A nice little place about 8 mins from Firenze SMN train station. Convenient and definitely value for money. The host was very friendly and provided us information on nearby places to visit and also gave us a map. The room was clean and tidy. The host gave my 3 year old paper and pens to colour in. They also had other toys available. Breakfast was simple and nice. We could sit out in the peaceful outdoor garden.

A wonderful stay in this beautiful house! Our room was so comfortable with beautiful features! Close to everything. Lovely breakfast served by the wonderful luca who kept us entertained with his interesting stories. Loved our stay.

The best part was the staff for breakfast. He was so upbeat, friendly and pleasant serving us that each day began with a smile. Plus the breakfasts were a good size including yogurt and cereal. Loved the double espressos. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Although it wasn’t in the busy central area, it was was very quiet but only a 15 min walk to the Duomo. Great location! The BnB is full of books to peruse, a couple of guitars and a piano to play and all sorts of interesting things to look at. In fact we were sad to leave this place.

The twin beds which we requested were rather narrow but we got use to them. After a day of sightseeing you need to sleep well which we did.

The first and most important thing I like about this hotel is the staff! They welcomed us at the door which is something extraordinary for someone staying in Italy 😁 they were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really sufficient, not typical Italian breakfast just Cornetto+coffee. There were these two of course but many other choices, too. The room was spacy and clean, although the A/C didn't work properly it was cool enough. The location is good enough, a little walking distance to the train station.

I think, nothing!

The property has a real authentic Italian feel, our host was amazing she was so friendly and accommodating and gave us lots of local information. It was so refreshing to have that personal feel you don’t always get with large hotel chains. She made our beds every day and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay and she does all this herself with no help! The Italian breakfast was lovely and kept us going way past lunch time. The property is at the quieter end of Florence within walking distance of the main centre and the train station is a 10-15 walk away.

So tastefully furnished! Every piece was so unique which added to the relaxation of our stay here in Florence.:) Loved every detail, especially the bedding, which was very high quality. I loved how big the bathroom was as well and the fact that we could have breakfast outside on the terrace accompanied by their cute cat and two turtles. Such a charming place and the host made us feel at home, I highly recommend it.

Everything was lovely, no complaints

Quaint and European. We travel for that. This was extremely comfortable and roomy. The breakfasts were great. Quiet street. Can walk anywhere from here. Close your train station. Simply a lovely place.

The flavour of the place. The decor. The simplicity of how things work within the walls of this BnB. Moraq, the owner was so professional and Lucas who presented our breakfasts every morning was intuitive, and interactive. He likes to laugh and shares that with the customers. Great people.

I really appreciated the more relaxed feel of the space. In making this trip, I wanted to do everything in my power to experience Florence the way the locals do, and the apartment we stayed in gave me a lot of exposure to that! I also liked being able to reside in a separate, fully isolated apartment away from the other tenants/residents.

The fact that the space possessed only one air conditioner was a little weird to work with at times (to keep my room cool, I had to keep the door to my bedroom open all night, which dampens the privacy elements a bit).

This is an authentic italian house with vintage furniture and decorations. It is very well located near the city center but in a quiet street. The room was clean ans beds were very comfortable, temperature perfect for sleeping. I liked the small little garden outside where a cat and turtle were living as well. The owner was very nice and helpful, she served breakfast every morning and provided recommendations for getting around. I can definitely recommend the place! I think the value for money is very good. If you like authenticity and vintage then this is for you.

The breakfast is italian, so no eggs or cold cuts, mostly processed food but for us was not such a big deal as long as we had yogurt and fruits. The owner puts a lot of effort into serving it by herself every morning and I appreciated that.

Very cozy and clean. There is a nice atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. The area is very close to all the popular spots but not too close to where people hang out (so it was quiet at night). The owner was very easy to contact, when we had an issue with the booking (problem on our side). Breakfasts were served to us instead of the buffet which helped us to relax and have a slow morning. Good coffee and tasty croissants!
