The breakfast was simple with not a lot of variety but perfectly adequate. The location was a bit tricky to find but once we figured it out, it was a short walk (10 min) to the nearest vaporetto stop which was Ca D'Oro. It was very quiet and we weren't aware of any outside noise at night. There was no one on duty in the evenings but we had a code to enter the building and had no problems with that system. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out which was a huge bonus as our flight wasn't until the evening. The room was small but beautifully decorated. Donatella who served breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was small and the shower stall was very small. It had a shower curtain which had seen better days but that was replaced during our visit with folding glass doors and they made a huge difference both to the appearance and space inside the shower.

Good location in quiet and beautiful area with nice restaurants around. Got our gondola right in front of the hotel, and our room had a nice view from the other houses and canal. Just a few minutes walk from San Marco square. Super friendly staff! Had good restaurant recommendations and the communication was clear at all times. We left our luggage there for a few hours, they didn't charge as most of other places. Room and bed sheets were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. It's not a fancy or special hotel, but it's organized, clean and comfortable. We had a great stay! Specially considering the accommodation prices in Venice, this was a good choice.

Breakfast could be better. Very few options.

The place is in a very convenient location 5 minutes walking from Rialto Bridge. Also very convenient for visiting Murano island as the direct ferry departs from Fondamenta Nuove station which is 10 minutes walking only. The place and room decorations are oustanding. Amazing and friendly lady host which is very helpful with all the informations.

A couple more bottle of water in the room would have been perfect.

The hotel is in a great location, the antique decor is charming, everything is very clean. There is a beautiful view of the canal, and the staff is kind and helpful.

The breakfast is very basic, with no variety of options. I missed having a kettle in the room or in a common area; it would have been nice to make coffee or tea whenever needed.

I had never used the key card to turn on the lights. There were no instructions. There was no staff person at the location. Did not have cell service or wifi. So had to use the desk phone to call someone to help. It would have been helpful to have instructions for turning on the lights for dumb Americans like me. And instructions in the hallways since it was pitch black in the room.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Claudio. We arrrived very late at night after delayed flights but access from the ferry point at Fondamented Nova with a code was very straighforward. The room was elegant and quiet; it overlooked typical venitian backstreet courtyards. The breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent metres a wonderful mask shop and the Hospidale (ancient but still in use as the hospital, with water ambulances)

I really enjoyed the breakfast, and the lady who welcomed us was very kind and open to giving us suggestions and more.

I stayed in a single room, with a queen bed and a smaller single bed. The single bed was a bit flimsy and I felt like it could've broken during the night, but I slept well overall.

Location was great, within 10 minutes walk to most attractions (Polperro Bridge, St Marco Square) Room was lovely with a great canal view. Breakfast was really nice, especially waking up from a lovely smell of freshly baked croissants. They also offered to store our bags after check out Do highly recommend to everyone.

Central location, rich buffet for breakfast, exceptionally kind staff. Everything was in venetian style, from wallpapers and curtains to furniture finishes, and everything was in matching colors. Lovely place to stay for both short or long trips!

The property was in an excellent location. Walkable to all of our sites and was quiet away from crowds. I would recommend this property, it was clean , decorated traditionally Venetian which we loved and the staff was very accommodation. If you’re looking for value and all your basic needs this place covers it all.
