The location of the place was excellent, we could walk to most tourists destinations, and there were many restaurants and bars around. The room was very big and spacious, and well decorated with cooking facilities and seating. We requested an extra bed which made it a little cramped, but it was great otherwise. The staff there were very helpful and helped us plan our days. Also, when the air conditioner was not working they tried their best to fix it, and offered a free room cleaning to compensate which was very nice.

The air conditioner was not working so it was a little warm and uncomfortable at times. The staff tried their best to resolve the issue multiple times but unfortunately it was not resolved.

The location is perfect, the room is big enough in terms of the environment, everything was clean, all facilities presented and worked properly.

Always wonder why modern designers often invest so much to make the use of their designed devices harder rather than easier. The chandelier was beautiful but placed too low so you always hit your head when lean over the table. The shower tap also looks good but you need extreme attention as one wrong touch results in a stream of water pouring over you from above. On the other hand, the doors of the shower cabin wasn't tightly fitted so it was another task to avoid flood on the floor after shower. In addition, the top of the coffee table wasn't securely attached to it, so I felt and slightly injured a knee while getting up leaning on it.

Vibe of the place and decor of the room. Central amenities closet was great. Very clean, sufficient cutlery and wine glasses

Used towels should gave a central deposit place on level 1, we stayed for 8 nights and it was piling up in the room, which was not so pleasant. Also a central bin at ground level for plastic bottles. Shower area design could have been better, even with the door closed, the floor outside still gets really wet and we had to keep replacing the floor towel

Location is great — right by the river where you can see beautiful sunset, feels safe at night, near museums and main streets but the unit is surprisingly quiet in the evening. Self-check in was seamless & very easy. Hotel staff was always responsive via WhatsApp. The room was larger than expected, just like a studio with kitchen & living area. Tastefully decorated, comfortable bed, with an elevator in the building - easy to access higher floors with luggage.

No receptionist at the lobby during day time. On check-out day, we wanted to store our bulky luggage at the hotel lobby before we depart from Florence but there was no staff at the lobby (or throughout our stay). We sent a message to obtain permission, but didn't get a respond within 30 mins. We didn't want to wait so we left with our bags. We could've communicated this earlier with the hotel, but it'll be great if there was a receptionist.

What a great find this apartment is. It is beautiful, very morden,so clean, comfortable and very good location.It has everything you need and some lovely extras too. Also, it's very good value for money. I'm definitely looking forward to staying with Numa again.

If I was being really picking, I would say it was that the AC just through the night. It would turn off,it just needs a slight adjustment, but I didn't know how to do it.

The location was excellent. Everything was just a short walk away. The pin code on the doors made checking in very easy and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The bed and the couch bed were comfortable. The service room had extra toiletries and clean towels as well as extra coffee pods and tea bags.

The soundproofing was good, but some sounds from the street could still be heard.

Despite there is no reception, communication with their customer support via Whatsapp was fine. Room is in good condition, very comfortable matress. Kitchen has all the utensils including fine capsule espresso machine. Wifi was fast enough, so when needed I used large round table and work with my laptop quite comfortably.

Loved the ingenious, cool and stylish design, great location and view of the Arno and steet scene, phenomenal bed, lots of windows, incredible marble shower and bath…etc.

Storage was “out of order” despite having lockers (no locks but only 4 rooms and highly unlikely there was any risk) requiring off site storage on arrival and day of departure.

Spacious apartment - good place to work remotely from with somewhat separate areas. Good amenities in kitchen and bathroom, good location, great aircon.

Early check-in request was left unanswered, the only contact with the place was when they phoned me to ask if some contractors could come into the apartment for an hour to fix a lamp while I was there.

Excellent location and very clean. it was cute with interesting toilet area on one side and shower in another room. The bed was comfortable.

it’s a bit dark but no big deal since we were out enjoying Florence most of the time. The check in process was a bit challenging - the staff person checking us in didn’t speak much English and we don’t speak Italian. We sorted it out but it would have been difficult if we arrived at night.
