Very large room. Nice location. Short walk to train station and Duomo area. Very clean and comfortable bed. Good shower once got used to all the option . Refrigerator and coffee machine. The instructions to get into the room and keys were pretty easy to follow. I used access code to get in more than keys because easier. But good to have keys for main door and private room. Please note there is not on property staff but Julia was easy to contact via Bookings and what’s app. So if you have phone access good to go.

It is on third floor. But not so bad if you don’t have a lot of luggage. Expensive but good price for Florence and its location to everything.

large spacious appartment

we didn’t read the small print carefully. It was on 3rd floor but it wasn’t made clear just how inaccessible it was. i am 72 witg heart problems and had to pay £20 to get a very nice guy to take my suitcase up and down 7 flights of stairs!!!! Also, pillows too hard! it cost me £70 to get a mor suitable one.

The property was really comfortable with a lovely shower and bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the suite I had was very roomy. There was no elevator, so I had to schlep my bag up to the third/fourth floor. It may not be that user-friendly for an older person, but the location is unbelievable. It’s right in the heart of all of the chichi high-end stores where fashion oriented folk would love to shop. And there’s also a lot of great restaurants and bars around and I would highly recommend it other than the elevator issue. 

No elevator and several flights of stairs

The location was perfect for us - central to everything we wanted to see. The decor was stunning, my 7yo son even commented on how beautiful the paintings were. The host Julia was outstanding with communication and tips on things to do, from restaurants to interactive museums our son would enjoy, all her tips were a hit. Of note - at night if your back by 8pm or so, you get to enjoy live performances at a nearby attraction from the comfort of your room. It was a magical memory hearing live opera as we looked down on the stunning architecture from our room w gorgeous painted ceilings.

The location was excellent. It’s walking distance to everything. The property was nicely decorated and had lots of windows, which you could open for fresh air. Julia the property manager was also very nice, gave us great recommendations and worked out discounted parking at a garage we used.

Unfortunately, the property is located in the the third floor (fourth floor for US standards. It was mentioned in the description, so once you leave in the morning, your not going back unless it’s to go to bed. The bed mattresses were also very worn and uncomfortable.

Julia is exceptionally welcoming host. She helped us not just to get easily to the place but also to find good places to eat, to shop and to see around. The apartment is great - large room with all needed equipment. It is very well located in a short walk distance from all main landmarks of Florence.

There is o lift there, but Julia told us this upfront. No other challenges or issues

So amazingly located. This was great but honestly the hostess made it worth while. Very kinda and attentive with clear instructions for everything. Even great suggestions on restaurants and locations to see. Very easy to access in and out with no troubles to explore the city on your own time. Late nights were not an issue

The room is Really fine, but could use updating. After the booking was confirmed it was made clear that it’s not a hotel. It’s like an apartment (but when you go inside had hotel vibes)

the location is amazing next to SMN station, duomo and all tourists spots. It’s is a deep dive into Firenze culture staying in the property, a build of 14 century very preserved and clean. Julia is an amazing host aways available to help and supported us with many good tips.

The stairs can be a problem if you are not prepared or have some locomotive problem. The staff let you know about that and it was not a surprise once we had been informed before doing the reservation.

The room is beautifully decorated, you really feel the authentic Florence vibe here. Also is so big and the bed and couch are comfortable. Host was so nice to confirm our booking at 11 pm and help us to checkin immediately, after our initial accommodation was flooded .

As it is in the heart of city center, can be noisy, make sure you take your earplugs if you have a light sleep.

Great location. Very spacious layout in a traditional Italian building. Lots of character and charm. Host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay

Property could be improved with minor maintenance such as new paint. Water for showers was Luke warm/cold. Overall, however these things did not seriously detract from the enjoyment of our stay.
