incredibly helpful, organizing both our airport transfer and a tour of Mount Etna, which made our trip so much easier. Everything about our stay was great!

The only minor issue was that the walls and doors are a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from outside the room, but it wasn’t a big problem for us.

We loved this guest house. The room was beautiful particularly the design features such as the wheels used as a chandelier. The bed was so comfortable and the location was really good. The hosts helped us to organise a trip with a guide to Etna which was a real highlight of our stay (thank you Isabelle the guide) it was easy to get to the main sights in Catania and easy to get from the station.

Great location. Very good noise reduction from the balcony door. Loved the interior and the possibility of using a microwave in the common room. I don't like having my room cleaned every day, but here the cleaning was perfect, which I have to appreciate.

After turning on the LED light stripes in the bathroom we were not able to turn them off. Luckily the cleaning staff apparently knew how to do it and we used another light in the bathroom since then :)

The place is fantastic, very well decorated with high ceilings and a lovely balcony with flowers. The room is beautiful, there's a lot of space and the bed is super comfy. The common area is very well organized and the whole place was amazing. The location was perfect. It's super close to the main shopping street, Villa Bellini, and a lovely street with restaurants where we had the best meals during our stay, the famous Pasticceria Savia is located on the corner and is a lovely choice for breakfast or sweets, and the Alibus stop from the airport is super close as well. All of the major sights are within walking distance and we were extremely happy we stayed there.

Wonderful place . 2 beautiful rooms in Italian style, 2 large beds, bathroom, large mirrors, 2 balconies, well-stocked kitchen. cleaned every day, wifi. close to everything because the hotel is in the center. Breakfast opposite in a great bakery. everything fresh and very tasty. just around the corner you can go to the market every day where there are fantastic fruits, vegetables, fish, seafood, clothes. great bus connection to the airport (stop just around the corner, 4 € /90min), it took us 25 minutes to get to the airport. The owner sent us all the information we needed (points of interest, access to/from the airport, restaurants, etc. everything we needed). a few steps and you are in a super narrow street with restaurants where you can eat deliciously. mega pasta, calzone, pizza,brudchetta etc. I highly recommend this hotel, everything met our expectations.

Such a gorgeous and unique property. Really spacious and beautifully decorated, we loved our stay here. Excellent location with lots of really cool bars and restaurants nearby. Very communicative and helpful hosts. I wish we'd had more than 2 nights in Catania! This was one of the best places we stayed on our whole trip and would definitely recommend.
