Really loved this hotel. Location is perfect (it’s right in the centre of town), modern rooms with a good layout and comfy beds. There is a lounge area with a roof top balcony on the top floor where they do an amazing breakfast and a cute little bar. And been a small hotel, it doesn’t get crowded. Was good to strike up conversations with other guests to see what their holiday plans were! Service was fantastic, the staff really got to know you, and lots of little things, like the welcome message when we arrived, to booking dinner for us at a nice restaurant when we weren’t sure where to go. Definitely want to stay here again.

Hotel staff are the best! They were happily guiding for restaurants and caffees. The hotel offered free valet parking to the nearby car park (the car park charged money as per their rate) The hotel offered me a free power converter. Room mini bar was free with daily supply. The room had a nespresso machine and a welcome chocolate from venchi. The hotel has a rooftop bar with a free to use coffee machine 24/7. The hotel was like an art exhibition with amazing pieces in the corridors and the staircase. The hotel location is the best with a possibility to reach by car and located in the middle of one of the most important roads in Florence

The elevator broke down one night, and we had to go to the room on the 3rd floor by the stairs (it's fine, but something worth mentioning for users with limited accessibility) The bed size was a bit small for 2 people (maybe 150cm wide)

The staff & location was amazing . Everything about Hotel Milu was absolutely amazing . The staff was so sweet, accommodating & helpful . They gave us tips on where to eat , how to navigate the area , ordered taxi rides & made train reservations. We always felt safe & loved the fashion district we were in . Everything was within walking distance. The hotel is decorated beautifully, extremely clean and the coffee & breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend Hotel Milu & can not wait to return .

Everything, I can honestly say there is nothing I can say was negative.

It was very modern and a great deal of thought had been put into the design. It was spotlessly clean, the young staff were always smiling, cheerful and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was an interesting and imaginative choice for breakfast and the state-of-the-art coffee machine, which produced excellent coffee and was available throughout the day, was a great bonus. For us it was the ideal place from which to explore Florence and we plan to return to both the city and the hotel.

Milu hotel in Florence is the best accommodation among our honeymoon in our Italy trip (we visited 7 different cities) Highly recommended if you plan to visit Florence. Below are the details, Location: The hotel is perfectly located in the center of old town where many touring sites/ stores and shopping malls are walkable within 10-15 mins. This saves a lot of money for transportation and super convenient when you did some shopping at street (can always take bags back to hotels without carrying all the time) Facility: Clean transparent and big elevator is vital especially for long travelers with many luggages (compared to other hotel in old town, their elevator is really big size and clean.) On the stairway side, many modern arts were displayed which made the hotel super young and cute. Rooftop serves with 24/7 espresso machines (not the cheap version) and lounge areas you can chill and enjoy your relaxed moment. In the room, clean, tidy with high roof and big window make us relaxed. Crew service: Milu Hotel crews were very nice and recommended many good local restaurants for us to try bistecca, gelato, pasta and pizzas. Some of the restaurants are low profile on Google yet famous within local people (and taste yummy!) Last but not least, Milu hotel welcomed us in the room with a good Tuscany red wine to celebrate our honeymoon trip. We both found it lovely and cute. Thank you Milu hotel! We will definitely come back visit next time Firenze!

The cleaning services were excellent. They provided several extra towels and kept the mini bar stocked! It was wonderful that the mini bar was complimentary. We also loved that someone was available 24 hours per day!

We had asked for extra coffee pods, but the person at the front desk responded that I could get more coffee from the fifth floor. However, this is NOT the same as getting the coffee pods. The shower could be designed better to prevent the bathroom floor from getting wet.

Amazing location in the heart of Florence, walkable to all the landmarks and near all the high end shopping. The building is lovely and feels like you’re living in a gallery. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to assist, they make this hotel so amazing. Breakfast on the rooftop was wonderful, freshly baked cakes and pastries, fruit, yoghurt and everything in between including hot breakfast made it order with lovely staff. Wonderful hotel and amazing staff!!!!

Room was small and a little awkward layout to navigate with our large luggage but staff assisted to remove furniture to make it make the room more spacious. but for the price it’s worth it.

This hotel is excellent! The location cannot be beat - we were a 15 minute walk or less from everything we wanted to do in Florence. The property itself is spacious, comfortable, and gorgeous. We highly recommend walking the stairs at least once to make sure you see all the artwork. Last, the staff are amazing and will ensure you have a memorable holiday. We loved coming home every night for a gin lemon on the rooftop overlooking the neighborhood. Without going into detail, Eva and the other women from Hotel Milu went above and beyond to save our vacation in a very important way. We appreciate Eva and Hotel Milu and cannot wait for our next stay!

Loved everything

Overall great stay and all the personal were very welcoming! The valet option is great if you need to manage kids and bags are comfortable driving into a populous European city center (tiny streets, lots of people). The beds were exceptionally comfortable and shower was excellent! Although we did not make use of the rooftop lounge on our stay, I I can see that being a perfect place to unwind after sightseeing or meeting with another party before / after dinner, or if one of your group always wakes up much earlier and needs a quiet spot to check email and have an espresso, etc.! I loved seeing all the art on the walls while waiting for the lift. Great little find in the city!

Very minor glitch that was more my error than anything the hotel was responsible for. We left bags at the desk and came back to pick up the car after the valet had returned it. I asked if everything was ready to go and the hotel staff said "yes." I did not see our bags and made an incorrect assumption that this indicated the bags were in the car. I should have checked, but, thankfully I did pull over and check before getting on the autostrada and was able to double back. In the future I would recommend to staff that if bags are left with the desk and stored elsewhere during the day, please also bring those back up for folks arranging valet pick-up. Again, overall great stay!

Great location, hotel is very chic, modern and clean. The staff are another level of courteous and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice, taken on the rooftop. An exceptional property.
