What a last-minute lucky find! I'm normally a Marriott guy using points where I can, but Florence doesn't have many affordable options. I'm glad they didn't because discovering this place was such a win for my short trip to Florence. The ceiling of my room looked like the Sistine Chapel! The history behind this place is incredible and just eating breakfast in the grand room was like eating with royalty. If you want an affordable place to stay in Florence with some character that's close to just about everything then I recommend this place!

Nothing really. Overall just a great place to stay.

The building was incredible, and the room was spacious, full of character, and very comfortable . Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice. The venue is just a short walk from attractions such as the Ponte Vecchio. I have never received better customer service than at this accommodation. Our travel was delayed, but the staff communicated with us via WhatsApp to reassure us that they would be there.. Despite official closing time for arŕival being 8pm, they waited until midnight to greet us. Nothing was too much trouble. There was even a glass of wine available on arrival.

I cannot find a single fault with the hotel.

it was the greatest place to stay for the value! Our amazing and elegant breakfast was included with the cost of the room. The room was so spacious, clean and elegant. The bottom floor had a large living space with a toilet including a bidet, a walk in beverage room as well on the same floor. The stairs led up to a very large bathroom with shower. Our bedroom had a comfortable king bed overlooking the downstairs. The room was cleaned daily by Tiffany with clean sheets and towels. Every morning Bandara prepared our cappuccino as we went through the buffet of delicious breakfast items. We sat in an elegant dining room with tablecloth and table setting. It is a five Star hotel for the price of a four star.

Everything was perfect.

Breakfast great , the dining area historic. The whole place was a great experience, living in a historical home was perfect for this city! The front desk wasn’t a traditional hotel experience, but they couldn’t have been nicer. Location perfect!!!

The elevator was also an interesting experience, amusing slow!

Tha Location, The Staff Superier can,t express how cooperative, cheerful and welcoming they were. I thank them all.The hotel I recommend For those who like the heritage ، not recommend for pepol looking for luxury hotels. great experience for all my family .

the Noisy out side the hotel . becuase The hotel building is old style and not insulated. but was not big issue.

Great service from Andre!! He was so pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and he made all the difference to Leone Blu Suites! We really became fond of him! If we return to Florence we will choose This renovated palace again. The one negative comment is the couch was very uncomfortable and bathroom floor could use a cleaning. On the plus side- breakfast was amazing and with a great variety to choose from and we found the dining room a special way to start our day!

Our stay at Leone Blue Suites was truly wonderful. The location was perfect, and the 500-year-old building with its beautiful interior offered not just comfort but a sense of connection to Florence's history. The rooms were spotless, with comfortable beds and quality breakfasts each morning. It was quiet and cozy, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the charm of the city

Location was great - staff were really lovely. It is an amazing property with a lot of historical interest. We had a two bedroom apartment as we were travelling with a teenager and the space worked well.

Property is excellent. If was on my own or just with my husband I would probably stay in a hotel where there is more of a buzz factor and people around.

It’s a charming boutique hotel set in a stunning, historic building. The check-in experience is truly unique, with a welcoming host at reception who shares fascinating insights about the building’s history and Florence as a whole. The location is excellent—within walking distance of all major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.

Wonderful, helpful staff in a grand updated palazzo. We loved the location on the river, which is walking distance to everything (including the train station) but out of the worst crowds. With only nine rooms you feel like guests in someone’s very fancy home. Excellent breakfast too.

They joke about their “high speed elevator” but it didn’t bother us at all.
