The hotel is very well located near the historic district, which allows you to be flexible in all your journeys. It is in a secured monumental building on the second floor. The room is modern and air-conditioned.

The kettle was not washed. There was no cup or cutlery. The fridge was too small for my purchases. My bath towel was not replaced. The street is very noisy, even with the window closed. My room neighbors slammed their door too often.

Andrea was very kind and helpful. I had a very clean room and my own bathroom. A few perks were access to drinking water, making tea in my room, a refrigerator, bottle opener and a safe. The best part was the location. Literally around the corner from the center at the Duomo.

Communication a little tricky when we had to first meet and get the key codes.

Location was amazing, located right in the centre looking over Prada and duomo. Room atmosphere, and decoration was superd. Finding parking wasn't easy but many parking lots available nearby. Water fountains available throughout the property! loved it. Surly a rebook!

The walk in had me doubting the booking for a moment, but once we got upstairs and into the Boutique hotel, every doubt cleared. The bathroom shower looked like it was used as we enetered but in general it was very very clean.

Amazing location!! Right in the heart of Florence. The check in was easy and owner/ staff was super nice and even gave us recommendations for food & attractions. And the hotel room was clean and spacious.

Nothing, except we booked the room with the external bathroom which we wouldn’t choose again just as we felt we were being noisy to others when walking to and from and using the facility during the night and early morning. This was down to our choice of room however and the bathroom was still super lovely and clean.

We booked the room with extrnal bathroom which turned out to be at the opposite side of the floor plan compared to the room. It could get quite noisy at night due to the very central location I tried to call the B&B 7 times on the day of my arrival and it resulted "non available"

The best location when in Florence, B&B Prestigia in via Roma ! Right in the middle of Forences old city! We had the best time staying in Andreas"s Prestigias room. Highly recommended. because it was so near to the majot attractions, you can always go back to your room for a rest, after visiting the sites or after shopping :-) The bed was comfy and the room was clean! There was a coffee machine inside the room so you can have fresh Espresso every morning. Andrea was very friendly and accomodating and was very generous with our every requests! Price relation to the location was very reasonable, compared to other hotels near the area!

*Maybe because of the heatwave, the pressure shortage of water in the bathrom was not so strong...though it was enough to take a shower of course. *there was one day that the cleaners forgot to clean our bathroom properly

Location was perfect, just near the dome and easy acces to all interest points. The room was spacios and clean, and they offered us all we needed for the stay. If we come again in Florance no doubt we will stay here.

A little noisy from the street but understandable for city center

Light from the corridor into the bedroom at night was annoying, had to put a towel down. Also more pods for the coffee machine would’ve been appreciated

A spacious room located 50 m away from Piazza del Duomo and any other Florence’s attractions and 10 min walk from the train station. It is the perfect place to stay during your visit.

The internet connection is unstable which could be annoying. The bathroom light and ventilation is controlled by a sensor which turns off after some good minutes which is very annoying if you use the bathroom during the night.

Location was great and the room spacious.

We didn’t realised we had booked a bathroom not in the room and down the communal corridor. This was actually quite inconvenient and would recommend to check this when booking.
