The overall cleanliness needs to be improved. There was a lot of glitter everywhere in the room and some even on the hallway. The vacuum cleaner the housekeeping uses is really bad - I've seen it in practice. Literally no suction. Housekeeping was constantly turning on the A/C in my room and setting it to 17 or 18 degrees. Please, if the guest turns off the A/C or sets it to higher temperature, leave it as is. Not all of us like to freeze in the room while the temperarures outside are 30+. The cleanliness of bathroom, especially the toilet, was borderline acceptable.

Good hotel overall with a decent location and nice staff. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay in the city

While it is advertised that child here stays for free. It is not specified that no additional bed will be provided. The child will have to sleep in the big bed with the parents. If you reauire an additional bed you will be charged additional 25 euros per day Travel cot was denied for a 4 year old child because their policy prohibit giving it to child over 3 year old for security reasons It was confusing as most of the travel cot on the market support children until 25 kilos but the hotel have a different policy It should be specified explicitly that children can stay for free but they have to sleep in the only bed provided with the parents

Excellent breakfast, very comfy beds and great air conditioning. The most comfortable night’s sleep of our holiday!! Very welcoming staff, and easy parking (there is street parking, but we chose to pay the €12 to use the controlled car park, as we had a rental car). A short drive from the airport, and from the centre of town.

There wasn’t a restaurant on site for dinner, but we were given directions to a great local pizza/ pasta place. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent.

I liked the position, and the private parking just in front of the hotel. Good air conditioning, on days of extremely high temperatures. Room adequate for a business hotel. I appreciated that there were two chairs, although there is only room for one person working at the desk. Staff at reception welcoming, kind and competent.

The breakfast. Juices from a machine undrinkable, too sweet. Croissants not good, in a place (Turin) where any bar can provide excellent fresh croissants. In a 4 star hotel one could expect a hot breakfast to be provided, at least with scrambled eggs. Instead, only cold boiled eggs. Omelettes available at extra cost. In the bathroom there was nowhere to place even a small toilet bag.

Courtesy of staff, cleanliness of the room, very good state of furniture and bathroom (including a large shower) welcome package in the room (complimentary water and tea facilities), good breakfast, gym facilities available for guests, 24 hour reception. I would stay again at this hotel.

The only aspect I did not like does not depend on the hotel (another guest speaking loudly on the phone at 1:00 a.m.). Overall everything worked well at the hotel, thank you for the nice stay.

The hotel is clean and the stqff is very nice and ready to help, tried their best to make our stay as pleqsant as possibke. The breakfast was nice and staff nice as well. Rooms were cleaned and maintained. Plenty of parking around the hotel. Aound the hotel were several store markets and good pizzwria and lundry self service.

The hotel is far from the city center, 40 min of walking. I booked for family of 5 persons howered found out a day before our arrival that 1 bed will be taken for I night drom me -that what happened eventually and I needed to sleeo 3 peraons in 1 bed for 1 night , after that the bed was returned back.

Staff were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and helpful. It's great that the reception is staffed 24 hours a day, so there was always someone there to help with anything. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The air conditioning / heater seemed to be on a timer that I couldn't control from the room. Although there was a thermostat I could set, I couldn't choose the times the system was turned on. So I ended up absolutely freezing some nights and then waking up sweating at 6am!

Spacious room, comfortable bed, reasonably good facilities for a low-cost hotel. cheap breakfast.

One side of hallway required climbing 3 steps to access the rooms. When checking out w a heavy case I fell on the stairs. There seemed to be no policy to record such instances so how can they evaluate risks at their property? I was bruised and battered but only the cleaner who helped me was sincerely concerned.

All employees were very polite and helpful. We received recommendations for restaurants and places to be in Torino and the two restaurants we chose were a blast :) The room had a good interior and was clean. Breakfast was "okayish" - but for Italian standards quite qell selected (or so we were told by locals). The tram and bus station is just 50m outside of the hotel and everything in Torino is easily accessible. Around the hotel is a huge area of free parking spaces, due to the Politecno di Torino - however: from 7am - 8 pm they are quite crowded. We chose one in the evening and just left the car there. The area is quite safe and clean.

The shower was a problem: partly broken and the opening always flooded the bathroom floor. The fitness room is something to forget about. Honestly. The price for three nights was good, but nothing to cheer about.

The staff were incredible and went above and beyond. They helped me with a situation, and I can not state how kind and helpful they were. The hotel was also modern, clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet was the best continental breakfast buffet I have ever seen for range. The coffee was amazing, and they're was dairy free options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a small terrace/balcony. The beds were very comfy too.

It would be nice if there was a chair or two on the terrace area. Also maybe some more options on the breakfast buffet that are dairy-free, even just having a dairy free butter alternative for toast. However these are just things that would be a nice addition, there isn't anything I didn't like
