We had the best stay. Our host made sure we were made so very welcome. We stayed in a river view room which was beautiful with everything we needed. The view from our balcony was so good and the free bar most definitely made us feel welcome and at home. We will be coming back here for sure. Francesco and Adriana were great, very welcoming, and helpful. The hotel dog Lupo was a great bonus, as we were missing our furry child. They had a great selection of snacks and refreshments available free of charge, which was a great bonus. The room was very clean and had plenty of room. We were impressed at how quiet the room was, the only noise came through the vent in the bathroom, which was easily solved by keeping the bathroom door closed at night. The location is very convenient for all of the tours we had planned and the best gelato was a pleasant walk over the bridge. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and also a market and pharmacy. There is a laundry service that allowed us to not have to pack 2 weeks worth of clothing which was helpful.

The room we had (#6) had a nice view of the Arno, but the terrace on the website makes it look like there is a sizeable area when in fact it only has room for a small table and 2 chairs. The lighting is a bit dim if you want to read, and their is no shelf space in the bathroom. For us these did not detract from the overall satisfaction of the stay.

This property is amazing. Located in central Florence with easy 15min walk to train station and all the tour assembly locations. It is two bridges west of Ponte Vecchio on the Arno river giving you a front row seat to all the great sunset views. This is a lovely boutique hotel with a great management team that makes you feel at home. They had great suggestions for local dining, set up reservations when needed and provided drinks and snacks at any time of day. I can't wait to go back.

There was absolutely nothing about this property that I didn't like.

This is a stunning and stylish B&B in a building overlooking the Arno in Florence. The decor is extremely chic and the rooms were comfortable and aesthetically delightful featuring Francesco's collection of vintage scarves in frames. Most of the rooms overlook the Arno and have tables and chairs on small balconies I booked my room late in the day so wasn't able to get a room with a view but it was very elegant (the Emilio Pucci room) and a joy to use nevertheless. On the first night, I met the owner/host Francesco who was incredibly kind offering me Prosecco and a tasty snack on arrival. I also met Lapo the very friendly truffle hound who is a pet and a noble and gentle ambassador for the business. In Francesco's absence, Alice was very professional, helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Mine was an impromptu visit and I enjoyed it. There was great attention to detail, lovely bedlinen, and chocolate left on the pillow at night. Easy walking distance to the main sights and attractions in Florence. This is a gem. Highly recommended.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This is an amazing boutique Hotel. It is forever changing due to the art that is all around you from when you enter. It is absolutely stunning and the owner is the most amazing man. So helpful and kind. Be careful of the homemade limoncello (tasty but strong) I will be staying a lot more here when I work in Florence. It is a home away from home.

The WiFi could be better especially if you have to work. Drops in and out. Food room service would be great addition and maybe they could start a relationship with a local restaurant if you want to stay in, but they have lots of free snacks and free drinks. Their Prosecco is amazing.

From where I can start, visiting this place is like you visited one of your close friend house, Mr. Francesco hospitality is beyond exceptional, he have the best preparation for any guest can ask, open bar with a lot of free drinks and snacks, very unique decorations, very excellent location all that combined with excellent service. Definitely whenever I planned to come to florance I will only choose this place. Just few small maintenance is required (like the shower door, the Safe need to addressed otherwise everything else was perfecto !!!

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Florence - we were greeted at the property by Oscar and the owner, Francesco and had everything explained to us thoroughly about the sights to see, transport etc. The access to the property was very simple, and the added bonus of the free drinks in the lounge area were an excellent touch - being able to grab bottled water and coffees when we left for the day or arrived back to a Prosecco or Limoncello was a real treat! The hotel is beautifully decorated and we had such a warm welcome. Our stay in Florence was part of our honeymoon trip, and we were upgraded to a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio. The hotel is close to some great trattorias and restaurants, and all the sights are within a short walk - the Duomo is less than 15 minutes away, and Piazzale Michaelangelo was about 20 minutes - the view was stunning! We would definitely stay here again - especially to see Lapo, Francesco's beautiful Lagotto dog :)

View was absolutely magnificent. Just amazing to sit on the balcony at any time of the day especially watching the sunset. Apartment was very unique, and very spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable and large. Very greatful for the free minibar especially the limoncello!! Air conditioner was perfect! Apartment very central to all attractions Florence has to offer! Florence is truly an amazing city. We did not want to leave!! Grazie Francesco and team

Wifi not the best.

The location was really great, close to all places.. it’s very clean and the owner make you feel home .. he extended our check out time for more than half day with zero amount which was great and we really appreciate it .. he guide us to local good restaurants and how we can get tickets to enter the museums .. the was no breakfast which was for me very good as this helped to explore the restaurants and bakeries for yummy sandwiches and croissants.. the place was very quiet and as I like ..

The lighting in the room only everything else was really good

The location of the unit is fabulous—overlooking the Arno River w a small balcony. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and an updated bathroom. The common lounge area offered a place to sit and have coffee or a glass of wine from the hosts refrigerator. The host is quite helpful.

The room was small, with little room to hang or unpack clothes or hang wet towels. People in adjacent rooms smoked cigarettes on their balconies and the smoke came right into our room—so we couldn’t sit on our balcony or leave our balcony doors open at times, usually in the mornings and evenings.
