The apartment is located in a quiet courtyard, just a few mins walk from the Rialto bridge. We arrived by water taxi from the airport, and were dropped at the Rialto stop just under the bridge, so was a great experience on my first trip to Venice. We walked to the apartment, and used the intercom. We were let in, and advised where to collect the keys and let ourselves in the apartment, as someone was on their way. We were on the first floor. The rooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. opening the shutters in the living area, you are right on a side cancel where the gondoliers pass by, fascinating to watch. We had a complimentary bottle of fizz, water and coffee pods. We also had the apartment serviced which was a nice surprise as we didn't expect this. We were met by Lucrezia, she was very helpful, and gave us some recommendations of restaurants, bars etc. There's even a resident cat in the courtyard...which is right up my street, so a little fuss each time we went out/in. This is a great apartment, in a great location for getting around Venice, would highly recommend.

Maurico was a gentleman, he provided very clear directions to the apartment, roughly 5 minute walk from rialto Bridge, he was there to let us store our bags as we arrived very early. Answered efficiently any questions we had sent him prior to our arrival. Such a lovely friendly man. The apartment was fantastic, we were given complimentary bottles of water and wine, it was a lovely gesture. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, all amenities, had a safe, the views were stunning from every window, I felt like I was in a movie. Its so peaceful and quiet considering we were in the centre of Venice! I recommend anyone to stay, I will 100% be returning here. Thank you Maurico for being such a wonderful host.

The property was spacious for 3 people. We each had our own separate bedrooms. The bathroom was modern and clean. The location was just off the main path by like 30 seconds, which was enough to not hear the extremely noisy main roads. The place was indeed charming. It had the best of everything. Full kitchen, dining table, tv with an English Channel. Staff was very friendly. An added bonus was that a cleaning crew comes in daily to make up the beds, clean washroom and take out the garbage.

Very clean apartment throughout with nice decor and plenty of space. Excellent central location in a quiet court yard just off from the main hussle and bustle. Very close to main attractions such as Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. Balcony view of canal was amazing (2nd floor apartment) , we loved sitting there watching the gondolas go by. Host was friendly and contactable. Good range of facilities.

Some of the bedding had stains. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be changed as seems old and uncomfortable. Tap in kitchen sink was loose. Shower in bathroom wasn't very strong. Communal area such as stairwell smelt but has to be expected with location.

We loved the location and the terrace. We frequently dined at Malibran right in our quad and the staff there were the kindest people we met. They even got us a porter to help with our luggage the day we left. The condo was beautiful and clean and everyday I loved having my coffee on the terrace. They had all the supplies we would need and we felt very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The owner was very kind and well organised, our train got long delay (a by the way complain of ÖBB, Austrian Federal Railways), the owner organised the keys well for us. Contactless, easy going, thoughtful.

The apartment we had is the rooftop loft with two levels, huge for two person, with a quiet balcony, beautiful city view; for younger people it is fine, however, if you do not like climb up and down, might want to consider to talk to the owner in advance and take a flat with only one floor.

The property was clean and comfortable.

There are not enough mirrors. The property is a bit difficult you find. Our directions said to take a right off the landing and then take a left, but we should hate taken a left off the landing and then a right. It took a while to find the place. Also, we were not given directions regarding how to turn on the lights… All in all, we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable and safe.

The reception isn't manned so I would suggest letting the host know 10 minutes before you arrive. We had to wait 10-15minutes but once met the hosts were very helpful and will provide you with any information you need on the local area and will show you around the apartment to make sure you are happy before they leave. Location is perfect,the balcony on to the canal is lovely to look out on and gondolas are often passing. You are 5 mins from the Riatlo and 10 min walk from St Marks Square but it is quiet enough where the apartment is. Apartment is clean and beds are comfortable.

If you are planning to cook meals for yourself the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans and even oil and salt etc but there is only a gas hob, there is no grill or toaster facilities no other real negatives that are worth mentioning.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 5. About 8 minutes walk from St.Mark’s Square. One bedroom facing out onto a pretty courtyard and the main living area/2nd bedroom looking out onto a canal. Lovely to sit and watch the gondolas go past. Overall we’d a lovely stay in here while in Venice and hosts were very polite and easy to work with. We’d definitely stay here again!
