Staff was wonderful. Clean and well thought out for the limited space. Close (3 blocks) to metro station. Provided water and fridge was good to have.

'Closet' was make shift and minimal. If a better closet or hanging area were there, it would have taken up a lot of the limited room, but for a longer stay, it would be inadequate. I was not there for Design week, but the dates ended up overlapping exactly. The price was hiked way up because of that, so it was definitely overpriced for the room; basically 600-700/night that week. But because of the week, there was limited avalability elsewhere. Would be worth 150 on a normal basis, I'd say.

the location was perfect, and it was the main highlight of our stay in Serendipity rooms. overall the room was clean and spacious, and not hard to find (to my opinion) as others wrote on their reviews.

the service was a bit upsetting. we stayed in the property for a week, so I expected to get at least once a refill in the water bottles', or a change of sheets and towels. I asked for all a but received only the third.

We were in Milan in transit, so regrettably, we only stayed at Serendipity for one night. In saying that, the wonderful staff were able to provide us with ample ‘one day only’ recommendations, for food and tourist attractions. The room itself was great, very cute and quirky furnishing, but still functional. I won’t list it as a negative, because the staff provide excellent instructions, but the building can be a little tricky to find, so make sure you read the information beforehand, and let them know your expected arrival time.

We stayed here for one night as an unplanned stop in Milan. The room was perfect for our needs, large and comfortable. It was a very short walk into the city, it felt safe and it was quiet at night.

Check in was a little clumsy, it was not clear on where to go and what building to find the check in. Overall though the stay was great

Lovely place to stay in Milan. easy walk to centre but also away from the hustle & bustle. right by metro and supermarket and a few bakeries. Loved the finishing touches with toiletries, free water and the chroma shower was cool!

Great rooms, spacious and nice interior. Location is fantastic and we were able to use the four wonderful places just across the street for lunch, dinner, wine, coffee, breakfast and just hanging out. And with a Carrefour on the corner, you will not miss anything you might need in a hurry. Great and smiling staff. Furthermore within walking distance from sights and close to the metro station.

Great room with a comfortable bed (as long as you like it a little firm). The room was really nice and the bed was actually 1 large bed and not 2 small beds pushed together. The shower is AWESOME with remote controlled color changing lights similar to the LED lights we have in our house. Location was great with a bunch of restaurants nearby, Duomo about a 7 min walk away. It was quiet at night which was great and the windows have these cool remote control shutters which helped make it darker but also made us feel safe leaving the windows open at night to let in the cool October air. Receptionists were very nice. Complementary water and wine was great addition too ☺️

Nothing but be aware you should message or call the receptionists when you get there and have them meet you outside to bring you in to check you in. There are 2 buildings so you need to make sure you go in the right one and they're both locked so you have to have them let you in. The shower was great and as a 5'9" woman, no problems, but if my 6'4" brother stayed here, I don't think he'd be able to fit under the shower head. There's a hand held shower option too so if you're really tall, you can just use that no problem instead. We couldn't figure out the air conditioner, but it's there, so when they check you in, I'd recommend asking them to explain to you how to use it. It was the perfect temperature outside though so we didn't need it anyways.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the location was great - only a 10-minute walk from the Duomo - and very nice restaurants and cafe exactly across the street. We arrived pretty late so this was a godsend.

There was no wardrobe in our room, the sink area was a little small for the toiletries of two people and the bed was on the smallish side.

it had a very cool interior design and clean.

they didn’t have any sign outside the property so it was hard to find them after I called them and they came to open the door they mentioned there are few offices upstairs thats why they don’t have any sign outside. And the name of the reception area was different it was something provided by Serendipity Rooms. this kinda made me feel a bit unsure and unsafe about the property.

Excellent location, although the building is a bit difficult to find at first, but the instructions were very good. We came by car so it was very nice to have private parking arranged by the hotel. Room was very comfortable, modern and clean, very good value for money. Staff was extremely friendly.

Nothing bad to say, the stay was delightful.
