This place had such a warm family vibe. The property was perfect. The pool was to die for. The staff were very helpful and nice. I loved the property dogs Whiskey and Lily. Beautiful yard for laying our in the sun with a good book. Great location by Spaggia di Gravedona.

No AC in the summer, quite hot in the room, had to leave the windows open the entire time which brought in quite a few bugs and dirt, but hey that's a farmstay for you

Pool is superb and outdoor area is really nice. Rooms are also comfortable and well sized. An AC would have been nice but ceiling fans are provided. Breakfast is also varied and you can order coffee and eggs. The family is really nice and so accomodating. Parking is provided on the grounds and location is good as well with only 20 minutes to menaggio, but loads of nice small villages close by. Would definately recomend :)

Amazing staff that are willing to help with everything. The food is amazing, breakfast and dinner, with local stuff. Location is also great, with a ferry closeby (20min walk). Also loved the animals there. The spa is amazing, with a jacuzzi, sauna, turkish steambath, cold plunge and relaxation area, all private. EV charger also a bonus.

Only thing that maybe an issue in the summer is the no airconditioning

the property was breathtaking the food was incredible and the rooms were extremely comfortable best of all the staff were so accommodating and helped us plan our trip in Lake Como the first day we relaxed by the pool and ate at the hotel, the next day we took a 20 minute bus to the port and got a boat to Bellagio day 3 we got a boat from the local town all the way to Como without the help of the staff we would never of been able to do so much - they really made our trip so fulfilling

Beautiful room with lovely view. Food excellent and staff lovely and friendly. Easy to walk to the lake and quieter location near lovely town with interesting walk. Was very happy with my choice.

Can’t think of anything except the approach to the property isn’t quite what you expect . But once you arrive it is lovely. Food is so good we didn’t eat anywhere else.

The property is well laid out and has a very homely feel. The staff really made the trip for us, everyone was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The on site restaurant was so good that our friends kept coming over from their hotel to eat with us.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The location is a little off the beaten path but thats what I wanted. The restaurant was terrific, the new pool was fantastic and it was an easy walk to the lake.

I would have liked shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

The place is amazing! There you can play with their dogs, goats and have amazing time in the nature. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good! We recommend it and we look forward to coming back! :)

Air conditioning in the room would have been nice

Staff is extremely friendly; pool is nice. Food good. A definite go back!

Airco would be a great addition

After touring around Lake Como, it was lovely knowing we had such a relaxing place to back to. The owners/staff were very friendly and attentive even when it was busy.
