First of all, the hotel is very close to the train station by foot, huge advantage! Apart from that, the lady at the reception was absolutely perfect! Lovely woman, always with a smile and happy to help. The room was really nice, tidy and clean! Definitely recommend!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. When I checked in, the man at the front desk (I think his name was Luca) was so eager to show me things to do while I was in Florence. He took out a map and circled a lot of things for me. He is very proud of his city and wanted to show me all the wonderful things to do and see. He answered all my questions. He also helped carry my luggage and walked me to my room. When I checked out they happily called a cab for me. The room was spotless and was very new with all new fixtures. I also felt it was a very good size. Great price too!

Stepping out of the hotel, you’ll find yourself in a charming park where an antique market is open on weekends. I highly recommend visiting if this is something you’re interested in. The reception operates only until the evening, but this didn’t interfere with my plans. It was easy to arrange my check-in time in advance, and the hotel manager contacted me about this shortly after I made my booking. I was greeted warmly, positively, and with great friendliness! They provided me with a phone number to reach out to in case I had any questions when no one was at the reception. They responded quickly through WhatsApp. The room was designed in a modern, minimalist style. It was clean, warm, and cozy. The room was heated by an air conditioner, and I could adjust the temperature myself. It felt almost like being in my own apartment. The fridge was stocked with complimentary bottles of water, and there were also tea bags available. The bed was large and comfortable, as were the pillows. My windows faced the inner courtyard and nearby buildings, making the room quiet and peaceful. The area itself is also very calm, yet within walking distance of the city center.

The shower cabin in my bathroom didn’t have a door, so the water spread across the bathroom floor quite quickly. It wasn’t a big issue—I laid down towels to absorb it—but it did surprise me. There were no disposable slippers. The bathroom only had soap and a few packets of 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel. I believe this is part of the hotel’s effort to use less plastic, which I respect. Since I always travel with my own toothbrush, toothpaste, and body cream, it wasn’t an issue for me. There was only one outlet for both the fridge and the kettle (or perhaps I missed other outlets). I had to unplug one to use the other. Also, the kettle cord wasn’t long enough to reach the outlet, so I had to place it on the floor to use it.

Get a view room as the city and park views are awesome. Florence is not a very big city. This hotel is very walkable to city sites, restaurants, and shopping. The bathroom setup was very good and had good water pressure. Room had useful extra shelves and closet/hanging space.

Although the room was pretty clean overall, I think the cleanliness could be a little bit better.

Contemporary, brand new rooms large size. Our host Rafaella wad outstanding. First class service. Large bed, nice bathroom.

Hotel is on 3 and 4 floor of the buulding. It is not very well marked from outside difficult to spot. Elevator is an «old» charming style implying it dows not work always.

Location was awesome, walking distance to everything, historical sites, restaurants and shopping. Room was very large , clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to those visiting Florence.

Little tricky to reach the hotel without entering the ZTL

Very clean and comfy. Great location, there was a kettle and fridge in room (which is becoming rarer these days) and very welcoming hotel staff.

Room was too warm at night. Tried turning the A/C on but don't think it made a difference. But it was uncomfortably warm.

Excellent small hotel, good sized bedroom, comfortable bed. Exceptional bathroom, shower was brilliant. Bonuses: easy walk to attractions and restaurants and, room has a kettle and fridge. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend this small hotel.

The boss is very friendly, patient, and the room is very clean, big, morden design, very detailed practice, the shower is very good, gave many towels. The location and the view is very good. Very satisfied with this hotel.

A beautifully renovated hotel in an old neighbourhood with everything at your fingertips. A warm staff willing to help in any way possible.

The property met all expectations and then some, so there was nothing I didn’t like.
