The location in the Piazza de la Republica could not be better. Central to everything in historic Florence

All the windows in our room faced into an alley which was incredibly noisy. (All B&B rooms did not face this way). People would wander through or sit in the alley until late and talk loudly or sing. The noise from construction, the garbage truck, clearing bottles, all bouncing around the stone buildings in the alley, it woke us early in the morning, it kept us awake at night and sometimes woke us in the night. This B&B is in a great location but bring earplugs.

Excellent location on Piazza Repubblica surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Clear and detailed directions and instructions on how to get to the property were provided via whats app in advance. We were then met on arrival by a member of staff for check in and given all the information we needed for our stay. There is a coffee machine in the shared common area. The room decor is very tasteful and the bathroom is modern with great water pressure in the shower.

Unfortunately due to its location on the Piazza the loud music from the restaurant/bar across the square could still be heard at midnight and the noise of early deliveries to the restaurants below our room started at about 5.30/6am in the morning. Not suited to anyone that is a light sleeper. The walls are also quite thin as we could hear every conversation from the guests in the room next door :(

Advertised as B&B, so we originally thought breakfast was included until we arrived and was informed breakfast not included. The room was dusty, especially on the lamp shade. I wouldn’t usually comment on this and I don’t like to leave negative feed back, but it was extremely dusty. Television not working, had no signal, I did message regarding this and to be fair he came and tried to fix the problem but was unable to.

Lovely room. Perfect location right on the square. On a couple of nights, after an exhausting day sightseeing, we sat at the window with a glass of prosecco and listened to all of the wonderful musicians in the square. (The windows were great though, once closed it was silent) You can walk everywhere from the room in about 10 minutes!

Great property, very well maintained, best location in the heart of the city, just 3 mins walk from bell tower/baptistery/cathedral, I definitely would recommend this for stay!!

Water was always leaking from the shower，and the bathroom was flooded.And the space was slightly not enough for people with large suitcases

The location is great! It’s right in the Piazza Della Republica which is near the cathedral. It’s within walking distance to all the other tourist sites. The staff was very responsive via WhatsApp.

Check out is at 10 am which is very early.

They provided cold drinking water for guests. The room was clean and would be cleaned if needed. The air-conditioning was lifesaving in the 35 degree summer heat. The location was perfect, every attraction could be reached by foot and a lot or restaurants were close by.

The location is perfect! Very nice staff! Cute and clean room.

At night you have to sleep with the windows closed because it is VERY noisy. A dark room. Only plastic cups for tea or coffee. Only one socket in the room.
