The livingroom-like entrance is very stylish and cozy. For individuals who prefer to smoke and sip coffee in the morning, there is a tiny balcony as well. The room I stayed in was upstairs, and it had a built-in window and was spacious and bright.

When you arrive, it is a little bit difficult to find the apartment and get into the building since there is no sign, just the name on the doorbell. There are no elevators in the guesthouse, so it is a challenge to carry all the suitcases up three floors of stairs.

The suite was just gorgeous. The decor, the atmosphere, everything was amazing. The problem was the flight of stairs you had to go up just to get to Capri Moon. It doesn't help if you have a big luggage and there were no elevators. However, the owner was very nice and he took my luggage upstairs to the room and when it was time to leave, he took my luggage down for me as well. Very nice gentleman! The location was close to everything! I walked everywhere. It was next to all the luxury shopping and all these great restaurants.

No Elevators. Those flight of stairs going up was brutal.

- Well located - Good value for money - Spacious and comfortable - Friendly and helpful staff during our stay. Possible to leave luggage at guest house prior to check in and after check out. However the staff would take very long to reply over message prior to the trip.

- Need to go up many flights of stairs (no lift). Luckily we didn’t have big luggage. - Poor sound proofing: Noise coming from the street at night was quite disruptive. We also happened to hear noise coming from upstairs one night

This was in the perfect location, not right in the middle of the touristy stuff but right down the road. Room was very nice and A/C worked great unlike most of our stays throughout Italy. Would definitely recommend.

Kinda hard to get in to the place. First you have a door on the street, then a gate to get in to the place, then 3 or 4 flights of stairs, then another door that opens up to the main area, then another door to your room. So you have 4 different keys but it wasn't too bad after you figure it out.

the property was awsome. in a wonderful location, just walking distance from all the places(train station, the old bridge, the meuseums…) .the owner, Franco is a very friendly guy and so welcoming. you will definitely feel like home in this property and will enjoy living in an old house of Florence with a wonderful modern decoration which has been chosen so perfectly.

there are too many steps, the property is located on the forth floor, so will be hard for ppl with problems with stairs or ppl with heavy luggages. its the only problem really but will worth trying

the location is amazing! close to train station, as well as many recommend restaurants. the room was beautiful and clean, bed was comfy and the over all stay was so enjoyable thanks to our accommodation being in walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ponte, where you get to see the sunset. Franco - was so helpful and friendly. great place to stay, highly recommended.

Loved the architecture, and all the warm and cozy elements Franco added. The lightening and music were special touches in the lounge area and so nice for relaxing after a full day in Florence.

I know people will have to mention the 75 stairs to reach the place but it is such a pleasant surprise when you reach the top .We had a lovely man to take up our bags so it really wasn’t a problem and we are in are 60’s

Our host, Franco, was easy to communicate with, he assisted with my luggage and was very kind. The apartment was very tastefully decorated. Coffee available for the mornings. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodation was also very clean. Location was perfect for walking to all sites, shops and restaurants in the heart of Florence. We highly recommend!

The room decoration style is very tasteful , the room location overlooking the small street, the generous bathroom, the large communal area and the location of the property are all aspects which I rate very highly. A communal coffee facility is a very stylist touch. Exercise reaching the third floor is also good for the sole!

The space was exactly as shown, and very comfortable. The room was very cozy and welcoming, in a great location and felt very private event in the shared guest house. Franco was an amazing host, and he was very accommodating to our schedule.

We didn't mind this, but carrying heavy bags up four flights of stairs might be difficult for some. But no other problems.
